Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this community service is to provide additional knowledge to Fokma Muslim women regarding digital entrepreneurship so that they can face developments, challenges, and competition in the era of globalization. The audience is Indonesian Muslim women residing in Malaysia. The methods used include lectures, training, and discussions. Digital entrepreneurship is expected to provide value propositions for superior and differentiated products and services, establish good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and resellers, recognize and build good relationships with customers, comply with legal regulations, seek sources of business capital, and conduct effective and efficient promotions.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Application of Work Discipline and Work Motivation in Improving the Performance of Non-ASN Employees in the Cleaning Department at the Center for Civil Service Personnel Development in Bogor. This research aims to analyze the application of work discipline and work motivation in improving employee performance. The research method used is qualitative research with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection procedures for this research are observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this research show that the implementation of employee work discipline is quite good, because there are some employees who obey the regulations set by the agency. Apart from that, the implementation of employee work motivation is good because there are awards given by agency leaders. By implementing work discipline and work motivation, employee performance can be improved. And employee performance is good because the resulting performance has a good impact on the individual and the agency. The results of the SWOT analysis show that it is in quadrant I, namely aggressive, where the values ​​of the available to take advantage of opportunities. And also the results of the QSPM analysis are that there are 5 priority alternative strategies that can be used as strategies to improve employee performance, including improving good service, employee attitudes and employee responsibility at 6.50, controlling work so that it runs professionally at 6.42, maintaining relationships. Good cooperation between employees and other agencies amounted to 6.13, increased potential employee abilities by 5.91, increased assertiveness and concern by 5.22

Abstract

Human physical movement space has increasingly limited the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic online businesses are increasingly mushrooming in the community. Nowadays, it is getting familiar term e-commerce which stands for electronic commerce, which means trading electronically. With this e-commerce many many berhingga-bagi existing, it can not be dipupong that e-commerce provides a good enough for angkatanni. Growing e-commerce is also inseparable from the name of the marketplace. One type of business that began to have many marketplaces is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Lialang village, located in Taktakan-Kota Serang Subdistrict, has many MSME umkm actors engaged in production, handicrafts, and many other productions. Which method is the way of community activities is training and mentoring that berkurun. This activity is the community in Keluarahan Lialang, especially UMKM actors subdistrict a lot of information and education about e-commerce and know various types of marketplaces, benefits and which ones become dilim online through the marketplace as well. In addition, this activity can be a business of MSMEs for their products broader existing marketplace and innovate and change in its more advanced and growing business

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana gerakan literasi sekolah diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari guru Bahasa Indonesia, guru kelas dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan tahapan pembelajaran GLS pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV di MIS Al – Birra Pekanbaru dan membahas faktor pendukung dan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan tahapan kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan vertifikasi data/menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan GLS telah membantu meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan literasi siswa, terutama dalam membaca dan menulis. Kegiatan literasi diintegrasikan secara rutin ke dalam kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan yang beragam, seperti membaca pagi, menulis, mendengarkan, dan berdiskusi. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan, implementasi GLS di MIS Al-Birra Pekanbaru telah menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan literasi siswa, terutama dalam kemampuan membaca dan menulis. Upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program ini harus terus dilakukan agar dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal di masa mendatang.
