Abstract

ABSTRACTIn order to improve the comfort of worship for the congregation, the Baitul Ihsan Mosque of Bank Indonesia provides air conditioner (AC) facilities. These facilities are central and always function well, so as to increase the satisfaction and preoccupation of the congregation. This study aims to determine the management of the AC facility management carried out by the Baitul Ihsan BI Mosque. The research method used is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis of this research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results showed that the management of air conditioning facilities at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque was carried out from the planning to evaluation stages. There are several parties that have been ignorant, namely the BI, the mosque, and the AC maintenance service. Good coordination makes the AC performance at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque function optimally, so that the congregation feels satisfied.ABSTRAKDemi meningkatkan kenyamanan ibadah para jama’ahnya, Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia menyediakan fasilitas air conditioner (AC). Fasilitas tersebut bersifat sentral dan selalu berfungsi dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan kekhusyukan para jama’ah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan fasilitas AC yang dilakukan oleh pihak Masjid Baitul Ihsan BI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui obvervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen fasilitas AC di Masjid Baitul Ihsan dilakukan mulai dari tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Terdapat beberapa pihak yang terbilat, yaitu pihak BI, pihak masjid, dan pihak jasa layanan perawatan AC. Koordinasi yang baik membuat performa AC di Masjid Baitul Ihsan berfungsi optimal, sehingga para jama’ah merasa puas.

Abstract

Gampong Information System Innovation (SIGAP) and who are the actors involved in innovating gampong information systems as well as obstacles to gampong officials in managing SIGAP. Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. Not getting optimal information about SIGAP and inadequate resources in the SIGAP management process are one of the problems that arise. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques starting from, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the village information system innovation in Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency has not run optimally, starting from the policies issued and implementation has not been optimal so that the innovation that is to be implemented cannot be communicated well, the benefits of village information system service innovation cannot be felt to the fullest. , human resources owned by the sub-district and gampong, operator officers have undergone training so that they can carry out SIGAP in accordance with their main duties and functions but there are no facilities and infrastructure that support public service innovation, information system equipment often has problems. Gampong information system innovation is a special task for the gampong operator, it is the operator who will update the data into the SIGAP application. The actors involved in village information system innovation are DISKOMINSA, DPMG Aceh, DPMK Bener Meriah, KOMINFO Bener Meriah, KOMPAK, sub-district operators, gampong operators, village officials, cadres, midwives and the community.

Abstract

Malnutrition is one of the most concerning things that happened in Aceh Utara district, because it is a disgrace to the government and society. Based on data from the North Aceh Health Office, the number of sufferers of malnutrition is increasing every year. This study aims to identify and describe the evaluation of the program for handling malnutrition under five and the obstacles to evaluating the program for handling malnutrition under five by the government in North Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, the data obtained were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that government programs exist and have been implemented, namely the Supplementary Food Provision (PMT) program in the form of milk, biscuits, and multivitamins, but the number of sufferers of malnutrition is still increasing every year because the implementation is not comprehensive and uneven, which is an obstacle. In the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT), there is an inadequate budget and a large area accompanied by a lack of supervision from the Health Office so that this program has not been carried out optimally. Research recommendations, the government can make efforts to prevent malnutrition in accordance with the rules set out in Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning health to improve the nutritional quality of individuals and communities in accordance with advances in science and technology.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been increased acknowledgment of spirituality in the workplace and its potential influence on organizational outcomes, including creative work behavior. This study examines the impact of spiritual leadership on driving innovative work behavior within mosque management teams in Surabaya, with a specific focus on the mediating role of spiritual well-being. Survey data from 106 team members were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), revealing that spiritual leadership positively influences creative work behavior, with spiritual well-being partially mediating this relationship. This research contributes to the existing literature on the intersection of spirituality and innovation by investigating how spiritual leadership fosters an innovative culture within mosque administration. Furthermore, it extends the application of spiritual leadership theory to religious non-profit organizations, an area that has remained unexplored. The findings have practical implications for mosque leaders and managers seeking to promote innovation within their organizations by emphasizing spiritual leadership and well-being to enhance their teams' innovation capabilities.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a strategy used in community development as an effort to achieve competence and independence in social, national and state life. (Permendagri No. 7 of 2007). The government's empowerment strategy for small businesses has not been optimal. The problem is that small businesses do not have the ability to finance their businesses because they are vulnerable to capital, small businesses tend to have low ability to use technology. This research aims to find out how to empower small businesses in Medan City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data display, data reduction and verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on strategies for empowering small businesses in the city of Medan, it can be seen from the development dimension (enabling), the lack of training and development programs means that small business actors are not developing their businesses. Strengthening the potential (empowering) of capital and equipment assistance is still lacking and there is no equality in the distribution of this assistance. Furthermore, the dimension of creating independence for some small business actors still needs guidance to run their businesses independently. It is hoped that the empowerment of Small Businesses in the City of Medan can be increased to create independent Small Businesses which can have an impact on expanding employment opportunities and improving the economy of local communities

