Abstract

Banks are companies that operate in the financial services sector, acting as intermediaries between people who need funds and people who have funds. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the role of interest rates in moderating the effect of Solvency, Loan Deposit Ratio and Non-Performing Loans on Profitability. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is a Conventional Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2015-2022. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using a statistical application, Smart PLS 3.0, the results showed that Solvency has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Loan Deposit Ratio has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, and Non-Performing Loan has a significant negative effect on Profitability. Interest rates negatively but not significantly moderate the effect of Solvency on Profitability. Interest rates insignificantly moderate the effect of Loan Deposit Ratio on Profitability. Interest rates insignificantly moderate the effect of Non-Performing loans on Profitability.

Abstract

Marketing significantly influences consumer purchases of the products or services offered for marketing success, both in product and service marketing. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of price, product quality, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in the study was KN brand water products in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the direct effect hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer satisfaction, Decision has a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction. The results of testing the hypothesis of indirect influence show that the variable price on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Mining companies are companies that engage in various production activities such as general research, exploration, feasibility studies, construction, mining, management and refining, transportation and sales, as well as post-mining management. Mining companies are one of the main contributors to Indonesia's foreign exchange earnings. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the impact of Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio on stock prices through Return on Assets in the coal mining sub-sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis and testing method used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The hypothesis testing results using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio has a postive but not significant effect on Return on Assets. Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Return On Assets has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. The indirect hypothesis testing results show that Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices through Return on Assets, and Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices through Return On Assets.

Abstract

Marketing is a dynamic field that hinges on the relationship between companies and consumers. In today's fast-paced world, companies must constantly adapt to the latest trends in product marketing. This research is of significant importance as it aims to delve into the influence of Trust, Online Shopping, and Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction, thereby impacting user Loyalty. The target respondents for this research were students from the economics and business faculty at Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, selected using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis and hypotheses were conducted using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that Trust has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Online shopping has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Lifestyle has a significant effect on consumer Satisfaction, Trust has a positive and insignificant effect on user Loyalty, Online shopping has a significant positive effect on user Loyalty, Lifestyle has no significant effect on user Loyalty, consumer Satisfaction has no significant effect on user Loyalty. The indirect influence hypothesis test results show that Trust has no significant effect on user Loyalty through consumer Satisfaction, Online shopping has no significant effect on user Loyalty through consumer Satisfaction, and Lifestyle has no significant effect on user Loyalty through consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out company size has a significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a significant effect on capital structure, company size has a significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, firm size has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure, profitability has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) Based on the results of the study, it is known that firm size has a positive but not significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and capital structure has a positive and significant effect. to firm value, firm size has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through capital structure, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the company's share price increases. The higher the stock price in a company, the income and prosperity of investors will also increase and have a good impact on increasing the value of the company. This research is a causality research. The population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, dividend policy has a negative but significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the profitability variable on firm value through dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Solvency on Profit Growth with Interest Rates as a Moderating Variable in Banking Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 Period. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from financial reports. The data collection method in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange for 4 years from 2019-2022. The sample used in this study was 9 companies using the Purposive sampling technique. Based on the hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application that has been carried out, the results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, and Solvency has a positive but not significant effect on profit growth. The interest rate moderating variable in this study shows that interest rates significantly moderate the Capital Adequacy Ratio on profit growth and interest rates do not significantly moderate solvency on profit growth.

Abstract

Financial management is all activities related to financial management decisions and financial assets. The main objective of financial management is to obtain maximum profit through owned financial resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of the Effect of Earning Per Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Returns with Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables in Companies Listed in the Index LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021. The target population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021, totaling 45 companies, which were then reduced based on the criteria to become 7 companies. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Earning Pershare has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Earning Pershare has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns, dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the Earning Pershare variable has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Return through Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Return through Dividend Policy has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Earnings information in financial statements is an important focus in developing the company's ability or management accountability, for that companies need to pay attention to the quality of reported earnings so as not to mislead the users of the information. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Book Tax Differences and Managerial Ownership on Earning Quality through Earning Persistence. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are all conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) Equation Model. The results of the direct influence test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the difference in Book taxes has a negative but not significant effect on Earnings persistence, Managerial ownership has a positive but not significant effect on Earnings persistence, Book tax differences have a negative but not significant effect on Earnings quality, Managerial ownership has an effect significantly positive on Earnings quality, Earnings persistence has a significant positive effect on Earnings quality. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Book tax difference variable on Earnings quality through Earnings persistence has a negative but not significant effect, Managerial ownership on Earnings quality through Earnings persistence has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

LQ45 is a type of index used to measure the price performance of stocks that have high liquidity and large market capitalization and are supported by good company fundamentals. There are 45 preferred stocks in the LQ45 stock index which are selected every 6 months. The stocks that occupy the LQ45 index are stocks that have high liquidity and market capitalization from the total number of shares on the IDX. This study aims to test whether liquidity has an effect on dividend policy by using profitability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2020 period, as many as 30 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a positive but significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has a positive but significant effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy through Profitability.
