Abstract

In Indonesia, online shopping has become a trend and transactions have increased drastically, marked by the development of business players involved in the online marketplace industry, one of which is Lazada, which is the top marketplace in Indonesia. Lazada is an online product buying and selling application that offers a variety of products and uses the internet and social media as a forum for interactive two-way interactions with its users. Product bids, attractive prices and availability of information can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The impulse to buy impulsively is described as a complex, sudden, pleasant purchase and the decision-making process occurs instantaneously without thinking of any other considerations. This study has the main objective of identifying the effect of user experience, transaction security, ease of use, convenience on impulsive online buying behavior aimed at the Lazada marketplace. The population in this study are consumers who have made online purchases at Lazada. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling method with the following sample criteria: consumers who have made online Lazada purchases more than once, and aged over 17 years to 50 years. Respondents came from the city of Sidoarjo and totaled 120 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical tool used in this study. The t test is to prove the research hypothesis which previously carried out the reliability test. From the results of the analysis of the research results, it is found that experience, safety, convenience and comfort have a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior at Lazada. The experience variable is a variable that has a dominant effect. Keywords: experience, security, ease of use, enjoyment, impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak terlepas dari bagaimana kinerja karyawannya dan perusahaan saat ini juga semakin bergantung pada upaya karyawan untuk berinovasi. Tantangan yang akan dihadapi perusahaan yaitu bagaimana mempertahankan, menyesuaikan dan mengembangkan perilaku inovatif dari karyawannya serta diharapkan memiliki kemampuaan melibatkan karyawan terhadap pekerjannya dengan tepat. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh variabel perilaku inovatif dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling terhadap 100 orang yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Setelah pengolahan data melalui analisis regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS 24 for windows, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan dampak di semua industri termasuk industri jasa angkutan laut. Salah satunya adalah jasa penyeberangan kapal feri dengan rute Ujung – Kamal yang menghubungkan Surabaya dan pulau Madura. Kondisi yang memprihatinkan dari keberadaan jembatan Suramadu yang menyebabkan penurunan volume angkutan penumpang maupun kendaraan diperparah lagi dengan kebijakan menghadapi pandemi. Dengan tekanan kondisi tersebut, pihak pengelola dituntut untuk lebih peka mengamati faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat dari pengguna jasa penyeberangan kapal feri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan terhаdаp minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal; (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan keterlibatan secara simultan terhаdаp minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal. Di penelitian ini melibatkan 76 responden. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 23 diperoleh temuan penelitian bahwa (1) lokasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal; (2) keterlibatan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal; (3) lokasi dan keterlibatan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat menggunakan jasa penyeberangan kapal feri rute Ujung – Kamal.

Abstract

Tercapainya tujuan perusahaan merupakan peran dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimilikinya. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu menerapkan bentuk kepemimpinan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan demokratis pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan di Jombang yang memiliki 60 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil yang didapatka setelah melakukan analisis data adalah kepemimpinan demokratis memiliki peran pada naik turunnya kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan demokratis memberikan kontribusi sebesar 70,3% pada pergerakan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Successful companies get contributions from the performance of their employees. Employees are the most important and foremost asset in a company. With good and quality employee performance, this will help the company to achieve its goals. Three things affect employee performance, namely competence, compensation and leadership. Competence is the main requirement to do work assignments. Compensation is the level of benefits received by employees. Excellent leadership quality to lead a company, by finding employees who are competent in the field of work that has been determined and provide adequate compensation in stages for employees who excel, this will improve the performance of company employees. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 35 people from the total population. The results showed that, [1] competence had a significant effect on job performance; [2] compensation has a significant effect on job performance; [3] leadership has a significant effect on job performance

Abstract

One of the major costs incurred by the company is the cost to maintain its human resources. These costs consist of recruitment costs and employee training costs. To reduce these costs, companies need to reduce turnover intention in their companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership and job rotation on employee turnover intention. This survey used multiple linear regression and SPSS 26 analyzed data from 79 respondents whose sample was determined using the census method. The results of this study found that turnover intention is partially significantly influenced by leadership. This result is followed by another variable, namely job rotation which partially also has a role in turnover intention. The two variables studied simultaneously play a significant and significant role on turnover intention

Abstract

The era of globalization has hit almost all areas of human life around the world. Progress and change occur in tandem with the swift currents of globalization. The development of a very fast era like today requires human resources to have high quality to achieve a more prosperous life. Youth has extra potential compared to other community groups. The existence of youth is very necessary in the midst of society for community empowerment efforts, especially youth. However, the success of youth in youth empowerment efforts has not been explored optimally and more deeply, so that it makes the attraction itself to dig deeper into youth empowerment to cultivate creative business interests. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach because this research presents, describes or describes descriptive data about youth empowerment to foster creative business interest. the results obtained by the youth have an interest in doing creative business. however, this was hindered by the existing training and capital. for some people, the training that has been done so far has had an impact on their desire to open a business compared to applying for jobs elsewhere.

Abstract

The government has declared the creative economy to be the foundation of the regional economy. This statement is evidenced by the continued development of the creative economy in Indonesia. It was recorded that in 2021 the creative economy contributed 1.274 trillion rupiah. With this result, the government will be optimistic about its original goal. The creative economy of the culinary sector is one of the 17 sectors launched in Indonesia. The culinary sector contributes 41% to the GDP of the creative economy. With this increase, it is necessary to know what factors have an impact on increasing the creative economy of the culinary sector. Indonesia has many culinary delights spread throughout its territory. So that people do not have difficulty in determining the product they want to sell. The community is expected to be able to innovate to produce products that are packaged modernly by maintaining the existing taste. Creative economy business actors are also expected to be able to overcome obstacles with their creative ideas.

Abstract

Community service activities during the COVID-19 pandemic were aimed at underprivileged communities in areas affected by this event. This service activity was carried out to help the community in the Sidotopo Wetan Village, Surabaya City in terms of basic needs in order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. Social service activities are a form of embodiment of caring attitudes, helping each other. Social service activities are a form of nabusia nature that has sympathy and empathy. Social service is an activity that reflects a sense of caring for people in need and a desire to help alleviate their needs. One of them is by sharing basic needs which is a branch of social service as a community service activity. With this activity, we can forge a relationship between each other so that it will build intimacy between the community and the entire academic community of Sunan Giri University. The target of this basic food distribution activity is considered to have been achieved to relieve the people affected by the Covid-19 and those who cannot afford it in the hope of alleviating the community's needs

Abstract

Human Resource Management is faced with the problem of being able to recruit employees who have the appropriate abilities for organizational goals and increase the desires of these employees. Management will prepare HR to achieve company goals starting from recruitment, selection, maintenance and development of each individual. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job demands, psychological capital and social maturity on employee professionalism and the most dominant factor among the three. this study used 142 respondents as a sample. the results obtained by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, several results were found which were stated as follows: job demands, psychological capital and social maturity had a partial significant effect on employee professionalism and job demands were the dominant variables on employee professionalism.
