Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of the reward system on the creativity of employees at PT. Telkom Access Makassar Maintenance Unit as many as 80 people using the corelation analysis method. The study found that there is a positive and significant influence of the reaward system (intrinsic and extrinsic) on employee creativity. The largest corelation occurs between creativity and Bonus of 0.925 where bonus is one of the ectrinsic rewards, then the second largest corelation occurs between creativity and learning of 0.681, where this learning is one of the intrinsic rewards. Overall, all indifactors of intristic reward variables and ectrinsic rewards have a positive and significant influence on employee creativity. These findings suggest that intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards are significantly related to employee creativity, meaning the likelihood of employees to continue working and be more skilled in the company if employees are adequately paid, promoted at the right time and get the right learning.

Abstract

An organization needs a leader who can bring the company or organization to maintain consistency and be able to compete in the business world. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment in 300 employees of Grand Mode Makassar consisting of staff, security and employees. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. 14. This study found that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on organizational commitment, and there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment. This research found that leadership is believed to be a major force or key driving an organization to build a new culture that must be adjusted to change, and organizational culture is very influential on employee behavior because the value system in organizational culture can be used as a reference for behavior in organizations that are oriented towards achieving goals or performance results set.

Abstract

Commitment is a person's loyalty to the organization. A committed person always intends to continue working with the organization and is committed to achieving its goals, whereas emotional intelligence as a form of social intelligence that allows employees to manage their own emotions and distinguish them from the emotions of others. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment in 100 hotel staff in Kab.Bone, South Sulawesi by using the cillation analysis method. This study found that there was a positive but not significant influence between emotional intelligence on affective commitment, and there was a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on ongoing commitment and normative commitment on hotel staff. These findings suggest that the tendency that hotel staff who have high emotional intelligence is not inclined towards strong affective commitment, whereas in the formation of ongoing commitment and normative commitment hotel staff give the impression that they have higher levels of emotional intelligence tend to want to develop good working relationships, are very tolerant when faced with work pressures, Able to respond to all conditions with good emotions without losing patience.
