Abstract

In the era of digital marketing that continues to grow, the role of social media as an effective marketing platform is increasingly important, especially for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. To achieve success in doing business on social media, the development of human resources (HR) in accordance with the needs of the digital era is crucial. This research reviews the importance of human resource development in the context of digital marketing, especially in advancing the MSME sector on social media. The focus of this research is to consider the knowledge and skills needed by MSME employees in utilizing social media as an effective marketing tool. By implementing the right HR development strategy, MSMEs can get significant benefits, such as increased creativity, adaptation to changing trends, and the ability to compete in the digital marketing era . In the context of human resource development in the era of digital marketing to advance the MSME sector, special training , and access to the latest information and resources are important strategies that need to be implemented

Abstract

Kinerja adalah isu aktual dalam organisasi karena apapun organisasinya, kinerja merupakan pernyataan kunci terhadap efektivitas atau keberhasilan organisasi. Organisasi yang efektif akan ditopang oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Salah satu instansi pemerintah yang menjadi sorotan kinerja saat ini adalah Bank Daerah. Bank DKI sebagai Bank Pembangunan Daerah mempunyai tugas untuk menjadi bank regional modern dan bernilai tinggi yang menjaga keseimbangan antara keuntungan dan pembangunan DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan grup hubungan kelembagaan di bank DKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian conclusive. . Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kantor Pusat Bank DKI dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan dan pemimpin setingkat Grup di Kantor Pusat Bank DKI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan dan pemimpin Grup Hubungan Kelembagaan di Bank DKI. Uji validasi terdiri dari validasi konvergen (loading factor dan Average Variance Extraced/AVE) dan validasi diskriminan (former Lecker dan cross loading). Uji realibilitas dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu Cronbach’s alpha dan composiate reliability (CR) dengan nilai batas 0.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kinerja karyawan di Bank DKI didominasi oleh efektifitas kerja dan kemandirian karyawan. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan antara lain Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan kerja, Beban kerja,dan TQM.Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, kinerja karyawan, Sumber Daya Manusia,Grup Hubungan Kelembagaan, Bank DKI

Abstract

The research aims to examine the Influence of audit committee quality, size of company and integrity of financial statement: How important quality of audit? Object of this research are secondary data is data that manufacturing company is a sample of 2015-2018 in the form of annual data in financial reporting that listed in BEI. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method and SPSS program version 21. The variables were examined are influence of audit committee quality, size of company and integrity of financial statement with quality of audit as moderating variable. The results of this research showed that audit committee quality and size of company have effect to integrity of financial statement with significance, quality of audit also empowering the influence of audit committee quality to integrity of financial statement significantly and size of company also have a strong effect to integrity of financial statement because of quality of audit variable. The results of this research also showed that the significance is under 0,05, which means the effect is well-strong. Each independent variables, gives the strong influence to dependent variable, it means independents variables could explain dependent variable well. While the remaining influenced by other variables not included in the regression models were not included in this study as market value, risk of reporting and level return.

Abstract

Assistance with the legalization of MSME products can provide knowledge to the public for sustainability as well as security and comfort for MSME activists both from a legal perspective and their position as products that are suitable to compete in national or global markets. The focus of this research is on the factors behind the defects in the identity of products produced by MSME activists in Gondang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data through interaction. directly with MSME activists to then provide an explanation regarding the importance of legalization of MSME products. primary (community) and secondary data sources (books related to MSME product regulations)
