Abstract

This training aims to provide an understanding to batik craftsmen so that they can use mangroves as an alternative to natural dyes batik. This training includes the provision of materials related to the general description of mangroves, their benefits and how to process them into natural dyes batik. The method of implementing this activity uses seminars and questions and answers to support the participants' brainstorming. Measurement of understanding in participants using pre-test and post-test instruments. The implementation phase of this activity begins with giving a pre-test, delivering material and measuring the post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in participants' understanding of 62.15 percent. Participants before receiving the training were only able to get an average score of 5.99 while after participating in the training, they could get a score of 9.63. The understanding received by the participants was better accompanied by the direct processing of mangrove waste for natural dyes batik

Abstract

Workshop hospitality ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penerapan hospitality untuk menciptakan pelayanan prima pada pelaku usaha pada industri batik di Kabupaten Klaten. Workshop ini mencakup pemberian materi hospitality yang disampaikan dengan metode seminar kemudian dilanjutkan tanya jawab untuk menciptakan brainstorming pada peserta workshop. Pengukuran terhadap pemahaman peserta workshop menggunakan scoring pada instrumen kuesioner yang dibagikan sebelum kegiatan (pre-test) dan setelah kegiatan (post-test). Pelaksanaan workshop ini diawali dengan penyebaran kuesinoer pre-test, dilanjutkan penyampaian materi, diskusi tanya jawab antara peserta dengan narasumber dan penyebaran kuesioner post-test. Hasil pengukuran pemahaman melalui pre-test dan post-test telah menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 51,42 persen. Peserta sebelum mendapatkan materi workshop hanya mampu mendapatkan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,90. Tetapi setelah mengikuti kegiatan workshop, pemahaman peserta meningkat yang ditunjukkan dengan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 9,53.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to undertake the digital literacy competence among the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) actors and to answer the previous research evidence that digital literacy is still under study; therefore, digital literacy among the SMEs a cluster of MSME, natural dyes Batik Kebon Indah Bayat Klaten is used as location of this research. Method of the study was carried out by census to all members of cluster batik natural dyes in Bayat Kebon Indah Klaten. All 186 batik members were withdrawn as respondent of this study, the reason for withdrawing all cooperative member of Kebon Indah because they were engaged in digital marketing activities to promote their natural dyes batik products. The engagement in social media to promote their products was vulnerable to digital illiteracy exposures. Digital literacy is a mediating variable bridging the gap between digital marketing capability and SME business performance. The findings reveal that digital marketing capability has a significant impact on SME business performance, digital literacy has a considerable effect on SME's business performance, and digital literacy significantly impacts digital marketing capability. Implication of the study found out that digital literacy prevented the respondents to believe in hoax, several deceiver’s efforts of business deceptions, therefore digital literacy strengthened them to be cautious in managing their business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the internationalization of several types A and B hospitals in the city of Manado and its surroundings. Manado was declared by the Ministry of Tourism as one of the main destinations in Indonesia. How to promote and bring in foreign tourists must be accompanied by security guarantees, the main ones being health insurance and access to international insurance when in tourist destinations. The research method was carried out by purposive convenient sampling carried out at the inns and hotels of the tourists staying. The results of the research stated that all foreign tourists have positive perceptions and beliefs about the existence and services of international hospitals in Manado, the thing that still makes them doubtful is about the completeness of international standard hospital facilities, but these doubts can be overcome with reassurance with evidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk pengaruh celebrity endorsement, online review customer, dan promo gratis ongkir terhadap minat beli produk di Keranjang Kuning TikTok Shop pada Mahasiswa/i UDINUS Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang terdiri dari mahasiswa/i UDINUS Semarang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorsement dan promo gratis ongkir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk di Keranjang Kuning TikTok Shop pada Mahasiswa/i UDINUS Semarang. Namun, online review customer tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli produk di Keranjang Kuning TikTok Shop pada Mahasiswa/i UDINUS Semarang. Kata Kunci: Celebrity Endorsement, Online Review Customer, Promo Gratis Ongkir dan Minat Beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak dari beberapa faktor terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada kartu provider Telkomsel Prabayar di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pelanggan kartu provider Telkomsel Prabayar dan mahasiswa fakultas ilmu komputer Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, 100 responden dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, harga dan citra merek terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pengguna Shopee dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, di mana 100 responden diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Namun, electronic word of mouth dan price consciousness terbukti berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, online customer review, electronic word of mouth, dan price consciousness secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Environmental damage and sustainability become the center of attention along with climate change today. One of the interesting things is the change in behavior in the consumption of products categorized as "green", including in terms of choosing tourism destinations. Environmentally friendly tourism destinations or ecotourism is increasingly becoming an option for those who care about the environment. Ecotourism is also used by many countries, including travel agents, to increase their economic value or profit. This study aims to investigate how the role of Environmental Concern as antecendent of Ecoturism Visit Intention mediates the influence of Future Time perspective and Destination Image toward Ecotourism visit Intention.  This research involved 200 respondents who had visited ecotourism destinations at least twice, which was obtained using a convenience sample approach. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) which were processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical package. The result shows that Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image positively impact Ecotourism Intention.   Future Time perspective and Destination’s Image also influence Ecotourism Intention indirectly through Environmental Concern as the mediating variable. As an implication, the government and travel agents improve service readiness and perception of high-value propositions to develop a better destination image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada konseptualisasi Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) berdasarkan partisipan mahasiswa pengguna smartphone Samsung di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang. FOMO atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Fear Of Missing Out merupakan penyakit social yang sering kita jumpai pada jaman sekarang. Media social saat ini memiliki dua sisi baik sisi positif maupun sisi negatif yang dapat menimbulkan sebuah problem dalam dunia kehidupan masyarakat. Fear Of Missing Out menjadi salah satu dampak kecanduan terhadap gangguan penggunaan sosial media bagi para penggunanya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan 105 repsonden yang diambil sebagai data penelitian. Data diperoleh dari menyebarkan google kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas konvergen, uji AVE, uji discriminant validity, uji reliabilitas, uji r square, uji f square, uji srmr,uji hipotesis menggunakan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil peneliitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Kata Kunci : FOMO, Media Sosial, Mahasiswa, Gaya Hidup
