Abstract

The partner in this PKM is Paloh Punti Village, Muara Satu, Lhokseumawe City. Paloh Punti Village is one of the villages in the Unimal Campus area which is 3 km from the Bukit Indah Campus. In general, the jobs of the people in Paloh Punti village are farmers and livestock breeders. Almost 80% of plantation land in this village is planted with coconut trees. Selling coconut plantation products is one of the main sources of income for the people of Paloh Punti village. So far, the selling value of coconuts in the Paloh Punti area is relatively low, ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 rupiah. This low selling value is due to the coconut plantation owners selling their produce intact, known in the community as round coconuts. To increase the selling value of these coconuts, the Community Service is trying to offer assistance in making a Coconut Skin Peeling Machine which will later be donated to the Paloh Punti Village Community under the coordination of the Village Leadership. This service will be carried out in stages, starting with counseling, introduction to peeling tools/machines, testing the tools, evaluating the economic value and handing over the coconut peeling machine to the village leadership. Counseling and training on the use of this tool begins with designing a tool using the ATM method (Observe, Imitate and Modify) from pre-existing types of equipment and adapt it to the needs of supporting machines.

Abstract

In recent years, it has been debated whether homework for mathematics subjects is still necessary or not. Mathematics is a science that requires a lot of practice and repetition so that the material communicated can be mastered by students perfectly so it requires practice in the form of homework with clear, useful goals and stimulating creativity and collaboration in order to be able to do it. However, on the other hand, homework in mathematics will reduce quality time at home, especially if homework simply moves activities from school to home. We know that mathematics is a very difficult subject and everyone avoids interacting and communicating with mathematics. This article was written using the library research method. Library materials were searched using the Google Search Engine for scientific literature. The data collected relates to homework carried out by elementary school students. Data analysis uses Huberman's model which includes data reduction, data display and data verification stages. The results obtained are how to search for literature reviews, namely using Google Scholar. The search words used were Homework, Mathematics Homework, . There are 2 things that can be done to support homework activities in elementary schools, namely assignment methods according to student characteristics, and parental guidance. The assignment method can be used by teachers to train students' learning at home. Parental guidance can be done to bring feelings and goodness closer to the family.

Abstract

In managing Housing Environmental Maintenance Contributions (IPL), it is necessary to create an Expenditure Budget Plan (RAB) because it forms the foundation for formulating financial strategies and schedules for housing operational activities. Errors in the Expenditure Budget Plan (RAB) can have a negative impact on the entire process, resulting in financial setbacks and activity delays, therefore it requires accurate calculations and estimator’s skills in complying with current information and standards. Community Service Activitiey (PKM) was carried out at the Jade Park Serpong 2 Housing Complex in January 2024 to February 2024, at this stage the socialization of activities was carried out to the administrators of the Jade Park Serpong 2 Community Association, besides that we also provided accompaniment in the process of preparing and making the Expenditure Budget Plan with Ms.Excel. As well as providing socialization to residents to be orderly in paying their monthly contribution obligations. In the final stage, an evaluation was carried out with discussion after the training had been completed to find out the extent of the participants’ absorption of the material they had received.