Abstract

Empowerment of pond farmers is an important effort that must be done in terms of improving the economy of rural communities. Partnership is a mutually beneficial business partnership between pond farmers and partner companies accompanied by guidance and development by partner companies. However, the problem is that the management of shrimp ponds, especially panamy shrimp, is not always successful. Many pond farmers experience crop failure. In recent times more crops have failed than succeeded. For this, a local government response is needed to encourage pond farmers to build partners with various business entities in order to realize the resilience of their businesses. This study aims to analyze the application of the Partner Model in Empowering Paname Shrimp Farmers in Muar Batu District. It is hoped that this research can produce solutions in increasing the resilience of Vaname Shrimp Farms (Aspects of Capital, Human Resources, Infrastructure, Production and Marketing Aspects Study). The target of this research will be to contribute in reducing the risk of crop failure and be able to increase the success of the management of the panam shrimp pond business for the pond farming community in Muara Batu District. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that the business partner model built by pond farmers in Muara Batu District tends to use the Mutualism Partnership model (mutualistic partnership) with partners expected to strengthen each other, and profitably can reduce problems. Several companies that have partnered with pond owners in Muara Batu sub-district include PT. CPP pattern of operational cooperation partnership (KSO), PT. CV Cherry, PT. Surya Windu Pertiwi, PT. Indonesia Evergeen Agriculture, PT. Intraco Agroindustry. The activities of business partners are in the aspect of increasing production in the field of feed, fry. Aspect of HR conducts training and provision of expert technicians. No partners have been built in the procurement of infrastructure and capital aspects

Abstract

Masjid merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan strategis untuk membangun kuwalitas umat. Namun, seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, masjid dituntut untuk memiliki peran lebih di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Jika melihat lebih luas, masjid memiliki peran besar baik dalam bidang ekonomi, politik, sosial, pendidikan, dan dakwah. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan kembali peran dan fungsi masjid ini, aktivitas-aktivitasnya harus dikelola dengan manajemen yang baik. Sebagai pusat gerakan dakwah, masjid dapat difungsikan sebagai pusat pembinaan akidah umat dan manajemen dakwah yang diterapkan sebagai alat untuk memperbaiki keadaan masyarakat sekitar dalam aspek akidah. Beberapa kasus dalam aspek akidah, pembinaan akidah sangat penting bagi masyarakat awam yang hidup di tengah-tengah maraknya kristenisasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua fokus rumusan masalah, yaitu: 1) Manajemen dakwah masjid di daerah kristenisasi, 2) Upaya meningkatkan hasil dakwah yang telah dicapai. Penelitian ini sangat penting untuk dibahas terutama pada zaman yang sudah mulai merosot seperti saat ini. Kembali menjadikan masjid sebagai poros umat merupakan salah satu fungsi yang sudah mulai dilupakan karena melalui manajemen yang baik, semua akan terorganisir terkonsep, dan terstruktur dengan baik pula.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat sentral bagi kaum muslimin. Fungsi dan keberadaannya merupakan sumber penyebaran syiar keilmuan islam yang menyeluruh. Masjid Nurul Islam Mulyorejo Surabaya adalah salah satu masjid yang mengadakan kegiatan dakwah berupa program kajian rutin. Adapun penelitian skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fungsi manajemen diberlakukan untuk menjalankan pelaksanaan program kegiatan dakwah berupa kajian rutin dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengolahan datanya secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah segenap pengurus Masjid Nurul Islam Mulyorejo Surabaya dan beberapa jamaah masjid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : pertama, program kajian rutin sudah menerapkan fungsi manajemen berupa planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kajian rutin.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian lapangan dari skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Ta’mir Masjid Darussalam dalam menerapkan fungsi manajemen dalam melayani musafir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, observasi ,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu dari beberapa ta’mir masjid dan jama’ah Masjid Darussalam Samarinda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen masjid dalam melayani musafir Masjid Darussalam Samarinda mulai dari planing, organizing, actuating dan controlling ta’mir masjid telah memberikan pelayanan baik kepada jama’ah dan musafir seperti menyediakan rumah musafir, ruang tamu, sarung hingga minuman dingin di dalam masjid.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the production process in the Friday sermon program at the Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya mosque. This type of research is qualitative research and is located at Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Mosque in Surabaya. The research approach used is a descriptive case study approach. Data sources in this study are primary data sources totaling 3 informants. Data collection techniques used in this study are: observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the production process of the Friday sermon program at the Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya mosque was in accordance with the program development. This study also produced three findings. First, related to the initial idea of ​​the program. Second, an overview of the selection and selection of preachers and SOP for program implementation. Third, an overview of the program's final design. The implications of this research need to reinforce the SOP on the implementation of the Friday sermon program as well as the Friday sermon theme at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque in Bank Indonesia Surabaya and hold documentation and publications on Friday sermon activities.
