Abstract: As the times grew, leadership began to decline and crisis. This leadership crisis is also inseparable from the church environment. Speaking of leadership in the church is seen from the point of view of the Bible, inseparable from the Great person of Jesus Christ. This paper discusses Jesus' leadership model focusing on the Gospel of John. The author formulates the following problem: : What is the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know and explain the model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John and its implementation in the local church. This study uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach which this method considers that the data collected to be the key to what is studied. The data the author observes is the Gospel of John, literature such as books and journal articles on leadership. The model of Jesus' leadership in the Gospel of John is Jesus as the Leader of the sheep, Jesus as the Ministering Leader, and Jesus discipleship and send. An example for the local church leadership model is to put self-integrity first, lead holistically, and implement a discipleship model. The local church leadership model reflecting Jesus' leadership model in the Gospel of John is expected to be a learning experience for leaders in the local church. Keyword: model, the leadership of Jesus, the local church, the example. Abstrak: Semakin berkembangnya zaman, kepemimpinan mulai merosot dan mengalami krisis. Krisis kepemimpinan ini pun juga tidak terlepas dari lingkungan gereja. Berbicara mengenai kepemimpinan dalam gereja dilihat dari sudut pandang Alkitab, tidak terlepas dari pribadi yang Agung yaitu Yesus Kristus. Penulisan ini membahas tentang model kepemimpinan Yesus yang berfokus pada Injil Yohanes. Penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: : Bagaimana model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal? Adapun tujuan penulisan dari karya ilmiah ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes dan implementasinya dalam gereja lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana metode ini memandang bahwa data yang dikumpulkan menjadi kunci terhadap apa yang diteliti. Data yang penulis amati ialah kitab Injil Yohanes, literatur-literatur seperti buku dan artikel jurnal tentang kepemimpinan. Adapun model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes ialah Yesus sebagai Pemimpin domba-domba, Yesus sebagai Pemimpin yang melayani, dan Yesus memuridkan dan mengutus. Teladan bagi model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yaitu mengutamakan integritas diri, memimpin secara holistik, dan menerapkan model discipleship. Model kepemimpinan gereja lokal yang bercermin dari model kepemimpinan Yesus dalam Injil Yohanes diharapkan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi para pemimpin di gereja lokal. The implications of the spiritual growth factors for Christian families based on Ephesians 5: 22-6: 4 for family formation in the church. This writing uses a hermeneutic literature study to analyze the text of Ephesians 5: 22-6: 4. The author also includes a qualitative descriptive analysis, in order to describe the discussion related to the Christian family to find implications for the formation of the Christian family in the church. From the results of the research, the author's interview with 5 young family members, the wives obey the authority of the husband as the head of the family as many as 4 participants, the husband in loving his wife by providing services to the welfare of the wife both physically and spiritually there are 4 participants, the children describe the role His obedience, namely depending on the attitude of the two parents, there are 3 participants and the parents (husband and wife) carry out their role in educating children by being spiritual role models through attitudes and actions, there are 3 participants. As an implication for family formation in the church, namely, the wife in her role of submission and respect to the husband, as the husband has the role of head and loves the wife, as children have an attitude of obedience and respect to both parents and as parents (husband and wife) has the role of not arousing children's anger and educating children in God's teachings.

Christian leadership is leadership that is able to encourage and move the people being led to carry out activities that have been designed. In the 21st century, many changes have occurred. As a Christian leader, you must be able to follow developments and answer every problem experienced by the people you lead. In leading, it is necessary to have a skill, namely to have a heart that is willing to serve like Jesus. In this case, emotional intelligence is needed in Christian leadership to control and understand the feelings that are actually being experienced, so that leaders are able to make wise decisions. The question is what are the importance of emotional intelligence in Christian leadership? This paper aims to understand and understand some of the importance of emotional intelligence in Christian leadership. The method used is the Literature method by observing books and journals to support writing.

