Abstract

ABSTRAKAir kelapa muda varietas viridisdapat dijadikan pengencer aletrnatif semen cair bagi program IB di daerah minim sarana semen beku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan air kelapa muda viridissebagai bahan pengencer terhadap kualitas semen cair kambing Boer setelah didinginkan. Dilaksanakanselama 3 bulan di Laboratorium Fakultas Peternakan UBUnit SumberSekar,Malang. Metodenya yaitu eksperimen. Semen dari  3 pejantan Boer umur 3-5 tahun, dikoleksi seminggu sekali dengan VB. Air kelapa mudaviridis umur 5-7 bulan serta tris aminomethane sebagai kontrol. Didesain menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu P0 (tris aminomethane + 10% KT) dan  P1 (air kelapa muda viridis + 10% KT) masing-masing diulang 10 kali. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Ragam (Anova) dengan software Genstat 18. Variabelnya yaitu motilitas individu, viabilitas dan abnormalitas. Hasil penelitian yaitu motilitas individu pada P1bertahan sampai 4 hari (40,5± 24,3%), viabilitas terbaik sampai hari ke-5 (42±24,6%), abnormalitas terendah di hari ke-7(1,31± 0,6). Kesimpulannya, Pengencer air kelapa muda viridis dapat mempertahankan kualitas semen cair kambing Boer selama 4 hari untuk motilitas dan 5 hari untuk viabilitas.Kata Kunci:pengencer, air kelapa, varietas viridisABSTRACTYoung viridis coconut water could be used as an alternative to liquid semen diluent for artificial insemination program in the area with limited facility for frozen semen production. This study evaluated the use of young coconut water as a diluent on liquid semen quality of Boer goat after cold storage. This study was carried out for 3 months at Sumber Sekar Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Brawijaya, Malang. The semen was collected from 3 Boer bucks aged at 3 to 5 years old. The semen collection was done once a week with the aid of artificial vagina. The diluents used were young Viridis coconut (5 to 7 months old) and tris aminomethane. The method used was an experiment in a randomized block design with 2 treatments and 10 replicates. The treatments used were T0: tris aminomethane + 10% egg yolk (control) and T1:  young Viridis coconut water + 10% egg yolk. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance using Genstat 18 software. The variables measured were sperm individual motility, viability, and abnormality. The results showed that the sperm individual motility in T1 survived up to 4 days (40.5± 24.3%), the best viability at 5 days (42.0±24.6%),  while the lowest abnormality at 7 days (1.31±0.6). It could be concluded that: 1. Tris aminomethane diluent has higher quality with the storage length up to 9 days, 2. Young Viridis coconut water diluent could preserve liquid semen quality of Boer goat up to 4 days for sperm motility and 5 days for sperm viability.Keywords: diluents, coconut water, viridis variety

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di Kelompok Usaha Bersama Karya Mina Lestari selama 2 bulan yaitu dari bulan Juni – Juli 2019. Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui strategi pemasaran ikan kakap merah KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Karya Mina Lestari 2) Mengetahui peluang pasar usaha ikan kakap merah KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Karya Mina Lestari di Kelurahan Lantora Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor internal dapat disimpulkan faktor kekuatan adalah 2,35 lebih besar dibandingkan faktor kelemahan adalah 1,45 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kekuatan dapat mendukung pengembangan usaha pemasaran ikan kakap merah di KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Kayra Mina Lestari sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal dapat disimpukan nilai faktor peluang adalah 2,1 lebih besar dari nilai total faktor ancaman 0,80 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok Usaha Bersama Karya Mina Lestari memiliki potensi peluang yang besar. Keyword : KUB, SWOT, Kakap Merah ABSTRACT The present study was conducted in Joint Business Group of Mina Lestari from June to July 2019 (two months). The objectives of the present study were to determine the marketing strategy and the market opportunity of red snapper fish in Joint Business Group (KUB) of Mina Lestari, Lantora, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. A case study with SWOT analysis was applied for the analysis technique. The results showed that internal factor consists of strength factor (2,35) and weakness factor (1,45) in which the strength factor is able to promote the business marketing development of red snapper fish in KUB Mina Lestari. Meanwhile, the external factor indicated 2,1 of opportunity value which is greater than 0,080 of threat factor. This suggested that the Joint Business Group of Mina Lestari has a huge prospect for further development. Keywords: Joint Business Group (KUB), SWOT, Red Snapper

Abstract

Flying fish yellow wing (Cheilopogon abei Parin, 1996) is one of the flying fish species that have important economic value in West Sulawesi. This study aims to examine the lengthweight relationship and condition factors of flying fish yellow wing to provide basic data for sustainable management efforts. This research was carried out from October 2021 to March 2022. A Sampling of fish was carried out in Mosso Village, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Sample analysis was carried out at the Integrated Laboratory of the Department of Fisheries, University of West Sulawesi. The total length was measured using a digital caliper with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and the bodyweight of the sample fish was measured using a digital scale with an accuracy of 0.01 g. The results of data collection obtained as many as 104 fish samples, consisting of 59 male fish and 45 female fish. The results of the analysis of the length-weight relationship of the flying fish yellow wing obtained the equation W=0,056L2,556 in the male fish, W=0.0492L2,589 in the female fish, and the combined equation W=0.0003L2.8846. Furthermore, the results of the t-test on fish with a value of b obtained a t count > t table, so that the flying fish’s yellow wing belongs to the negative allometric (minor) growth type where the increase in body length is faster than the increase in body weight. Differences in gonadal maturity, and the availability of different food every month are the main factors causing the negative allometric growth pattern of flying fish in Majene waters. Condition factor male flying fish yellow wing ranged from 0.8712 to 1.2006 with an average of 1.0015 and the female yellow wing flying fish ranged from 0.8528 to 1.1657 with an average of 1.0046. The condition factor of female fish is higher than that of male fish

