Abstract

The study aims to find out the effect of education, experience of work and environment of work on employee performance at BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Banjaran either partially or simultaneously. The object of this study is the performance of employees at BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Banjaran. As for the type of study that is quantitative associative. The type of data in this study is primary data, and the data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Population of 62 people. While the sample used was purposive sampling with the determination of the sample using the slovin formula as many as 54 people. The result of this study indicate that education has a significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount > ttable (5,696 > 2,008), experience of work does not significantly affect employee performance where the value of tcount < ttable (0,996 < 2,008), environment of work has a significant effect on employee performance where the value of tcount > ttable (5,381 > 2,008), simultaneously education, experience of work and environment of work significantly effect on employee performance where Fcount > Ftable (15,256 > 2,79).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store layout on customer satisfaction in the Borma Permata Cimahi. The population used in this study was the visitors of Borma Permata Cimahi. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer hypotheses using t test and f test and multiple determination test. The results of the study show that: (1) In the partial test t obtained for service quality is 2,962 greater than t table of 1,98, so it can be concluded that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. (2) The result of partial store layout test obtained t count of 2,975 greater than the value of t table of 1,98, so that it can be concluded that store layout has an effect on customer satisfaction in the Borma Permata Cimahi. (3) In simultaneous testing (f test) obtained F value calculated at 15,428 the value is greater than the value of F table of 3,09 so that it can be concluded, that service quality and store layouts simultaneously influence customer satisfaction in the Borma Permata Cimahi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Pudak Scientific baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan penulis adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien linear berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh secara parsial dan uji F untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh secara simultan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada PT. Pudak Scientific bahwa secara simultan beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention sebesar 67,7 %, secara parsial beban kerja memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap turnover intention yaitu 64 % daripada kepuasan kerja yang hanya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 44,3 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of Product Variations and Instagram Ads onPurchase Decisions on Khansfootwear Products. This study uses quantitative researchmethods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population of this research is thenumber of sandal buyers from the Khansfootwear Instagram account as many as 12,336from January 2020 - June 2021, then the sample used in this study is 100 sandal buyers fromthe Khansfootwear Instagram account using probability sampling technique using randomsampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that purchasing decisionswere included in the high/good category, product variations were in the high/good categoryand Instagram ads were in the high/good category. Based on the results of the coefficient ofdetermination test, it was obtained that Product Variations had an effect of 48.20% onPurchase Decisions, Instagram Ads had an effect of 44.30 % on Purchase Decisions,Product Variations and Instagram Ads had an effect of 55.00% on Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Sumber daya yang berlimpah menjadi peluang bagi sebuah organisasi untuk mengembangkan organisasinya dan juga memperluas pengaruhnya, dengan catatan perlu SDM yang memiliki kompetensi serta penguasaan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh Quality Work Life Dan Job Burnout Terhadap Turnover Intention pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Metro. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Metro. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, sampel jenuh. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh quality work life, job burnout, dan turnover intention berada dikategori tidak baik. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan quality work life berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan berdasarkan uji determinasi berpengaruh sebesar 54,9%. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan job burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan berdasarkan uji determinasi berpengaruh sebesar 35,7%. Secara simultan quality work life dan job burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Metro

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the Perceived ease of use and Perceived enjoyment have on User satisfaction on Grabfood users in Bandung City. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are users of the Grabfood application in Bandung City. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents with probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The results showed that partially Perceived ease of use had a significant effect on User satisfaction on Grabfood users with a tvalue of 7.328>1.984 or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an coefficient value of 90.9%, The results showed that Perceived Enjoyment had a significant effect on User satisfaction on Grabfood users with a tvalue of 5.404>1.984 or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an coefficient value of 89.1 % While the results of the study simultaneously show that Perceived ease of use and Perceived enjoyment have a significant influence on User satisfaction on Grabfood users with a calculated Fvalue of 643.123>3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 <0,05 and the value of coefficient is 92.8%

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah upaya mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, perilaku, kemampuan, kesadaran, serta memanfaatkan sumber daya melalui penetapan kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan esensi masalah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam implementasi waste management dalam penanganan sampah dan mengurangi perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan sekitar dengan kemampuan waste management melalui pengolahan sampah menjadi ecobrick dan menggunakan shredder machine serta Meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah residu waste incinerator menjadi peroduk bernilai. Waste management adalah proses sederhana yang digunakan untuk membuang,mengurangi,menggunakan kembali dan mencegah limbah. Pendekatan Waste Management merupakan pendekatan dimana dalam penerapan strategi komprehensif untuk mengolah limbah secara efisien mulai dari asal hingga pembuangan akhir. Desa mandiri adalah desa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan desa dan memberikan penghidupan yang layak bagi masyarakatnya. Desa mandiri tidak hanya bergantung pada bantuan dari pemerintah, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan potensi dan suber daya yang ada di desanya. Desa Karya Mekar Kecamatan Pasirwangi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keberwujudan Lingkungan yang sehat mampu melakukan pengelolaan limbah sampah secara berlanjut dan memiliki value added bagi masyarakat Dimana tujuan dari Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memiliki capaian akhir sebagai sense of purpose agar terjadi evolusi perilaku dan pemberdayaan peran masyarakat yang berorientasi pada sosial kultur, sehingga muncul kebudayaan bijak sampah melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the description and influence of Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience on the Purchase Decision of MSME Yogurt products in East Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research approaches, with classical assumption testing, coefficients linear regression, correlation coefficient, hypothesis determination coefficient, t test and f test. The sample selection in this study was carried out based on non-probability sampling, using a purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. The results of the data processing that the author did on the coefficient of determination test resulted in a contribution of 0.757 / 75.7% to purchasing decisions and the remaining 24.3% (100%-75.7%) are influenced by other variables. The results of the multiple correlation coefficient between Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience to Purchase Decisions is 0.870 or 87.0%. This shows that Word Of Mouth and Customer Experience have a relationship with Purchase Decisions, the results of research from respondents' overall responses regarding the effect of Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions stated that respondents felt the need to tell others and Customer Experience on purchasing decisions stated that the more The better the Customer Experience, the higher the purchase decision will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran brand ambassador dan foreign branding terhadap purchase intention pada minyak angin Aromatheraphy Safe Care di Kota Bandung secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilatatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat beli Safe Care yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti duta merek yang kurang mewakili produk dan penamaan merek asing yang masih kurang optimal. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat di Kota Bandung dan jumlah sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t dan uji f. Hasil uji determinasi pada variabel brand ambassador berpengaruh sebesar 23,9% terhadap purchase intention, foreign branding memiliki pengaruh sebesar 41,1% terhadap purchase intention, brand ambassador dan foreign branding berpengaruh sebesar 54,6% terhadap purchase intention. berdasarkan hasil penelitian, brand ambassador dan foreign branding berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention pada Minyak Angin Aromatheraphy Safe Care secara parsial maupun simultan.