The most interesting event in the Old Testament is the history of the exodus of the Israelites from the land of Egypt recorded in the Book of Exodus. how did the history of the Israelites come out of the land of Egypt and what is the relevance of the chronology of the Israelites out of Egypt in the Book of Exodus for today's believers? The purpose of this article is to explain the history of the Israelites coming out of the land of Egypt and explain the relevance of the chronology of the Israelites coming out of Egypt in the Book of Exodus for today's believers. The method used in this scientific work is qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Any data which in this case is in the form of literature and interpretations of the Bible collected and analyzed, becomes the key to what is analyzed and examined. The result of this study is that the chronology of the Israelites coming out of Egypt has the implication that God commits sin and gives space for man to repent, Jesus becomes the Passover lamb for today's believers, and God always leads believers in His way and plan.

Katarina & Krido Siswanto, Exemplary Leadership of Jesus and Its Implications for Church Leadership In Today. This paper is an analysis of the exemplary leadership of Jesus and its implications in the present. The author conducts literature research by looking at the principles of Jesus' leadership in the four Gospels, then finding the implications. From the results of the study, the Bible shows that Jesus is a figure who can be an example to his community and the example of his leadership is still relevant to Christian leadership today. The Bible shows that there are at least four areas of exemplary leadership of Jesus: the character of Jesus in leading, the spirituality of Jesus in leading, the management of Jesus in leading, and the ministry of Jesus in leading. Katarina & Krido Siswanto, Keteladanan Kepemimpinan Yesus dan Implikasinya Bagi Kepemimpinan Gereja Pada Masa Kini. Tulisan ini merupakan analisis tentang keteladanan kepemimpinan Yesus dan implikasinya pada masa kini. Penulis melakukan penelitian literatur dengan mencermati prinsip kepemimpinan Yesus dalam keempat Injil, kemudian menemukan implikasinya. Dari hasil penelitian, Alkitab menunjukkan bahwa Yesus adalah sosok yang dapat menjadi teladan bagi komunitas-Nya dan keteladanan kepemimpinan-Nya masih relevan dengan kepemimpinan Kristen pada masa kini. Alkitab menunjukkan paling tidak ada empat bidang keteladanan kepemimpinan Yesus, yaitu: karakter Yesus dalam memimpin, kerohanian Yesus dalam memimpin, manajemen Yesus dalam memimpin, dan pelayanan Yesus dalam memimpin.

Krido Siswanto, Encounter Evangelist and Easterlies Tradition in Contextual Mission Service. A contextual service is one Method of mission that is being developed by many churches in this time. In many areas these services are developed, including congregation of GKII Pulerejo Madiun. Certainly in the service of mission need a principles the firm of Christian faith. This contextual services which will proclaim the evangelist whose existence is in the midst of society with a tradition of Java easterlies. Pelayanan Kontekstual merupakan salah satu model pelayanan misi yang sedang dikembangkan oleh banyak gereja masa kini. Family institution as the smallest unit of the human institutional system, like an organization, need rules and a code of ethics in order to run well. If ethics is not consistently applied in a family, it will have a negative impact on the harmony and quality of family, which in turn has a bad impact on the church, school, community and nation. Therefore, the aim of this Applied Research is to find out the level and what the most dominant indicators that tend to determine the implementation of Christian Ethics in the Family of the Church Leaders of Alliance Church in Central Java Province. This research using Quantitative Method based on aexegetical study text from Ephesians 5: 22-6: 4 in order to find out the indicators that determine the research. About 120 people are taking as a sample, using the Non Random Sampling Technique, data computed by SPSS Programme version 20. The result showed that, first, the level of implementation of Christian ethics in the family based on Ephesians 5: 22-6: 4 among The Church Leaders of Alliance Church in Central Java Province is in the category "Medium", This condition caused by pragmatic pastoral leadership patterns that took priority on church marketing and lackof synergy between church, family and school in realizing implementation of Christian Ethics in the Family. Second, Physical Aspect more determine the implementation of Christian ethics in the family among The Church Leaders. The results of this research indicate that the Physical and Theological Aspects are closely related (link) with each other as the main catalyst influencing the implementation of Christian ethics in the family which can ultimately build the body of Christ and create healthy church growth. Therefore, the church needs to value both aspects proportionally. ABSTRAKLembaga keluarga sebagai satuan terkecil dari sistem kelembagaan manusia, layaknya sebuah organisasi memerlukan peraturan dan kode etik agar berjalan baik. Jika etika tidak diterapkan secara konsisten dalam sebuah keluarga, maka akan membawa dampak negatif bagi keharmonisan dan kualitas keluarga yang berdampak buruk kepada gereja, sekolah, masyarakat dan bangsa. Oleh sebab itu, Penelitian Terapan (Applied Research) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat dan dimensi mana yang dominan menentukan, implementasi etika Kristen dalam keluarga Badan Pengurus Jemaat Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia (BPJ GKII) di Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan eksegesis terhadap nats Efesus 5:22-6:4 sebagai landasan teori dan menemukan indikator penelitian. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Non-Random Sampling, penghitungan data memakai SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, tingkat implementasi etika Kristen berdasarkan Surat Efesus 5:22-6:4 dalam keluarga BPJ GKII Propinsi Jawa Tengah berada dalam ketegori sedang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pola pengembalaan pragmatis yang lebih berorientasi pada pemasaran organisasi gereja serta lemahnya sinergi antara gereja, keluarga dan sekolah dalam mewujudkan implementasi etika Kristen dalam keluarga. Kedua, aspek fisik dalam dimensi relasi suami-istri merupakan indikator yang paling dominan menentukan implementasi etika Kristen dalam keluarga BPJ GKII Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek fisik dan teologis saling terkait erat (link) satu sama lain sebagai katalisator utama yang mempengaruhi implementasi etika Kristen dalam keluarga yang akhirnya dapat membangun tubuh Kristus dan menciptakan pertumbuhan gereja yang sehat. Oleh karena itu, gereja perlu menghargai kedua aspek ini secara proporsional.

