Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency is a local government organization responsible for regulating and managing local taxes and remuneration. The target population for this study consisted of 40 state civil apparatus members from the Regional Revenue Agency in Situbondo district. The sample was selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The study focuses on examining the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation on performance, with job satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, compensation has a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant negative influence on performance, work discipline has a positive but not significant influence on performance, compensation has a positive but not significant influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on performance. Furthermore, the results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction, and compensation has a negative but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

An organization or company can be said to be successful if the employee's performance is in accordance with the expectations of the organization or company. Improvement of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus is always carried out in order to achieve the target of excellent service for the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of state civil servants through work discipline as an intervening variable (Study at the Situbondo Transportation Service). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Situbondo Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline, motivation has a significant positive effect on work discipline, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on ASN performance, Motivation has a positive significant effect on ASN performance, Discipline work has a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that the organizational culture variable on ASN performance through work discipline has a positive but not significant effect, motivation on ASN performance through work discipline has a positive significant effect.

Abstract

Human resource management is an art or discipline that aims to manage and optimize the relationship and function of resources, especially individual labor, in an efficient and effective manner. With the aim of maximizing the function of resources so as to achieve the goals that the institution, agency, or company wants to achieve. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and training variables on work productivity with work environment as a moderating variable at PT Wija Kusuma Nadi Denpasar Bali using structural Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on work productivity, training has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity, work environment strengthens the effect of discipline on work productivity, work environment weakens the effect of training on work productivity.

Abstract

Factors that affect performance apart from being competent in their field or according to competence, one of which is work discipline, as well as education and training. Work discipline is a form of training that seeks to improve and shape the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of employees to try to work cooperatively. Education and training have a very significant impact on the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Education and Training on Performance through Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable at Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were ASN employees (other than organizational leaders) Besuki Hospital, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Education and Training has a significant positive effect on work discipline, Education and Training has a significant positive effect on Performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Performance, Education and Training has a significantly positive effect on Performance through Discipline work.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by companies in maintaining their marketing survival, developing to make a profit. This study aims to analyze the location and quality of service to consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study was consumers of TokoLarisSitubondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Educational institutions are essential for the progress of the nation's civilization; for this reason, SMKN 1 Situbondo has a vital role in producing superior Indonesian human resources. SMKN 1 Situbondo graduates must become competitive and have superior human resources. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of competence, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of SMKN 1 Situbondo teachers through work motivation. This research is explanatory; the population in the study consisted of ASN teachers of SMKN 1 Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. The study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Competence has a negative but insignificant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, competence has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that competency variables have a negative but insignificant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, and work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty of Matic Motorcycles at Jaya Terang 2 Dealers in Situbondo Regency with Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a negative but significant effect on consumer loyalty, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. , Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on repeat customer loyalty, Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The human resources needed today are human resources who have the knowledge, abilities, skills and good attitudes at work. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of education-training (Training) and Organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of ASN with competence mediation. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the state civil apparatus of the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Education-training (Training) has a significant effect on Competence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on Competence, Education-training (Training) has a significant effect on ASN Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has no proven effect significant effect on ASN Performance, Competence has a significant effect on ASN Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Education-training (Training) on ​​ASN Performance through Competence has a significant positive effect, Organizational citizenship behavior on ASN Performance through Competence has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important factors in the company, so it can be said that marketing is the heart in the life of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction at the SK mart store. The population in this study were all consumers who came to the SK mart store. The random sampling method (simple probability) pays attention to the strata in the population in this research. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS .3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, satisfaction consumers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can achieve effective, efficient and optimal work results, especially at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the state civil apparatus.
