Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitatif. The technique of collecting the data through interview, observations and documentation. The result of the research show that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City implemented with the goal of building the civil servants’ operational leadership competencies who will or who have occupied echelon IV. The capability is the ability to plan the agency's activities and lead the implementation of these activities. that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City has managed by structural trainning sector and the division head of leadership training as a tecnical implementation of the activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to describe about academic supervision program, the implementation of academic supervision, the evaluation through the process and result of academic supervision and the headmaster followed action in implementing  the academic supervision in Junior High School 13 South Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. After the research we can conclude that the implementation of academic supervision had been done fit to common academic supervision principle. The continued action that is taken by the headmaster in implementing academic supervision were by re-observe the result of supervision, made some revision toward supervision program, and made some improvement to the teachers individually or group .

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe the managerial skill of principal in fostering teacher’ teaching discipline in Senior High School 8 South Bengkulu. The research methods of this study was descriptive qualitative and the techniques of data collection were interview, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principal and teachers. The findings of this study show that the principal generally had applied several managerial skills in fostering teachers’ teaching discipline at Senior High School 8 South Bengkulu in accordance with the chacarteristic and the condition of the school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen praktik kerja industri jurusan usaha perjalanan wisata di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu berkenaan dengan: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Monitoring, Dan Evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian komparatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Perencanaan praktik kerja industri di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu diawali dengan persiapan yaitu, pembentukan kelompok kerja atau panitia kerja. Pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai pedoman, yaitu : Pencarian atau pengajuan siswa, Penyerahan siswa, Kegiatan pelaksanaan dan penempatan siswa di Industri, monitoring, Penarikan siswa, Pelaporan dan penilaian. Monitoring dilakukan oleh guru pembimbing dan instruktur Industri. Evaluasi praktik kerja industri sudah dilaksanakan berdasarkan format pedoman. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru selama proses pembelajaran di sekolah apakah telah berhasil atau belum dengan menghubungkan antara teori yang diperoleh di sekolah dengan dunia Industri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan keterampilan konseptual (conceptual skill), 2) keterampilan manusiawi (human relationship skill, dan 3) keterampilan tehnik (technical skill) kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Mukomuko. Rancangan penelitian deskribtif kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum dan guru.Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen.Teknik analisis data memiliki empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan langkah terakhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah : 1) kepala sekolah mempunyai konsep bahwa peningkatan mutu dapat tercapai dengan ditunjang adanya strategi yang tepat serta ketepatan dalam mengambil keputusan, dalam merencanakan program kerja. 2). Sebagai seorang pemimpin yang terampil dalam bekerja sama dengan orang lain, kepala sekolah telah mampu menjalin komunikasi yang baik, memberikan penghargaan kepada bawahannya yang berprestasi, menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman, memberikan suri tauladan kepada bawahannya, memberikan bimbingan dalam menjalankan tugas dan melibatkan guru dalam mengambil berbagai keputusan. 3) Kepala sekolah telah bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap proses pengawasan dalam proses pembelajaran dan terlibat langsung dalam upaya memberikan bantuan terhadap guru dalam pengelolaan kelas, sebagai bentuk kemampuan keterampilan tehnis.

Abstract

The focus of learning in SMK needs to emphasize the mastery of the skills, knowledge, attitudes and values ​​needed by the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe industrial-class management innovation (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation) in the Daihatsu Smart Joint Program (PPBD) in Vocational High Schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, to examine the condition of natural objects. The research object is Vocational School Negeri 4 Kepahiang in the Industrial-class Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Program Smart Program with Daihatsu. The research results obtained that the management of the industrial class begins with planning to collaborate between the school and the industry and continues with collaboration in the preparation of an industrial class curriculum between the SMK curriculum and industrial qualifications. Implementation management is adjusted to the curriculum that has been prepared with partner industries. The management of the industrial class program evaluation is carried out after the process of implementing the industrial class by both parties.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the effect of academic supervision and teamwork on the level of job satisfaction of junior high school teachers in Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The research sample was 50 teachers using a total sample. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical correlation test using Pearson product moment analysis and regression test. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction, (2) There is a positive relationship between teamwork and teacher job satisfaction,(3) There is a joint relationship between academic supervision and teamwork with job satisfaction by 52% of yunior high school teachers in Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency.
