Abstract

Abstrak, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan marketing mix terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Irian Supermarket dan Departemen Store cabang bahagia Medan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 203 konsumen, pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu dengan mengambil responden yang kebetulan ada atau tersedia di suatu tempat sesuai dengan konteks penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan marketingmix mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen, selain itu secara parsial dan simultan kualitas pelayanan dan marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitaspelayanan terhadap loyalitas tamu melalui kepuasan tamu sebagai variabel intervening pada Hermes Palace Hotel Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah tamuyang menginap lebih dari dua kali di Hermes Palace Hotel Medan yang berjumlah 98 orang dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui studi dokumentasi, melalui kuesioner dan melalui observasi. Analisis data menggunkan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas tamu, selain itu secara parsial variabel pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan, dan variabel kepuasan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas tamu, secara simultan variabel pelayanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas tamu.

Abstract

tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih kuliah di STIM Sukma Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 77 orang mahasiswa kelas reguler dan non reguler yang aktif  tahun ajaran 2015 sampai tahun 2016, pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu penentuan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada setiap anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda dengan ketepatan model (uji asumsi klasik), pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) variabel promosi dan harga mampu menjelaskan keberadaanya terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, selain itu secara parsial promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara simultan promosi dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is one of the non-banking credit institutions that serve the public in order to get funds quickly through credit. To improve customer decisions PT. Pegadaian is highly demanded for all branch outlets to increase market segmentation. This study aims to analyze the effect of Market, Product and Price Segmentation on Customer Decisions through customer trust in PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch. This study uses a quantitative method involving 133 respondents, sampling using Random Sampling is a sample determinant that provides equal opportunities for each population customer to be sampled. Data collection is done by using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, with multiple linear regression model, namely path analysis which was processed with SPSS version 18 program. The results of the study showed that partially the quality of service and product had a positive effect on PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch.

Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan tahun 2018, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji F), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel turn over karyawan, selain itu secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat turn over karyawan pada STIM Sukma, sementara variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat turn over karyawan, sedangkan secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap tingkat turn over karyawan pada STIM Sukma.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Sekolat Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Sukma Medan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Sukma Medan, pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data manggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) variabel budaya organisasi mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada variabel kinerja karyawan, selain itu secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh pada variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

We have experienced Covid 19 for 2 years, what we call the covid 19 pandemic, the policy to maintain distance to reduce the spread of the covid 19 virus has changed the learning process from a face-to-face model to an online learning model. The lecture learning process is carried out online with the obligation to maintain and pay attention to the quality of learning so that maximum learning outcomes are achieved, as well as paying attention to the learning motivation of the students themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of learning motivation and learning quality on student learning outcomes during the pandemic. Where the respondents of this study were students of the Sukma College of Management Sciences (STIM) who were active until 2020. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. This study concluded that there was a partial and simultaneous influence between learning motivation and learning quality on student learning outcomes during the pandemic

Abstract

The high school level dropout rate in North Sumatra Province in the 2019/2020 school year tends to increase. To overcome this, the previous government has created a non-formal education program known as Equality Education. In Deli Serdang Regency itself, a number of institutions that organize Equality Education have been established, one of which is the Earth Literacy Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) which is located at Sigara-gara Village, Patumbak District. In 2021 the Earth Literacy PKBM will complete its first graduates from package A, package B, and package C. All graduates of package A and package B plan to continue their education. However, the majority of package C graduates do not want to continue their education to higher education due to various factors, including not knowing about the benefits and functions of college at all, being satisfied with only getting a high school diploma, difficulty in paying for college, already working and feeling enough. with the income that can be, choose to marry and become a housewife, etc. For this reason, the community service team from the Sukma College of Management took the initiative to inform about the benefits of college and various college scholarships, and bring students directly to share their experiences during college. From this community service activity, it was found that as many as 4 package C graduates registered directly for the KIP/K scholarship path and foundation scholarships. This shows their interest and enthusiasm for studying after getting information from the service team.

Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture has facilitated the community to be able to improve education and living standards through non-formal education (PNF), one of which is called the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM). PKBM can organize Equality Education Package A/B/C, the legality is regulated in Law no. 20/2003. In organizing this package program, teaching and learning activities in PKBM are guided by teaching staff who are called tutors. However, it is found that tutors who have diverse educational backgrounds, so the skills and teaching methods applied are still very simple and monotonous. This was also found in the PKBM Bumi Literasi located in Sigara-gara Village, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency. Based on the results of interviews and on-site observations, the tutors explained that such teaching methods had an impact on decreasing the learning interest of the learning community. Based on this, the team assumed the need to introduce the Student Centered Learning (SCL) teaching method to all PKBM Bumi Literasi tutors. So, the purposes of community service are to 1) introduce the methods, benefits, and functions of SCL to tutors, 2) explain the types of SCL methods, and 3) provide strategies and recommendations in applying SCL in the learning process. From the results of community service activities, the N-gain number is 0.70, which is normalized into the high category. This shows that after getting knowledge and exposure to material about SCL, the knowledge and teaching ability of PKBM Literacy tutors has increased
