Abstract

The success of education at the school is largely determined by success in managingthe head of the educational staff in schools/madrasah. Principals have responsibilityfor improving the quality of teachers in achieving its objectives in addition to thegovernment's obligations. Implementation of management education personnel(teachers and staff) in Indonesia according Mulyasa, at least include; workforce planning, procurement personnel, dismissal of personnel, coaching and development, promotion and assessment. Activities meant to show that the provision of teachers aseducators very great concern in efforts to achieve the quality of the success of learners.Quality Management aims to develop human resources empowerment of teachers whoare expected to engage actively pushing to improve the quality of schools/madrasah.This devotion performed on MI Urwatul Wusqo PP. Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo, MIPerguruan Muallimat in PP Walisongo Cukir, MI Tarbiyatul Aulad Bandung inGebang Malang Bandung and MI Ar-Rohman Nglaban Bendet. Relative activity ofteacher empowerment through developing quality human resources managementmodel in order to improve the quality of madrasah in Sub district Diwek Jombang, canbe summarized as follows: 1. In the beginning, the madrasah four management modelsare clerical, after empowering the community service program, the fourth madrasahmanagement models to increase to managerial model. 2. Subject devotion capable ofimplementing the quality management model of human resources fitted to thecharacteristics of each institution. 3. The quality of human resources managementmodel developed by Principals effective enough to increase the empowerment ofteachers in the fourth MI. 4. The research subjects were able to understand the qualityof human resources management capabilities and strength of institutions in improvingteacher quality through the transformation of the quality management of humanresources. 5. The research subjects understand their duties and functions as teachers(institution Asset, facilitator, motivator, mediator, and creator) in the teaching andlearning process.

Abstract

Implementing human resource management at Vocational High School Khoiriyah is guided by Islamic boarding school values. The teachers at that school are very heterogeneous. The difference can be seen in the competence and mastery of technology. This study describes the human resource planning carried out by Vocational High School Khoiriyah Hasyim Tebuireng. The method used qualitatively with observations, interviews, and documentation for data collections. The results showed that human resource planning at Vocational High School Khoiriyah was carried out centrally in the quality assurance unit of the Islamic Boarding School. The results of human resource planning were approved by KH M Hasyim Asy’ari Foundation. The implementation of human resource planning at Vocational High School Khoiriyah, on enhancing teacher performance is based on Islamic Boarding School values by prioritizing cultural values. In the process, human resource planning also involves the business and industry for following the expertise program at Vocational High School Khoiriyah Tebuireng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Pengelolaan Perkantoran Di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Untuk memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun Hasil dari Penelitian yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang bahwa 1). Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang yang pertama adalah dengan selalu menerapkan rasa nilai kejujuran, disiplin, tepat waktu serta bekerjasama dalam bekerja. Yang kedua, untuk perekrutan yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang dengan cara membuat pemberitahuan open rekrutmen yang disebarkan melalui media sosial, sedangkan seleksi di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang melihat dari kualifikasi pendidikan dan juga kemampuannya. Yang ketiga, pegawai atau staff yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang juga diharuskan untuk selalu mengikuti seminar serta workshop yang dilakukan oleh yayasan maupun dari lembaga lain. Yang keempat, motivasi yang diberikan kepada staff ataupun pegawai yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang berupa penghargaan, ucapan terima kasih, ucapan semangat serta pujian. 2). Pengelolaan perkantoran di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang meliputi perencanaan, dengan cara tinggal menjalankan program kerja yang sudah ditentukan diawal tahun.  Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan cara briefing atau diberi arahan jika selama 1 semester hasil kinerja staff memuaskan maka ditetapkan staff tersebut untuk dijadikan pegawai tetap. Selanjutnya Pergerakan, yang dilakukan di madrasah aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang dengan cara tetap menjalin dan membangun komunikasi yang baik antar staff dan pimpinan. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti di MTs Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar Jombang penasaran dengan keefektifan penyelenggaraan kurikulum berbasis pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Investigasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Studi Kasus (Case Study) kualitatif. Metode observasi, wawancara, dan catatan tertulis akan digunakan untuk menyusun data penelitian ini. Peserta termasuk administrator sekolah, asisten direktur kurikulum, instruktur kelas, dan siswa. Metode analisis triangulasi digunakan untuk mengkaji informasi yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum terpadu K–13 Madrasah Diniyah MTs Mamba’ul Ma’arif Denanyar terdiri dari empat tahapan pengelolaan (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan, dan penilaian). Berbeda dengan madrasah lainnya, standar pendidikan di MTs Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar cukup tinggi. Sebagai permulaan, ada fasilitator dalam bentuk instruktur yang berpengetahuan luas dan profesional serta menjadi panutan bagi murid-muridnya. Kemudian buku sorogan memberikan waktu lebih banyak bagi siswa untuk belajar. MTs Mamba'ul Ma'arif memiliki program yang membentengi generasi muda melalui pendidikan Madrasah. Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTs Mamba'ul Ma'arif Denanyar melalui integrasi kurikulum formal dan kurikulum pondok pesantren, serta muatan kurikulum agama pelengkap

