Abstract

Marketing is an important part of company management and also a very important factor, because marketing directly affects the company’s success in achieving its goals. It is important for companies to know the right and appropriate marketing strategy for the products to be sold in the market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product quality in determining Repurchase interest with Consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are UD Lancar jaya consumers in Situbondo District. Sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the structural equation model – partial least square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Product quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase intention, Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase interest, Product quality on Repurchase interest through Customer satisfaction has asignificant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Competence, Work Ethics and Organizational Climate on the Performance of MAN 3 Banyuwangi Teachers with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 45 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational climate has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work ethic has a negative but not significant effect on Teacher Performance, Organizational climate has a positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance through Job Satisfaction, Organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance through Job Satisfaction, Organizational climate has a positive but not significant effect on Teacher Performance through Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on ASN performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Situbondo Social Service. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. So the research sample is 33 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on performance ASN, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, leadership has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic factor in all organizational activities because human resources are the primary support for implementing organizational goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of salary and incentives on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were all employees of UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that salary has an insignificant effect and impacts job satisfaction. Incentives have a significant effect and have an impact on Job Satisfaction. Salary has an insignificant effect and has an impact on performance. Incentives have an insignificant effect and have an impact on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect and has an impact on performance. Salary has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of education, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of village officials through job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of village officials from Banyuputih, Sumberejo, and Sumberwaru. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that education does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance. Additionally, job satisfaction does not significantly affect performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis testing show that education on job satisfaction through performance has a positive but not significant effect. Work discipline on job satisfaction through performance also has a positive but not significant effect. Similarly, the work environment on job satisfaction through performance has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency is a local government organization responsible for regulating and managing local taxes and remuneration. The target population for this study consisted of 40 state civil apparatus members from the Regional Revenue Agency in Situbondo district. The sample was selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The study focuses on examining the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation on performance, with job satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, compensation has a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant negative influence on performance, work discipline has a positive but not significant influence on performance, compensation has a positive but not significant influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on performance. Furthermore, the results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction, and compensation has a negative but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Food and beverage subsector companies are pillars of a country’s economy, therefore the food and beverage subsector plays an important role in driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy, to boosr productivity and the abilitu og the sector to compete globally, the government is still working hard to ensure the stability and availability of raw materials needed by the food and beverage subsector. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, and company growth in influencing the company’s value moderated by capital structure. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Snart PLS 3.0 application show that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, campany growth has a insignificant positive effect on firm value, capital structure is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, capital structure is not able to moderate the effect of company growth ob firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Mitra Sehat Situbondo Hospital is a private public hospital and is one of the type D hospitals located in the Situbondo Regency area. As a community service, hospital employees certainly need training, as well as a comfortable work environment and there must be organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of training and work environment on organizational commitment that has an impact on the performance of non-medical employees at Mitra Sehat Hospital, Situbondo. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that the Effect of Training has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, the influence of training has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Effect of Training on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a positive but not significant effect, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Situbondo Regency Employment Service through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study were employees of the Situbondo Regency Employment Service. The sampling technique is determined by Non-Probability Sampling using Total Sampling or saturated samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance Employees, Work Facilities have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities have a negative but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work discipline on ASN performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Satpol PP Situbondo Regency. T The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by taking proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 50 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS- SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance ASN, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through motivation.
