Abstract

The application of the traditional engklek game as a learning method by inviting students to play is one of the variations of learning that is favored by children and is able to train students in mastering the thematic learning concepts. This research is important to be researched in order to provide solutions to the low mastery of thematic learning concepts in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah which is still happening so that learning objectives can be implemented properly. The method in this study uses quantitative to test students after being given treatment in the form of applying the traditional engklek game. The research instrument used an observation and test form. The data analysis technique in this study is looking for validity, reliability, normality and linearity tests, and hypothesis testing with a t-test. The results obtained in the research conducted in class III in MI in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency, it can be concluded that 1) the level of interest in the engklek game 74% are included in the good category, meaning that the traditional engklek game can be said to be feasible as one of the suitable learning media to be applied to students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. 2) The level of mastery of students' concepts is 79% included in the high category, meaning that students' mastery of concepts in learning has been able to master thematic learning concepts in class III. 3) The effectiveness of the engklek game on students' concept mastery based on hypothesis testing is obtained tcount > ttable (4.163 > 2.101), meaning that the use of the engklek game is a new and varied method to be used in thematic learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEvery living creatures, including humans, will inevitably experience death. Because taking care of the corpse is a form of caring and respect for fellow Muslims. So we as a Muslims must know the procedures and rules for treating corpse. Thus that this corpse care training can contribute to helping the community to add officers who can organize the corpse so that the difficulty in finding the corpse organizers is overcome and trying to improve the ability of Bluluk villagers, about  rules for treating corpse according to Islamic law. There are three steps used in the training for treating corpse, namely lecture method, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and practice of genizah management. The results obtained from this training were the Muslim NU group, and the surrounding community gained an understanding and mastered the concept of managing corpses and mastering the basics of managing Muslim corpses so that they could apply them in practice by the Al-Qur’an and the Sunnah and pay attention to manners in each the process. And the Muslim NU group and the surrounding community were willing to form a corpse management team so that they could contribute to the community. Keywords: Training, corpse care. Islamic Law. ABSTRAKSetiap makhluk hidup, termasuk juga manusia pasti akan mengalami mati.  Karena mengurus jenazah merupakan salah  satu bentuk kepedulian dan penghormatan kepada sesama muslim. Jadi kita sebagai seorang muslim harus mengetahui tata cara dan aturan dalam perawatan jenazah. Sehingga pelatihan perawatan jenazah ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membantu masyarakat untuk menambah petugas yang dapat menyelenggarakan jenazah sehingga kesulitan dalam mencari tenaga penyelenggara jenazah teratasi dan berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan warga masyarakat desa Bluluk, mengenai aturan dalam perawatan jenazah menurut syariat Islam. Terdapat tiga langkah yang digunakan dalam pelatihan perawatan jenazah ini yaitu metode ceramah, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), dan praktik pengurusan jeanzah. Hasil yang didapat dari pelatihan ini yaitu kelompok muslimat NU dan masyarakat sekitar mendapatkan pemahaman dan menguasai konsep mengenai pengurusan jenazah dan menguasai dasar-dasar pengurusan jenazah muslim, sehingga dapat mengaplikasikannya dengan praktik yang sesuai dengan Al-Quran dan Sunnah serta memperhatikan adab-adab dalam setiap prosesnya. Dan kelompok muslimat NU dan masyarakat sekitar bersedia membentuk tim pengurusan jenazah sehingga dapat berkontribusi terhadap masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Perawatan jenazah. Syariat Islam.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia merupakan negara yang termasuk rendah minat untuk membaca. Sehingga perlu adanya media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu meningkatkan minat baca salah satunya dengan mengembangkan media komik digital yang masih jarang diterapkan oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan media komik digital untuk meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan mengacu pada model ADDIE. Subyek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah sepuluh sekolah di Kabupaten Lamongan yang berjumlah 352 Peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Data angket dianalisis menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif persentase dengan kualifikasi skala empat dalam pemberian makna, sedangkan efektivitas media dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil pengembangan media komik digital nussa rara untuk meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik diperoleh: uji kelayakan oleh ketiga ahli dengan ketiganya berada pada kategori sangat baik. Media komik digital nussa rara efektif diterapkan kepada peserta didik dengan thitung > ttabel (2.806>1.960). Hasil uji kemenarikan media komik digital nussa rara didapatkan sebesar 94,86% dengan kategori sangat menarik.Abstract: Indonesia is a country that has a low interest in reading. Hence, it is necessary to have learning media that can help increase reading interest; one of which is by developing digital comic media for the teachers. The purpose of this study is to develop digital comics media to enhance students' reading interests. This research employed Research and Development design using the ADDIE model. The research subjects were from ten schools in Lamongan Regency, totaling 352 students. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The questionnaire results were analyzed and presented in percentages. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the media was analyzed using the t test. The results showed that the Nussa Rara digital comics media could enhance students' reading interests. The feasibility test by the three experts exhibited the very good category. The Nussa Rara digital comics media can be effectively applied to students with tcount > ttable (2.806>1.960). Last but not least, the attractiveness test results of the Nussa Rara digital comics media showed 94.86% with a very interesting category.

