Puskesmas Karang Intan 2 Jalan Irigasi, Desa Sungai Alang, Kecamatan Karang Intan, Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan *Oktadepy@gmail.com ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien merupakan nilai subyektif terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Seorang pasien jika merasa puas dengan nilai yang diberikan oleh jasa pelayanan, sangat besar kemungkinannya untuk menjadi pelanggan dalam waktu lama. Pelayanan Informasi obat harus benar, jelas, mudah dimengerti, akurat, tidak bias, etis, bijaksana dan terkini sangat diperlukan dalam upaya penggunaan obat yang rasional oleh pasien. Penelitian dilakukan di puskesmas Karang Intan 2 dalam pelayanan informasi obat jarang dilakukan kepada pasien karena beberapa faktor. Penelitian di Puskesmas Karang Intan 2 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obat di Puskesmas Karang Intan 2. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah non eksperimental dengan jenis penelitian survei deskriptif melalui rancangan survei cross-sectional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 272 responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obatyaitu 5 (1,84%) pasien sangat puas, 214 (78,68%) pasien puas, 51 (18,75%) pasien kurang puas dan 2 (0,73%) pasien tidak puas. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pasien, Pelayanan Informasi obat, Puskesmas ABSTRACT Patient satisfaction is subjective value on the quality of services provided. A patient if he feels satisfied with the services provided is very likely to become a customer for a long time. Drug information services must be true, clear, easy to understand, accurate, ethical, prudent and up-to-date very necessary in the efforts of rational drug use by the patient. The study was conducted at Karang Intan 2 health center including drug information services that were rarely carried out on patients due to several factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services at Karang Intan 2 Health Center The research method used was non-experimental with descriptive survey research through a cross-sectional survey design. The sample used in the study is 272 respondents who have met the inclusion criteria. The results showed the level of patient satisfaction with drug information services namely 5 people (1.84%) very satisfied patients, 214 people (78.68%) patients were satisfied, 51 people (18.75%) patients were not satisfied, and 2 people (0.73%) patients were not satisfied. Abstract

(0511)4783717 Kel.Sei Besar Kec.Banjarbaru Selatan Kode Pos 70714 oktadepy@gmail.com ABSTRACT Observations conducted at RSUD Ratu Zalecha contained a lot of expired or damaged drug items and some medicinal items that have death stock, whereas the storage stage is an important stage in maintaining the quality of the drug. This research was conducted to find out the description of drug management BPJS at storage stage in the warehouse of IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha based on three indicator that was a percentage of suitability between goods with stock card, death stock percentage and expired or damaged drug percentage using the descriptive observational method. All primary and secondary data of BPJS medicine in the warehouse of IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha then analyzed using drug management indicators which then the results compared with the standard value. The results of the research showed that the percentage of the suitability between the number of drugs on the card stock against the amount of the actual drug 100%, the percentage of death stock 1.7%, and the percentage of expired or damaged drugs was 0%. The management of the drug at the storage stage at Warehouse of IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha has not been effective and efficient because there were still indicators that have not yet fulfilled the standard of drug management. No. ISBN: 978-602-50258-0-8 PROSIDING SEMINAR NASIONAL KEFARMASIAN DAN PRESENTASI ILMIAH “Perkembangan Terapi Obat Herbal pada Penyakit Degeneratif” 81 ABSTRAK Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di RSUD Ratu Zalecha terdapat banyak sekali item obat yang kadaluarsa atau rusak serta beberapa item obat yang mengalami stok mati, padahal tahap penyimpanan merupakan tahap yang penting dalam pemeliharaan mutu obat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan obat BPJS pada tahap penyimpanan di gudang IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha berdasarkan tiga indikator yaitu persentase kesesuaian antara barang dengan kartu stok, persentase stok mati dan persentase obat kadaluarsa atau rusak menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional. Semua data primer dan sekunder obat-obatan BPJS di gudang IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha lalu dianalisis menggunakan indikator pengelolaan obat yang kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan nilai standar Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase kesesuaian antara jumlah obat di kartu stok terhadap jumlah obat yang sebenarnya 100 %, persentase stok mati 1,7%, dan persentase obat kadaluarsa atau rusak yaitu 0%. Pengelolaan obat pada tahap penyimpanan di Gudang IFRSUD Ratu Zalecha belum dapat dikatakan efektif dan efisien karena masih terdapat indikator yang belum memenuhi standar pengelolaan obat. Abstract

Hypertension is one of the causes of early death when a concern all over the world which killed 8 million worldwide and almost 1.5 million people per year in the Southeast Asia region. The problem of hypertension will continue to develop if it is not handled properly it is estimated that 1.56 billion adults will be affected by hypertension in 2025. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the use of hypertension drugs in one of Puskesmas in Tanah Laut from April to May 2019. This research was carried out observational with a cross sectional approach to 300 samples. Based on the gendre of the 300 prescriptions most women were 230 (77%) cases compared to men 70 (23%), the most prescribed drugs were in the age group 46-55 years had the largest number as hypertension sufferers with a percentage of 44 % or 132 patients, nifedipin (61%) 2,669 tablets and the number of patients 148 people (49%).

Abstract

Availability of drugs when needed in sufficient quantities and guaranteed quality to support quality service in the hospital is the goal of drug management. Drug storage and use are important factors in drug management. if the management is not managed properly it will have a negative impact both medically, economically and socially. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the management of drug management at the stage of storage and use of drugs at the X Hospital Pharmacy compared to standard indicator values. This research was descriptive and evaluative with observation method used retrospective and concurrent data. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 prescriptions and 231 drug samples with proportional sampling technique. The data was analyzed using standard indicators that have been set by making a frequency and percentage table. The results of the study that did not meet the standards at the storage stage were dead stock of drugs (3,89%), expired/damaged drugs (2,17%), the match between physical drugs and stock cards (57,14%). At the drug use stage, the number of each drug item per prescription (2,62), the drug that can be delivered was 95,80%, and the percentage of drugs prescribed according to the formulary was 76,34%.
