Abstract

Human resource management is an art or discipline that aims to manage and optimize the relationship and function of resources, especially individual labor, in an efficient and effective manner. With the aim of maximizing the function of resources so as to achieve the goals that the institution, agency, or company wants to achieve. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and training variables on work productivity with work environment as a moderating variable at PT Wija Kusuma Nadi Denpasar Bali using structural Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on work productivity, training has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity, work environment strengthens the effect of discipline on work productivity, work environment weakens the effect of training on work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims (1) to determine the partial influence of work training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency (2) To determine the effect of job training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency (3) To determine the influence of job training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables which have a dominant influence on PT employee performance. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency. The method used is quantitative. The research result is a multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.025 + 0.332 + 0.341 + 0.352 + e. partially Job Training has a significant positive effect with a tcount value greater than ttable 2.270 > 2.042 or sig α 0.031 < 0.05, Commitment shows a tcount value greater than ttable 2.333 > 2.042 or sig α 0.027 <0.05, Work Discipline shows a value tcount is greater than ttable 2.436 > 2.042 or sig α 0.021 <0.05 Recruitment, Job Training and Position Promotion simultaneously influence the Performance of Civil Servants at the Bondowoso Regency Revenue Agency which is acceptable with a calculated F value of 6.157, a value greater than F table namely 2.92 or F count 6.157 > F table 2.92. The Work Discipline variable has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance with a value of 2.436.

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor and root that is able to provide satisfaction for consumers. So that customers are satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. This study uses primary data sourced from direct observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents, the sampling technique is determined by Probability Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - Partial Lest Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have a positive but not significant effect. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the service quality variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty of Matic Motorcycles at Jaya Terang 2 Dealers in Situbondo Regency with Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a negative but significant effect on consumer loyalty, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. , Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on repeat customer loyalty, Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research purposed to determine the effect of service quality and location on consumer loyalty at Istana Lele restaurant in Banyuputih, Situbondo regency with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population was all visitors of Istana Lele restaurant. The sampling method used was simple random sampling by ignoring the population levels of this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Squares -Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using smart PLS 3.0 application showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Cafe is one of the places to relax and chat where visitors can order drinks and food. Cafe has quite a lot of potential in helping the economy in a region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions with Purchase Interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of Cafe Seduh in Besuki. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation ModelPartial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Product Quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Interest, Price has a negative but insignificant effect on Purchase Interest, Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest, Product Quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision, Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, Purchase Interest has a negative but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a negative but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest, Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest, Promotion has a negative but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important factors in the company, so it can be said that marketing is the heart in the life of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at the SK mart store. The population in this study were all consumers who came to the SK mart store. The random sampling method (simple probability) pays attention to the strata in the population in this research. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS .3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Customer Loyalty at the Adink Cell Mobile Shop in Asembagus with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study are consumers who buy and use goods that have been purchased at the Adink Cell Mobile shop in Asembagus. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLSSEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Promotion has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Companies cannot be separated from having quality human resources; this will have an impact on the sustainability of the company's goals, superior, professional and competitivehuman resources which will have a positive impact on the company's success. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Compensation, Work Environment and Work Culture on the Performance of Assembagoes Sugar Factory Employees with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is explanatory research. The populations in this study were contract employees of the Assembagoes Sugar Factory. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS3.0 application, show that Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance, work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating price, word of mouth, and service quality on consumer loyalty at UD Makmur Jaya. The population in this study was consumers who bought products at UD Makmur Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling using random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model—Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.
