Abstract

Every company in carrying out its business activities certainly has certain goals and one of them is to make a profit. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of company growth on dividend policy through profitability. This research is causality research. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that company growth has a significant positive effect on profitability, company growth has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Company Growth on Dividend Policy through Profitability has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The company is an organization that has an important role in the economic development of a country. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure and non-performing loans on company value through profitability as an intervention variable. The populations in this study are conventional commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital structure has no significant effect on profitability, non-performing loans have no significant effect on profitability, capital structure has no significant effect on company value, non-performing loans have not proven to have a significant effect on company value, profitability has an effect significant to company value. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that the variable capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on company value through profitability, non-performing loans have a negative effect on company value through profitability but not significant.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is a company that manages and utilizes land to become useful land to meet needs. Companies need a plan in achieving company goals. The company's goal is to maintain profits and better profits to maintain the company's development. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the Cash Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to stock prices in the agricultural sector through Return on Equity. Analysis of hypothesis testing data in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the PLS 3.0 application show that Cash Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Return On Equity, Cash Ratio has no positive but not significant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on stock prices, Return On Equity has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Cash Ratio variable has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices through Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices through Return on Equity.

Abstract

The ultimate goal desired and achieved by a company is to obtain the maximum profit (profit) because to maintain the survival of a company. Profitability has many benefits, especially not only for company owners but also for parties outside the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy in moderating profitability and liquidity on firm value. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value, Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value, Dividend policy positively but insignificantly moderates (weakens) the effect of Profitability on Firm Value, Dividend policy positively but insignificantly moderates (weakens) the effect of Liquidity on Firm Value.

Abstract

Coal mining is one of the subsectors that has a major influence, its impact on the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Profitability, and Capital Structure in influencing Firm Value moderated by Dividend Policy. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study is a coal subsector mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, Capital Structure has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, Dividend Policy is unable to moderate the effect of Profitability on firm value, Dividend Policy is able to moderate the effect of Capital Structure on firm value

Abstract

Investment decisions among students are the most important element to avoid consumptive behavior from the funds obtained. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test financial literacy and financial behavior that influence investment decisions through financial management as an intervening variable in students receiving KIP at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. The sample used was 72 KIP recipient students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2020. The sampling technique was determined by Purposive Sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Wquation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial literacy has a positive but not significant effect on Investment decisions, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Investment decisions, Financial management has a significant positif effect on Investmen decisions. The result of the indirect hypothesis test show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions through Financial management, Financial behavior has a positive but not significant effect on Investmen decision through Financial management.

Abstract

In the context of development planning, BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency is required to be able to explore and utilize existing potential, solve various problems and challenges, serve or fulfill regional needs. Besides that, we are required to be ready and able to prepare and produce quality planning documents, in order to produce well-planned development that improves the welfare of ASN and the people of Situbondo Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Compensation, Leadership style and Work environment on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was ASN BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency, except for the leader. The sampling technique was determined by non-probability sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on Job satisfaction, Compensation has a significant positive effect on ASN Performance, Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on ASN Performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the Compensation variable on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect, Leadership style on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect, Work environment on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The importance of marketing in the business world lies in its role as a bridge between companies and customers . One of the crucial aspects of marketing is the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction . When product quality meets consumer expectations , this results in satisfaction , which in turn can form customer loyalty . This loyalty then drives positive interactions that serve to attract new customers . This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of product quality and trust on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at Dua Putri Tofu Factory , Panji , Situbondo . The population in this study were consumers of the Dua Putri Tofu Factory . The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structure Equation Model - Partial Least Square ( PLS - SEM ). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction , trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction , purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions , trust has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction : through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since December 2019 resulted the decline in stock prices, including the IDX. Fundamental Analysis (FA) describes the condition of a company in terms of profits generated by the company. Dividends (DVD) are profit sharing given to shareholders based on the number of shares owned. Overconfidence (OCF) can lead to individual behavioral tendencies to believe more in the knowledge they have. this research aims to analyze the effect of FA, DCD, and OCF on Investment Decisions Making (IDM). The results show that DVD and OVC affect IDM, but FA has no effect on IDM.
