Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know guest star management strategy in program on paid TV station. This research combines between management theory and television production theory. The theory management involve planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. While the television production theory involves pre-production, production, and pasca production. The research method is qualitative with data collection technique by semi-structured interview, observation participant, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the program has a strategy in the management of a guest star by providing treatments that is featured on the program with well-preparation content. So that, with guaest star that are already famous or not famous yet, program still can make impression of quality and entertaining event. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan bintang tamu dalam program di sebuah stasiun televisi berbayar. Penelitian ini menggabungkan antara teori manajemen dengan teori produksi televisi. Teori manajemen meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Sedangkan produksi televisi meliputi pra produksi, produksi, dan pacsa produksi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semistruktur, observasi partisipasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program memiliki strategi dalam pengelolaan bintang tamu dengan cara memberikan treatment-treatment unggulan yang ada di dalam program dengan persiapan konten yang matang. Sehingga, dengan bintang tamu yang sudah terkenal maupun belum terkenal program tetap bisa membuat tayangan acara yang menghibur dan berkualitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the moderating impact of internal communication on the relationship between work stress and employee intention to leave the company. The framework proposed in this study was to study the impact of occupational stress factors on employee intentions to leave work, especially for front-line employees at several public sector companies. Data were collected from 125 front office employees. Data on internal communications, and how they affect the relationship between work stress and their intentions of leaving the job, are collected using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were reported, followed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation and hypothesis testing using hierarchical multiple regression. These findings can be used by companies or company management to take the necessary approaches to reduce high turnover rates in their companies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales of handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs in the City of Sukabumi. Data collection in research carried out by interview, observation and literature study. Test equipment used with multiple regression analysis, regression coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination with testing partial and simultaneous testing. This study used quantitative research methods aimed at testing predetermined hypotheses. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the multiple regression analysis test and the classic assumption test. From the results of the significance test, there is a significant simultaneous influence (together) of the variables of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs. While based on partial testing, there is a significant influence of mobile phone sales, sales of credit vouchers and sales of handphone accessories to the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs. And the order of variable contribution that influences the revenue of cellular entrepreneurs is the variable of sales of the credit vouchers, sales of handphone accessories and mobile phone sales.

Abstract

The shift in shopping methods from physical (offline) stores to virtual (online) stores has crystallized even more. Gradually the shift allows consumers to feel easy and comfortable in respect to buying products by online methods. This earliness paradigm shift becomes interesting if it becomes a topic of the research regarding the possibility of its sustainability in the triple bottom line. The clarity of the consumer's perspective on brand sustainability in terms of the main three pillars is being tested to clarify the roots of the paradigm by becoming a hypothesis in this research. The hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling on the answers of 278 respondents to identify the significant path. The findings are quite surprising so that entrepreneurs require to put forward the sustainability side of their brand. Future research should be aimed at adding more detailed factors related to the need for the process of achieving sustainability.

Abstract

This research is conceptual thinking according to the approach from a customer-dominant logic (C-D) perspective, this study aims to expand the discussion of value co-creation by providing conceptual insights into value co-creation within the customer's social environment. In the social context in which customers consume together or collectively, research will raise the concept of how to provide recommendations on how services can facilitate value co-creation in a customer-to-customer (C2C) context. Current thinking about value in C-D according to the service management perspective on C2C interactions and social science concepts in consumers, requires a framework that can be proposed for C2C value co-creation as a dynamic, gradual process. Values appear in four different social layers: "classified customers", "social bubbles","temporary communities" and “neo communities”. Later, this research requires further validation using qualitative field-based methods such as participant observation and interviews. Furthermore, this research can contribute by introducing the perspective of value co-creation in C2C, by conceptualizing the social layer in which values will be formed and giving specific propositions to decision makers and managers who are related to the service industry.Keywords: Customer-dominant logic; Customer-to-customer; Shared consumption; Value co-creat