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Implementasi Manajemen Pendidik Dalam Peningkatkan Mutu Siswa (Studi Kasus di MTsN 5 Karawang)”. Fokus penelitian adalah Bagaimana Implementasi Manajemen Tenaga Kependidikan dalam Peningkatan Mutu Siswa di MTsN 5 Karawang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen tenaga pengajar dalam peningkatan kualitas siswa di MTsN 5 Karawang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) perencanaan tenaga pengajar dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MTsN 5 Karawang. Yakni: a) meningkatkan prestasi akademik; b) meningkatkan prestasi non-akademik; c) memaksimalkan lulusan yang berkualitas. 2) implementasi tenaga pengajar dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MTsN 5 Karawang. 3) evaluasi tenaga pengajar dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MTsN 5 Karawang. Implementasi Manajemen Pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik di MTsN 5 Karawang dapat dikatakan berhasil, dengan diadakannya beberapa pelatihan seperti workshop, bimtek dan supervisi untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi pengembangan tenaga pengajar pada tahun ajaran berikutnya

Abstract

MTs Salafiah Tebuireng Jombang is an Islamic-based school that is expected not only to be able to play a role in equipping and developing general knowledge and religious knowledge, but also being able to carry out its role to change that knowledge into meaningful and valuable ways through various schools. Internalize the values ​​of Islamic religious education so that they can control students in acting and behaving religiously in their daily lives. In the age of globalization that is full of these challenges, education seems to be getting heavier with the demands of increasingly complex modern society. The impact of educators must be to keep pace with the times that are increasingly creative and dynamic, but still maintain Islamic values. Planting Islamic values ​​through education is very necessary for students. The many deviant behaviors of students and adolescents in general that are not in accordance with religious norms lately encourage various parties to question the effectiveness of the implementation of religious education in schools. Islamic Education must be an agent of change in changing the behavior of students in a better direction. Based on the description above, several problems can be formulated, namely: 1) How is the religious character education of students at Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang MTs, 2) How is the formation of religious character of students through the flagship program Al-Ihya’ Li ‘Ulumi ad-Din, and 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the formation of the religious character of students through the Al-Ihya' 'Li-Ulumi Ad-Din program. The type of research used by the author is a case study, the approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach, while the method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it was concluded that the process of internalizing the values ​​of Islamic religious education in shaping the Muslim personality of students at the MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang was: in the first hour students read the Qur'an, Asma'ul Husna and prayers, rest first prayer in dhuha, resting of the two dzuhur prayers in congregation and culture, carrying out PHBI activities, holding religious competitions in the month of Ramadan, teachers deepening learning material, being familiar with students, giving taladan, monitoring students, material delivered in accordance with the Qur'an and the hadith, students are required to memorize the verses in the Qur'an and hadith according to the material being taught, students are given the task to read the Qur'an every day for at least 10 verses, students take part in religious extracurricular activities

Abstract

The butterfly pea flower is becoming and increasingly popular in Indonesia as a flower that has a positive impact can use for combine with food and drink and also for medicine. The aim of this dedication is to describe the introduction of food and drinks using butterfly pea flowers and explain the inhibiting and supporting factors during the process of introducing food and drinks using butterfly pea flowers. The dedication used a qualitative approach. The dedication was carried out in Karangmojo Village, Ploso, Jombang, there were 35 participants. Data collection uses direct interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses triangulation. The results of the dedication showed that the implementation of the introduction of food and drinks using butterfly pea flowers given to the PKK group in Karangmojo Village, Ploso, Jombang went well. The material presented was related to the understanding of butterfly pea flowers, their components, benefits, opportunities for the business sector in cultivating butterfly pea flowers and demonstrations of food and butterfly pea flowers. The inhibiting factor is that human resources are still minimal in using the butterfly pea flower and there is no quality management of food and beverage production using the butterfly pea flower. The supporting factors are high curiosity and a willingness to learn more about the butterfly pea flower. Conclusion: The introduction of food and drinks using butterfly pea flowers with the PKK group in Karangmojo Ploso Jombang Village was carried out well. The material was delivered to participants without any problems. Solutions have been found for the inhibiting factors along with supporting factors.

Abstract

The research is intended to describe and analyze the management of human resources development at MTS al hikam jatirejo was inspired by jombang. To describe and analyze the quality of educators at MTS al hikam jatirejo was inspired by jombang. To describe and analyze the management of human resources development in improving the quality of educators at MTS al hikam jatirejo was inspired by jombang. The method used was case studies. Research shows that the management of human resource development at MTS al hikam jatirejo was debunked by jombang very well because it has been through several stages and selections made by madrassa head who refers to the vision of the madrasah mission and its prescribed standards of soup. The quality of educators at MTS al hikam jatirejo is detrained by jombang, and have effective roles and responsibilities, and the program evaluation results can be a model for the next program. The management of human resource development in enhanced educators at MTS al hikam jatirejo is said to be successful, with several such training as workshops, bimtech, and supervision to design and evaluate the development of human resources in the following year.

Abstract

Strategi manajemen humas merupakan hal penting dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan agar setiap tujuan bisa tercapai. Strategi manajemen humas dalam konteks kerjasama eksternal mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari komunikasi proaktif dengan mitra potensial hingga pemecahan masalah yang cepat dan efektif ketika menghadapi tantangan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Humas, Kaur Humas, dan Pihak Eksternal. Data yang terkumpul untuk observasi data wawancara dianalisis dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa SMP Negeri 2 Sumobito memiliki strategi analisis lingkungan dengan observasi internal dan eksternal, perumusan strategi untuk megidentifikasi tujuan jangka panjang dan menghindari pemborosan, implementasi strategi, koordinasi kepengurusan untuk penanggung jawab pada setiap kegiatan, pembuatan surat MoU, evaluasi hasil kerja dilakukan setiap bulan setelah melakukan kerjasama. Kata Kunci: strategi manajemen, humas, kerjasama
