Abstract

 This research aims to findout that education policy evaluation is a procedure used to assess how much aneducational policy produces results using a comparison between goals and targets with the results obtained. the procedure must be carried out at the timeof implementing the implementation of the education policy analysis, which aimsto find out how the education policy is running, whether it is running well or is experiencing obstacles, changes are needed or only improvements. In addition, the evaluation of educational policies provides clarity about the advantages and disadvantages of the applied educational policies, we can also find out all the impacts that have been caused by the education policies, whether they cause benefits or even provide losses, chaos and so on. At the management stage, the evaluation process is the last stage of the educational policy-making process that can produce information that is used to improve the education policy. The measurement of the success of educational policies is one of the most important tools in an educational policy evaluation activity that is used as a measurement of the value and benefits resulting from the implemented educational policies.

Abstract

Strategi Pemasaran Pendidikan dalam Menarik Minat Peserta Didik Baru di MTs Negeri 4 Jombang. Persaingan yang ketat dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut seluruh pemasar untuk mampu menjalankan kegiatan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Humas, Wakil Kepala Kesiswaan, dan Guru. Data yang terkumpul untuk observasi data wawancara dianalisis dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa MTs Negeri 4 Jombang memiliki strategi pemasaran target pasar sasaran yang mana target pasaran memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan para peserta didik baru, Minat peserta didik memiliki minat bersekolah apabila cocok dengan pilihan peserta didik tersebut, dan Strategi pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah adalah memasarkan madrasah melalui media cetak seperti banner, pamflet, brosur. Tidak hanya itu, pemasaran madrasah juga dilakukan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, twiter, whatsapp, facebook dan tiktok. Komunikasi pihak internal dan eksternal juga merupakan pemasaran yang baik serta pertukaran informasi alumni.

Abstract

Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor (PMDG) menjadi beberapa instusi pendidikan islam yang cukup terkenal dan setiap tahunnya memiliki ribuan peminat. Kurikulum pendidikan dalam pesantren ini dinamakan Kuliatul Muallimin Islamiyah (KMI), dengan dibawah kepemimpinan Kyai. Kyai dapat disebut sebagai Motivator yang berpengaruh besar bagi Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam menjalin Komunikasi dan berinteraksi. Keterikatan bentuk sosial Gontor dan masyarakat sekitar saling memberikan dukungan yang baik sehingga menciptakan nilai-nilai yang positif bagi masyarakat sekitar terhadap Gontor. Dengan demikian dapat di pahami bahwa kepemimpinan Kyai sangat berperan dalam membangun citra pesantren. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh peran Kyai terhadap Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Ustad Pondok Pesantren, dan Pengurus. Teknik yang dikalkukan yakni Observasi, Wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya peran kepemimpinan seorang Kyai sangat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi keberlangsungan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan pondok pesantren dengan masyarakat sekitar, agar menciptkan kehidupan yang damai dan positif.

Abstract

Teachers have a very strategic role in ensuring the success of learning and improving the quality of education. In order for the teacher's duties and responsibilities to be carried out properly, a teacher must have the expertise, desire, and effort in teaching and learning activities which include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational outcomes. Teachers are expected to have great motivation so that the work they carry out can run optimally. If a teacher has the positive motivation, he will show attention, attention, and willingness to participate in carrying out tasks or activities. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of motivation in improving teacher performance to produce effective and optimal learning. The literature study method was used in this study to obtain information and data about the role of motivation in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in preserving local traditions at MTsN 17 Jombang, East Java. As part of the Merdeka Curriculum, P5 seeks to integrate Pancasila values, including respect for local culture, into the educational process. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The subjects of the study include the school principal, teachers, students, and community leaders involved in the P5 implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of P5 at MTsN 17 Jombang successfully integrates local traditions into the curriculum through various activities such as traditional dance training, traditional music, handicrafts, and ceremonial events. This project not only enhances students' awareness of local culture but also involves the community in the preservation of traditions. Challenges encountered include limited resources and time for extracurricular activities, as well as the need for teacher training in managing cultural preservation activities. The study concludes that P5 can be an effective model for preserving local traditions through formal education. With the right approach, P5 at MTsN 17 Jombang can serve as a best practice example for integrating local culture into school curricula. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of culturally-based curricula in other schools across Indonesia.
