Abstract

The influence of globalization brings a phenomenon, namely the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) or the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Globalization has a great influence on the world of industry and organizations, namely connecting industrial and organizational activities to be without boundaries. In the company that the author will examine, namely PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, located in Indonesia, Cilegon, Banten, has not been able to stabilize basic sales revenue. This phenomenon indicates the low performance of employees. The high and low performance of the employee is predicted by the level of the variables that influence it, namely expatriate cross-cultural leadership and job satisfaction. This study uses a survey with the type of verificative explanation research on 96 employees. Analysis and interpretation of the results of data processing using descriptive analysis and verification analysis (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis show that the variable cross-cultural leadership of South Korean expatriates is included in the high category while the variables of job satisfaction and performance are included in the moderate category and the strengths and weaknesses of South Korean cross-cultural leadership have a positive and significant influence on the level of job satisfaction and employee performance. The level of job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the level of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a modern conventional retail strategy in facing competition with conventional retail. This research method is descriptive verification with a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. Meanwhile, the author's research data sources come from questionnaires to retail consumers and interviews with retailers. The results of research using SWOT analysis show that the IFAS matrix score is 3.7 while EFAS is 3.3 which needs to improve the service system towards digital marketing in facing competition with online retail. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of Sundanese traditional food products to be the first choice for millennial generation, this research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach with 15 respondents with characteristics of respondents aged between 17-38 years, various professions. The results of the study obtained the majority of respondents around 66.7% know the traditional Sundanese products but it is unfortunate that the millennial generation Sundanese rarely consume traditional Sundanese food where there are about 40% rarely consume Sundanese traditional food even 26.7% of respondents answered never, the authors draw conclusions need the existence of product and service innovations to increase the sense of love of the Bandung City millennial community towards Sundanese traditional food / drinks.

Abstract

The problem on this research is high turnover over on the last few years reaching a highest rate is 32%. This study aims to determine the state of workload, job satisfaction and intention to stay of employees and to find the magnitude of the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the intention to stay employees of PT. Soka Cipta Niaga either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Soka Cipta Niaga, totaling 37 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, the sample was saturated. Based on the results of the study, it was found that workload was included in the high category, job satisfaction and intention to stay were in the low category. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that workload had an effect of 1.2% on intention to stay, job satisfaction had an effect of 40.7% on intention to stay. The effect of the workload determination test and job satisfaction has an effect of 37.2%. The results of the study partially show that workload has no effect on intention to stay, and job satisfaction has an effect on intention to stay. Simultaneously workload and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employees' intention to stay.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan sangat berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan individu. Pengetahuan keuangan dan ketrampilan dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesulitan keuangan bukan hanya dipengaruhi dari rendahnya pendapatan. Kesulitan keuangan juga dapat muncul jika terjadi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan seperti kesalahan penggunaan hutang dan tidak adanya perencanaan keuangan. Keterbatasan finansial dapat menyebabkan stress, dan rendahnya kepercayaan diri. Literasi keuangan sejak dini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi literasi keuangan sejak dini karena pengetahuan dan pengalaman keuangan yang ditanamkan akan melekat dalam diri anak sehingga membentuk karakter dan kebiasaan mengelola keuangan mereka di masa depan sebagai suatu budaya baik, seperti mengenal makna uang, kebiasaan menabung, hingga mendahulukan kebutuhan dari pada keinginan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) Metode ini digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan mitra melalui tahapan atau langkah-langkah untuk melaksanakan solusi yang ditawarkan. Melihat hasil kegiatan literasi keuangan yang telah dilaksanakan mulai dari tingkat TK, SD, SMP, SMA dan Masyarakat umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan edukasi serta pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik dan bijak, mengingat masih kurangnya literasi keuangan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan di PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Cabang Cibitung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling, yaitu sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan perangkat kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang dioperasikan melalui program IBM SPSS 24. Dari hasil analisis regresi, data menunjukan persamaan sebagai berikut Y = 18,026 + 0,373 X1 + 0,523 X2. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi (X1) mempunyai pengaruh 0,373 terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh 0,523 terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji t Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi adalah berpengaruh sebesar 4,6% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja adalah berpengaruh sebesar atau 33,0% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar atau 35,7% terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Bisnis ritel akan sukses apabila memuaskan konsumennya baik dari segi harga maupunkualitas produknya, maka dari itu sangat penting bagi suatu ritel membentuk persepsikonsumen yang positif, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsikonsumen mengenai harga, produk makanan dan produk rumah tangga, metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini metode Deskriptif Kualitatif hasil penelitianmengggambarkan bagaimana persepsi konsumen mengenai harga dan hasilnya masih adajawaban konsumen yang negative mengenai harga, persepsi konsumen mengenai produkmakanan masih terjadi ketidakpuasan terutama untuk pernyataan “ saya tidak berkeinginanuntuk belanja di Swalayan ini “ ada jawaban yang tidak memuaskan dari konsumen,sementara persepsi konsumen mengenai produk rumah tangga mayoritas sudah puas,berdasrkan hasil penelitian ada beberapa saran antara lain targeting harus jelas sehinggaharga dapat sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan konsumen, produk makanan perluditingkatkan kualitasnya, dan produk rumah tangga tetap dipertahankan karena persepsikonsumen sudah baik.Kata kunci : Persepsi ko

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan store atmosphere pada supermarket x, setelah dilakukan penelitian berdasarkan empat indikator antara lain pencahayaan, tata letak barang, suhu dalam ruangan dan aroma ruangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik sampling accidental sampling diketahui indikator pencahayaan menjadi masalah karena masih ada konsumen yang menjawab tidak puas terutama untuk pertanyaan sub indikator pencahayaan membuat kenyamanan belanja, ada konsumen yang menjawab tidak setuju bahkan sampai sangat tidak setuju masing masing 10%, hal tersebut menjadi hal yang kurang baik dan harus segera di pebaiki karena pencahayaan faktor utama dalam store atmosphere suatu ritel, selain pencahayaan faktor tata letak barang masih menjadi masalah berdasarkan angket yang dibagikan kepada 20 pengunjung ada konsumen yang menjawab tidak setuju sebesar 20% karena kesulitan dalam mencari barang yang dicari hal tersebut kurang baik dan perlu adanya perbaikan tata letak dan petunjuk sehingga akan memudahkan konsumen dalam mencari barang.
