Abstract

In the era of the increasingly advanced at this time many early childhood is not so familiar with the culture itself because in the era of increasingly advanced globalization makes children prefer to play in more modern areas such as online games that tend to make children become lazy with sports activities such as sports Martial arts that are still not many children / teenagers who want to preserve and develop martial arts as the indigenous culture of the Indonesian Nation, for that we will conduct community service by conducting martial arts training for early childhood, so it can be useful to train children's growth, make Children to be able to have the character of a brave, help each other mutual and can preserve and develop pencak silat as indigenous culture of Indonesia.

Abstract

                                              AbstrakDusun Kalapanunggal dan Dusun Ancol merupakan target yang akan dijadikan mitra dalam PbM-SK. Masalah terjadi pada masa pandemic COVID 19, hingga saat ini masyarakat masih dituntut untuk terus berada di rumah saja karena tingkat persebaran virus Corona baru belum juga menyusut. Dengan permasalahan untuk terus berada di rumah saja, masayrakat tidak mempunyai kesadaran berolahraga memunculkan permasalahan kesehatan karena imunitas tubuh menurun. Problematika yang terjadi pada masyarakat perlu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan memberikan promosi kesehatan secara langsung serta langkah preventif dengan cara praktis dan nyata, yaitu dengan pemberian program Informal Sport. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan bahwa masayarakat  rutin melakukan program informal sport menjadi masyrakat sehat dan aktif karena dapat menguatkan fisik, menghilangkan kekakuan sendi dan otot, serta mengontrol kesehatan saraf dan kelenjar tubuh. Disiplin gerak ini banyak membantu keseimbangan energi dan kenyamanan tubuh untuk kehidupan sehari-hari, bahkan penting untuk peremajaan sel-sel tubuh. Selain hal tersebut yang paling utama program informal sport untuk masyarakat dapat meningkatkan imunitas atau kekebalan tubuh sehingga dapat terhindar dari resiko penyakit hipokinetik dan juga dalam kehidupan bersosial dengan masyarakat dapat membantu mengontrol tingkat emosi. Kata Kunci :  Peningkatan Keseshatan,  Informal Sport, Covid 19, New Normal                                            abstractDusun Kalapanunggal and Dusun Ancol are targets to be partners in PbM-SK. The problem occurred during the COVID 19 pandemic, until now people are still required to stay at home because the level of spread of the new Corona virus has not decreased. With the problem of staying at home alone, the community does not have the awareness of exercising, causing health problems because of decreased immunity. Problems that occur in society need to solve problems by providing direct health promotion and preventive steps in a practical and real way, namely by providing the Informal Sport program. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the community routinely carries out informal sports programs to be healthy and active because it can strengthen the body, eliminate joint and muscle stiffness, and control the health of nerves and body glands. This discipline of movement helps a lot in the balance of energy and body comfort for daily life, even important for the rejuvenation of body cells. In addition to this, the most important thing is that the informal sports program for the community can increase immunity or immunity so that it can avoid the risk of hypokinetic disease and also in social life with the community can help control emotional levels. Keyword : Health Improvement, Informal Sport, Covid 19, New Normal

Abstract

The importance of paying attention to the level of anxiety when competing on an athlete is when an athlete is overwhelmed with high anxiety, and decreased concentration causes the athlete difficulty in controlling the movement, the game becomes ugly, unable to apply the strategy because it does not know what to do so it will ultimately affect the performance ), Self-confidence becomes diminished and even disappears.Therefore, the use of hypnotherapy method is very important to reduce the level of anxiety and increase the concentration of athletes during the game. Hypnotherapy consists of two kinds of hypnosis and self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis can be defined as self-suggestion (self suggestion), because basically when doing self-programming means being mensugesti self to match what is expected (Sugara, 2013: 35). The difference between hypnosis and self-hypnosis is the subject of hypnosis. If in hypnosis the person in hypnotherapy is guided by a therapist who has knowledge and abilities in hypnosis while self-hypnosis guides oneself to enter the hypnotic state, then do self-suggestion which is beneficial to him and can add concentration power.