Abstract

Behind its disgusting shape, cow dung has many ingredients that are very beneficial for soil fertility. This service was carried out in Slaharwotan Village, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency. In this village, the majority of people raise cattle, but the manure is wasted and not utilized. For this reason, this service aims to provide assistance to the cattle farming community to process wasted cow manure waste into organic fertilizer that can be used for agricultural soil fertility. This service method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) with planning, implementation, and evaluation steps. Retrieval of community needs data by means of interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Assistance in making organic fertilizer is carried out in a simple way with additional ingredients in the form of EM4 and calcium. This activity is also an additional knowledge for farmers who do not understand how to make organic fertilizer properly. With this mentoring activity, the community knows that cow dung has beneficial value and can immediately practice independently in processing cow dung into organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Obstacles that often arise in the presentation of written and scientific works are not being careful in including quotations and finding it difficult to manage reference sources. If the references listed have enough sources, the citation must also be clear according to what he quoted from the original source. The purpose of writing citation sources and bibliography is so that we avoid plagiarism. One of the functions of quotations is to support or reinforce our writing. The method used in the implementation of this service is an intensive mentoring method with direct practice on the Mendeley desktop application. The results of the mentoring in the form of Mendeley training were obtained in the pre-test session, the test participants only got an average of 62.75. Meanwhile, after the assistance, the score increased significantly, the average score was 96.25. This shows that what they know in making references to scientific papers is still inadequate before the training is carried out. After the implementation of the training, it was seen that their knowledge increased significantly.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to: analyze the teacher's teaching style in the Fiqh subject; find out the efforts of teachers of fiqh subjects in improving cognitive learning outcomes. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The author's data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. Meanwhile, the author's data validity test uses source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the teaching style of teachers at the MI Nurul Khoiriyah Siwuran school is quite good and effective. Because what is implemented by teachers in schools is to use the teacher's style and character that attracts students' atention. Teachers also have a critical role in teaching. A teacher does not only know about the material to be taught. However, it must have a solid personality to make it a student role model. Teachers must also train skills, attitudes, and mentality to inspire students and become role models so that students can feel comfortable when explained by the teacher. Teachers can create a new atmosphere by using varied teaching styles, such as image media, video images, and study groups to discuss the learning material. And based on the results of the study, it was found that efforts to improve cognitive learning outcomes are of them by creating a new atmosphere, a comfortable atmosphere for learning in the classroom, and using a variety of effective teaching styles so that they understand without them.

Abstract

Digital-based learning using e-learning is a suitable alternative for remote teaching and learning activities in response to what happens nowadays. In carrying out the e-learning activities from home, educators are required to autonomously access and understand the materials provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze primary school teachers' perceptions of digital-based learning using e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research employing data collection techniques through interviews with 12 teachers who apply e-learning in Lamongan Regency. The data validity was obtained using source triangulation. The data analysis techniques were yielded from data condensation, data display, and research conclusions. The results of this study indicated that as much as 68.75% of teachers claimed that digital technology-based learning using e-learning is in a good category, which means that with the help of e-learning in distance learning, teachers are aided, especially in overcoming problems that may occur when learning from home. For this reason, it is hoped that there will be a dissemination of insight development for all teachers about digital technology-based learning.