Abstract

ABSTRAKIkan terbang termasuk jenis sumberdaya ikan yang melimpah dan potensial dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan daerah di Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. PKM manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital bagi kelompok usaha pengeringan ikan terbang ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan produk yang lebih berkualitas dan berdaya saing, meningkatkan manajemen usaha yang lebih baik dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk ikan terbang dari skala lokal ke skala nasional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 2 Oktober 2022 di Kelurahan Mosso, Kecamatan Sendana, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Mitra kelompok yang menjadi sasaran pengabdian ini yang itu kelompok usaha mikro kecil menengah “Mosso Indah”. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melaksanakan pendampingan kemitraan dengan melalui penyuluhan dan praktek langsung di lokasi unit usaha pengeringan ikan terbang. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah penambahan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mitra, perbaikan kemasan dan label, penyuluhan pemasaran digital dan pelatihan pemasaran digital serta pengenalan inovasi alat pengering ikan, sehingga masyarakat mitra dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas, higienis serta dapat memesarkan produk yang lebih luas. Dengan adanya pemasaran digital semua masyarakat dapat lebih mudah membeli produk tersebut dengan mudah dan cepat dimanapun dan kapanpun. Kata kunci: ikan terbang; pengeringan; pengemasan; pemasaran digital; sulawesi barat ABSTRACTFlying fish is a type of abundant fish resources and has the potential to be developed into regional superior products in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Community Develompment Program business management and digital marketing for the flying fish drying business group aims to create more quality and competitive products, improve business management and expand the marketing network of flying fish products from a local to a national scale. This activity was held on October 2, 2022 in Mosso Village, Sendana District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The partner group that is the target of this service is the micro, small and medium business group "Mosso Indah". The method used in this service activity is to carry out partnership assistance through counseling and direct practice at the location of the flying fish drying business unit. The results achieved from this activity are the addition of partner skills and knowledge, improvement of packaging and labels, digital marketing counseling and digital marketing training as well as the introduction of fish dryer innovations, so that partner communities can produce quality, hygienic products and can market their products more widely. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam siniar warung kopi di kanal “youtube” has creative. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini, yaitu simak dan catat. Data pada penelitian ini berupa tuturan yang mengandung pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang terjadi dalam siniar warung kopi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini didapat dari tautan video yang berasal dari situs youtube. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang dikategorikan ke dalam empat bentuk pelanggaran maksim yaitu maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim cara. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan fungsi pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang terdiri dari fungsi memperjelas informasi, memunculkan implikatur, membuat kelucuan, mencairkan suasana, dan menutupi rasa malu. This study aims to describe the forms and functions of violations of the principle of cooperation in warung kopi podcasts on the has creative youtube channel. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique for this research is to observe and record. The data in this study are in the form of utterances that contain violations of the cooperative principle that occur in podcast warung kopi. The source of the data for this study was obtained from the video link from the following YouTube site. The results of this study found violations of the principle of cooperation which were categorized into four forms of flouting maxims, namely the maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of relevance, and maxim of manner. The results of this study also found that the function of violating the principle of cooperation consists of clarifying information, raising implicatures, making jokes, breaking the ice, and covering up embarrassment.

Abstract

PLTS atau Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya merupakan suatu sistem pembangkit listrik yang menggunakan energi matahari untuk menghasilkan listrik. Komponen PLTS terdiri dari panel surya, solar charger controller, baterai dan inverter. Panel surya digunakan untuk mengkonversi energi matahari menjadi energi listrik DC. Solar charger controller berfungsi untuk mengatur nilai tegangan yang disalurkan ke baterai. Baterai digunakan untuk menyimpan daya listrik dan inverter digunakan untuk mengubah arus DC menjadi AC. Dalam penggunaannya, komponen yang terpasang pada PLTS perlu diketahui persentase efisiensi agar dapat diketahui besaran nilai pemanfaatan energi listrik yang dapat dibangkitkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi pembangkitan energi listrik yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya berkapasitas 50 WP dan inverter 300 W. Pengujian dilakukan selama 5 kali dalam rentang waktu 5 jam (10.00 WITA – 14.00 WITA) dengan menggunakan beban lampu 9 W. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa panel surya mampu menghasilkan daya rata-rata sebesar 39,43 W, dengan daya terbesar mencapai 44,84. Nilai efisiensi daya guna panel surya yang diperoleh sebesar 11,58%. Sedangkan untuk besaran daya rata rata yang dihasilkan oleh inverter sebesar 25,73 W, dengan daya terbesar yang dapat dihasilkan mencapai 28,43 W. Adapun nilai rata-rata efisiensi yang dihasilkan oleh inverter sebesar 77,21%.