Discussing about leadership means expressing the ways or strategies used by a leader in leading an organization. The leader is the most influential individual in an organization that is entrusted to bring an organization to a goal or vision that will be achieved in some time during his / her tenure / service. The Lord Jesus has shown His example in leading. But in reality, many Christian leaders pay less attention to the pattern of leadership that Jesus taught. In this scientific work, the writer discovers that there are three things that exist in Jesus regarding leadership in Mark 10: 43-45. Among them, namely, leaders must serve for others, leaders must be like servants, and leaders must be fully dedicated in service. Berdiskusi mengenai kepemimpinan berarti mengemukakan tentang cara-cara atau strategi yang digunakan oleh seorang pemimpin dalam memimpin suatu organisasi. Pemimpin ialah seorang individu yang paling berpengaruh dalam suatu organisasi yang ada yang dipercayakan untuk membawa suatu organisasi tersebut kepada sebuah sasaran atau visi yang akan dicapai dalam beberapa waktu selama masa jabatan/pelayanannya. Tuhan Yesus telah menunjukan teladan-Nya dalam memimpin. Namun dalam kenyataannya, banyak pemimpin Kristen kurang memperhatikan bagaimana pola kepemimpinan yang Yesus ajarkan. Dalam karya ilmiah ini, penulis menemukan ada tiga hal yang ada dalam diri Yesus mengenai kepemimpinan dalam Markus 10:43-45. Diantaranya yaitu, pemimpin harus melayani bagi sesama, pemimpin harus seperti seorang hamba, dan pemimpin harus berdedikasi penuh dalam pelayanan.

Penganiayaan merupakan sesuatu yang nyata dan benar-benar terjadi dalam kekristenan. Penganiayaan juga bukan hal yang asing bagi kehidupan iman Kristen. Gereja mula-mula juga merasakan sensasi. Namun pada saat ini, seringkali orang Kristen merasa kecewa dan ditinggalkan karena pengalaman yang dialaminya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini hendak memaparkan tanggapan yang diterapkan dalam Alkitab dalam menghadapi situasi, secara khusus yang terdapat dalam Matius 10:17-33. Oleh karena itu bagaimanakah tanggapan orang dalam menghadapi penilaian berdasarkan Matius 10:17-33? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seperti apakah respons yang benar sesuai dengan kebenaran-Nya yang telah dinyatakan dalam Matius 10:17-33. Dari hasil pengamatan dalam Matius 10:17-33, terdapat lima respons terhadap tantangan yang berani yaitu tetap waspada terhadap situasi, tentang menghadapi Yesus, tetap percaya dan tidak menghadapi tekanan, dan tidak takut akan tantangan. Respon terhadap topik berdasarkan Matius 10:17-33 memberikan, pembelajaran, dan kritik terhadap masa kini dalam menghadapi tantangan.
