Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rencana strategis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang sehingga dapat menghasilkan application portfolio sistem informasi masa depan yang optimal bagi civitas akademika. Objek penelitian adalah Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang yang telah menerapkan sistem informasi akademik (SIMAK) terpusat sejak 2014. Untuk membuat rencana strategis sistem informasi menggunakan data analisis SWOT dari buku rencana strategis universitas. Pembuatan renstra menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard sebagai framework pembuatan rencana strategis, metode ini memiliki input berupa data SWOT lingkungan bisnis internal dan external, dan lingkungan SI/TI internal dan external. Hasil dari input analisis SWOT tersebut menghasilkan aktifitas yang menjadi basis dalam pembuatan rencana strategis pengembangan aplikasi masa mendatang. Rencana strategis ini menghasilkan application portfolio dalam Kuadran McFarland dan road map rencana pengembangan aplikasi 5 tahun mendatang.

Abstract

Author Name Disambiguation (AND) is a problem that occurs when a set of publications contains ambiguous names of authors, i.e. the same author may appear with different names (synonyms) in other published papers, or author (authors) who may be different who may have the same name (homonym). In this final project, we will design a model with a Deep Neural Network (DNN) classifier. The dataset used in this final project uses primary data sourced from the Scopus website. This research focuses on integrating data from Indonesian authors. Parameters accuracy, sensitivity and precision are standard benchmarks to determine the performance of the method used to solve AND problems. The best DNN classification model achieves 99.9936% Accuracy, 93.1433% Sensitivity, 94.3733% Precision. Then for the highest performance measurement, the case of Non Synonym-Homonym (SH) has 99.9967% Accuracy, 96.7388% Sensitivity, and 97.5102% Precision.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang dikembangkan saat ini memfokuskan klasifikasi sinyal Electrokardiogram (EKG) pada gangguan arritmia detak jantung. Monitoring ini bertujuan agar dapat menjadi penanganan dini terhadap berbagai jenis gangguan arritmia. Klasifikasi yang diajukan dapat mengklasifikasi 9 jenis gangguan arritmia dengan menggunakan metode Deep Neural Network (DNN). Teknik preprosessing data pada sinyal EKG sebelum proses klasifikasi, yaitu segmentasi, normalisasi menggunakan normalize bound, dan fitur extraction dengan menggunakan autoencoder. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan mendapatkan nilai akurasi yang sangat baik sebesar 99.62% dan sensitivity about 97.18%. Kata kunci—EKG, Arritmia, Klasifikasi, Deep Neural Network  Abstract The research developed today focuses the classification of Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals on heart rate arritmia disorders. This monitoring aims to be an early treatment of various types of arritmia disorders. Using the Deep Neural Network (DNN) process, the proposed classification will identify 9 kinds of arrhythmia disorders. Preprocessing of the ECG signal data technique before the classification process, namely segmentation, normalization using bound normalization, and autoencoder extraction function. Results showed that the system used gained an outstanding 99.62 percent precision value and about 97.18 percent sensitivity. Kata kunci—ECG, Arrhytmia, Classifikation, Deep Neural Network

Abstract

Sebagian besar pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di Desa Kota Daro II belum memanfaatkan fasilitas dari perbankan. Selama ini masalah permodalan yang membuat para pelaku usaha sulit mengembangkan usahanya untuk menghasilkan produk-produk yang dibutuhkan. Para pelaku usaha ini belum mengenal bank, khususnya bank syariah. Mereka menganggap usahanya tidak bankable dan tidak memenuhi ketentuan bank. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya literasi masyarakat Desa Kota Daro II mengenai perbankan khususnya perbankan syariah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam mempersiapkan dan menyusun berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan untuk pembiayaan produktif, khususnya pada bank syariah. Target audiens yang dipilih dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kota Daro II sebanyak 25 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial pendampingan, dan diskusi. Mayoritas pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di Desa Kota Daro II belum mengetahui banyak tentang pengajuan pembiayaan dan belum pernah melakukan transaksi di Bank Umum Syariah. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, pelaku UMKM di Desa Kota Daro II telah mampu memahami prinsip dalam penyusunan berkas pembiayaan produktif pada bank syariah serta mampu menyiapkan berkas yang siap diajukan untuk pengajuan pembiayaan ke bank syariah.

Abstract

Teacher evaluation is a common practice in the world of education. It is useful to determine the quality of teaching performed by teachers. Assessment and evaluation also aim to stimulate the performance of teachers in the learning process. Evaluation and assessment of teachers at Pesantren Miftahul Jannah have not been maximally implemented, subjective assessments from decision-makers often arise, making it difficult to determine the best teachers. User-centered design method is used to create solutions based on user needs. In this study, the design of a decision support system for selecting the best teachers is discussed by applying the user-centered design method to assist in assessing the best teachers. With this method, it is expected that the solutions provided can help solve the problem. The results of this study provide a design and prototype. The prototype that has been built has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a score of 71.6 and received an adjective rating of B or good.

Abstract

The process of selecting the best student in SMA N 4 OKU is currently based solely on the grades from the report book, which is not an optimal approach as there are many other aspects to consider. To address this issue, the TOPSIS method can be used to create a decision support system that considers criteria such as absence, individuality, extracurricular activities, accomplishments, and academic records. This method uses the principle that the selected alternative must be the farthesta froma thea negativea ideala solutiona anda closesta toa thea positivea ideal solution from a geometric perspective. Euclidean distance is used to calculate the optimal solution by measuring the proximity of each alternative. The result of this research is a website-based decision support system that helps teachers select the best students in SMA N 4 OKU by taking into account various criteria By using this method, the school can ensure that the best students are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation, which will ultimately contribute to the betterment of the school and its students.

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a state-owned coal mining company, must comply with government regulations regarding software licenses. They face difficulties monitoring and managing licenses that could lead to violations. To solve this problem, we try to design a website-based UI/UX for Software License Management System. This research aims to provide an intuitive interface and a comfortable user experience employing the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, which consists of three main stages: Needs Analysis, Design and Prototyping, and Evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results indicate that UCD is effective in designing a system responsive to user needs with a high level of usability. With an effectiveness of 99%, efficiency of 96.67%, and an SUS score of 88.25, this system design receives an 'Acceptable' rating, a (B) grade, and falls into the 'Excellent' category. The designed system is deemed suitable for further development towards the implementation phase.
