Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can The Livestock and Fisheries Department in Situbondo really need employees who have competence to increase optimal work, utilization of human resources, and contribute to employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze and examine the influence of work stress, competence and work motivation on performance through job satisfaction. This research refers to a quantitative research. The population of this research was 70 of state civil apparatus at Livestock and Fisheries Department in Situbondo. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis test in this research used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work stress had a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress had a significant positive effect on performance, competence has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, competence had a significant positive effect on performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that work stress on performance through job satisfaction had a positive but not significant effect, competence on performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, motivation on performance through job satisfaction had a significantly positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of work environment leadership style and career development on ASN performance at the Situbondo Regency Education and Culture Office. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on ASN performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) is a government agency. BAPPEDA has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out the supporting functions of Government Affairs in the Planning and Research and Development Sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of state civil servants through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the leadership style significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable leadership style on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The beauty that prevails in society creates a vision of beauty that becomes the standard for calling a woman beautiful. The use of skin care products is the most popular thing, but some skin care products have to face a lot of competition in the world market because of the large number of products available to the general public. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention as an intervening variable at Panji Situbondo Cantika shop. The population in this study are all consumers who come to Toko Cantika. random sampling method (simple probability sampling) regardless of strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, location has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This study aimedat describing the effects of brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction with Honda motorcycle users in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo with purchase decision as the intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, with a tolerable error rate of 10%. The number of samples in this study were 87 students. Analysisdata and hypothesis testing in this study employed the Structural-Partial Equation ModelLeast Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has apositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effecton consumer satisfaction, and product quality has a negative and not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on satisfactionconsumers, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfactionthrough purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Government includes the Transportation Agency as one of its departments. At the beginning of its operation, the Transportation Department was mainly responsible for controlling land traffic, regulating parking facilities, and protecting district mobilization operations. For the Dinas Perhubungan of Situbondo Regency to maximize its employees, everyone involved must understand role responsibilities, reporting relationships, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures. This is stated in the related Situbondo Regency Regent Decree (PERBUP) Number 24 of 2022. This study aimed to analyze and examine the role of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Situbondo Regency Transportation Office”. This research is quantitative. The population used in this study was 51 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This study’s data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, work discipline has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Leadership variable on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, and work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo is one of the efforts to provide access to clean water for Situbondo residents. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of leadership, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable at the PDAM office in Situbondo Regency. The population in this study was PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on ASN performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the DUPP office in Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by taking proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 73 people. Abstract

Mangrove atau hutan bakau sangat penting dalam hal ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati dengan memanfaatkan serta melindungi garis pantai, tempat pembibitan biota laut serta menangkap dan menyimpan karbon serta sebagai bahan baku olahan produk mangrove yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis menjadi olahan kripik mangrove, teh mangrove, sirup dan kosmetik yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Hutan bakau dapat hilang akibat gangguan antropogenik dan variasi lingkungan. Upaya rehabilitasi hutan bakau dapat mengembalikan biologis fungsi tanaman bagi wilayah pesisir di Desa Kalianget Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Situbondo memanjang di sepanjang garis pantai dengan kondisi tanaman bakau yang kurang terawat bahkan terdapat lokasi yang hampir tidak di temukan bakau di pesisir pantai, hal ini tentu sangat mengkawatirkan karena ketiadaan fungsi tanaman mangrove di hutan bakau bagi daerah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menggugah keasadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya peran pemelharaan dan pengelolaan tanaman mangrove. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis) serta masyarakat di sekitar Pantai Desa kalianget Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Situbondo serta didampingi dosen pendamping beserta Dinas Kehutanan Situbondo wilayah kerja Banyuwangi serta IPKINDO Kabupaten Situbondo. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi Sosialisasi penanaman, sapu bersih pantai dan pemeliharaan mangrove dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan keasadarn serta kepedulian untuk peningkatan tanaman mangrove agar mempunyai nilai ekonomis serta untuk peningkatkan Skill Enterpreneur (Kewirausahaan) Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis untuk olahan produk mangrove

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi penyumbang ekonomi nasional yang jumlahnya relatif banyak. Namun dalam pengembanganya masih banyak kendala, seperti pola kemitraan yang belum efektif dan pengembangan yang belum sesuai dengan harapan. UMKM Mbak Yul milik Siti Yuliana merupakan salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Situbondo memproduksi Rengginang dengan berbagai varian Rengginang yang dirintis sejak Tahun 2016 dengan inovasi terus dengan penambahan varian rasa sehingga omzet produksi terus meningkat serta menjadi pemain kunci di Pasar Rengginang, kesuksesan ini membuktikan bahwa kreativitas dan respon terhadap pasar menjadi kunci dalam membangun bisnis yang berkelanjutan dengan Pola Kemitraaan Usaha. Pola kemitraan di UMKM Mbak Yul belum efektif dan pengembangan usaha belum sesuai dengan harapan. Pengabdian pendampingan untuk mengimplementasikan model kemitraan anatara pengusaha UMKM Mbak Yul dengan usaha skala menengah dan besar, penerapan model kemitraan, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan model kemitraan, serta pengembangan model kemitraan UMKM dengan usaha skala menengah dan besar selama ini ditingkatkan dengan melibatkan perusahaan melalui Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), serta keterlibatan Pemerintah daerah melalui regulasi dengan konsep kemitraan serta mengkoordinasikan antara pemangku kepentingan yang belum maksimal, dengan meningkatkan Kemitraan UMKM Mbak Yul dengan Usaha menengah dan besar dapat mengatasi kendala yang ada.