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out what are the advantages derived from the art of aquascape and any business opportunities that arise as a result of this hobby, lately many people began to love the art of aquarium-made beauty that is decorated with neat and unique decoration, if akita observe products that produce a miniature underwater ecosystem is so beautiful and cool eye-catching that is better known by the name of aquascape, along with the many requests for aquascape art is now beginning emerging aquarium merchants that also provide services aquascape manufacture and maintenance, together with the perminaan equipment good accessories aquarium machines, iron or wood shelves, flora and fauna continue to increase, because to make an aquascape product in need of adequate equipment and equipment to support maximum results, the results of this study took samples of aquascape aquascape, aquascape craftsmen and store access stores oris ornamental fish that exist in Bogor. Data analysis in this research using full costing method to determine selling price. The results showed that aquascape is a hobby that started in like someone, become a promising business field, it turns out the advantage of making aquascape craftsmen obtain 18.30% for aquascape model 1 and 31.24% for aquascape model 2 has not profit from the difference in raw materials in use reach 10%, from the cost incurred where the profit obtained depends on the uniqueness and beauty. so many people who had just a hobby to make as a land of business.Key Words: Aquascape, Hobby, Money, Reading Opportunity

Abstract

With the rapid development of the digital world today, of course, it will affect people's lives, like what used to be offline is now online. One of them that experienced a change from offline to online is the land transportation business. This is evidenced by changes in the base motorcycle taxi, with the digitization of the emerging online motorcycle taxis, such as GOJEK and GRAB. Where is this online motorcycle taxi using mobile applications to make transactions? These changes, of course, will have a significant impact on people's lives, whether it be on political, economic, social, technological, legal or environmental factors or commonly referred to as PESTEL. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the factors that influence the presence of GOJEK in Indonesia, especially those related to PESTEL. Where GOJEK is one of the start-up companies that have developed quite rapidly in the last 9 years. Starting from a motorcycle taxi call center service in 2010, until now, GOJEK has expanded its business to neighboring countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Where research methods are carried out using a qualitative approach, which includes interviews, literature review and observation. Of course, with the very rapid development of GOJEK. Many impacts are caused by GOJEK. One of them is the economic impact, which with the existence of GOJEK, helps the development of SMEs. Where the support of GOJEK is to facilitate the delivery of goods produced by SMEs to buyers and the delivery process is faster. Abstract

The Center for Excellence Vocational School Assistance Program is a vocational development program with certain expertise and competencies in improving quality and performance. This activity is strengthened through partnerships and alignment with the business world, industry, and world of work, which eventually becomes a vocational reference school that can function as a driving school and a center for quality improvement. And other SMK performance. This Community Service activity provides learning assistance and assessment at the Vocational High School, implementing the Center of Excellence program implemented at SMKN 11 Bandung and SMK Wahidin Cirebon. It can conclude that the mentoring results from August 2021 to December 2021 obtained 100% achievement results with the implementation of a learning mentoring program with the new paradigm of the Vocational High School of Excellence, which carry online and offline operational curriculum assistance

Abstract

This Community Service Takes the Title of Risk Mitigation Literacy and Travel Insurance. This Community Service aims to produce PKM Outcome Materials that will be published in Premium journals or journals of community service and entrepreneurship, Risk Mitigation Literacy Materials and travel insurance made in, zoom recordings, and disseminate via YouTube, and Increase literacy to the public through Management Sharing Sessions, posters and expansion of the idea of ​​Risk Mitigation, Travel Insurance, and the importance of understanding the underwriting process in insurance coverage. The method of this research is Implementation Time. The implementation time of the activity is April - August 2022. In the form of designing Literacy Materials for Risk Mitigation and Travel Insurance, publishing the idea of ​​Risk Mitigation and Travel Insurance, and conducting literacy by holding Zoom meetings in Management Sharing Sessions activities underwriting process insurance coverage. The result of this Community Service is the availability of literacy materials, posters, literacy activities in the 7.08th Management Session.
