Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 62 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa. Abstract

Mesin cetak (mold) merupakan suatu mesin yang memiliki ruang atau tempat plastic cair panas, yang dinjeksikan dengan mesin injeksi untuk dibentuk menjadi produk plastic tertentu sesuai bentuk ruang. Mesin cetak ini memiliki banyak komponen, salah satunya Slider. Komponen ini berkerja dengan cara maju dan mundur yang digerakan oleh hidrolik. Pada umumnya, komponen ini saat berkerja sering kali mengalami kerusakan, berupa gesekan pada permukaan yang disebabkan dimensi yang tidak sesuai. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut perlu dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur tiga dimensi (Coordinat Measuring Machine) yang memiliki ketelitian tinggi. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan 39 sampel (responden). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian adalah persamaan regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y = 35,229 + 0,163x dan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,22 serta koefisien determinasi r² sebesar 0,050 atau 5%. Setelah melakukan perhitungan uji-t didapatkan hasil t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel atau 1,397 < 2,02619 maka Ha ditolak dan menerima H0 dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diketahui maka disimpulkan tidak ada pengaruh kemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai..Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance. This study used 39 samples (respondents). In this study using primary data and secondary data. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results obtained in the study are simple linear regression equations, namely Y = 35.229 + 0.163x and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.22 and the coefficient of determination r² is 0.050 or 5%. After calculating the t-test, the results of the t-count are greater than t-table or 1.397 < 2.02619, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, thus the proposed hypothesis is rejected. Based on the research results that have been known, it can be concluded that there is no influence of leadership on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional activities and product innovation on marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cianjur. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 40.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (7.915> 1.986). Product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.5%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,669> 1,986). Promotional activities and product innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance with the regression equation Y = 11.022 + 0.374X1 + 0.360X2. Contribution of influence is 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (45,302> 2,700).

Abstract

Prior to the 1998 economic downfall, and in ten years after in 2008, BMT (Baitul Maal wa Tamwil) proofed the endurance to remain stable. From those external factors, strived the company very hard hard to sustain its business, as well as to formulate a better strategy to its competitive advantage. The research begins with the internal and external analysis, using a SWOT Analysis. The results shows its business strength and its market penetration, lies in its company’s human development. Through the IE Matrix, founds BMT Beringharjo competitive position in Quadrant or cell IV Matrix IE, with growth strategy through horizontal integration concentration. Based on its position of: (1) competition; (2) strength; (3) weakness; (4) opportunity; (5) threats. Enriched with strategy of: (1) market penetration; (2) market development; as well as (3) horizontal integration strategy to the creative innovation strategy is inevitable to remain exist and gain more success.

Abstract

Teacher is an important element in the support system, therefore function and position of teachers in improving the quality of learners need to be considered seriously. Basically, teachers are professionals in the field of education that has the task of teaching, educating, and guiding students to become a man is impersonal. Thus, teachers have an important position and responsibilities of a very great deal in the success or failure of educational programs. In order to facilitate the selection process for the teachers, the school can use the Decision Support System Decision Support System that is used as a tool for decision makers to expand the capabilities of the decision makers, but not to replace the judgment of the decision makers. The method used is the Simple Additive weighting, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) suitable for decision-making process because it can determine the weight values ​​for each attribute, followed by indexing process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternative. It can be concluded from this study that the SAW method is very relevant to solve the problem of decision makers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non Performing Financing and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Financing at Bank DKI Syariah. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Non Performing Financing has a significant negative effect on financing by 54.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count <t table or (-2.920 <2.365). Financing to Deposit Ratio has a significant negative effect on financing by 52.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count <t table or (-2,759 <2,365). Simultaneously Non Performing Financing and Financing to Deposit Ratio have a negative but insignificant effect on financing, the regression equation Y = 39.568 - 0.630X1 - 0.132X2 and a determination value of 57.9%, hypothesis testing obtained F value <F table or (4,110 <4,760).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Soft skills mempunyai hubungan erat dengan masyarakat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan manusia, santri saat ini memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tentang ilmu dan teknologi. Namun santri pada saat ini tidak memiliki soft skills dalam diri mereka. Pendidikan soft skills banyak sekali sesuatu hal yang baik berguna bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain. Di Orinda, California, pada tahun 1985, seorang anak perempuan membunuh teman sekalasnya yang pintar dan populer. Saat diintrogasi polisi dan diperiksa kesehatan jiwanya, diketahui ia merasa tertekan karena dirinya noting, invisible (tak ada yang menghiraukan), dan worthless (tak bernilai). Perasaan dan pikiran yang demikian membentuk kenyakinan (belief). Matthew Mcxay dan Patrick Fanning menyebutkan bahwa banyak sekali anak didik yang memiliki keunikan menjadi prisoner of belief (narapidana keyakinan) yang membuat mereka tidak bahagia dan sulit mengendalikan diri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM bersifat pelatihan dan penyuluhan dengan integreting visual thinking method. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode visual, ceramah, diskusi, berpikir, dan menemukan solusi. Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah proses timbal balik antara pendidik, peserta didik dengan lingkungan sekitar sehingga terjadi perubahan perbuatan ke arah yang lebih sempurna. Konteks pembelajaran, peran guru yang paling urgen adalah mengatur lingkungan sekitar agar menunjang terjadinya perilaku progessif (intenalisasi diri) bagi warga sekolah terutama peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Softskill, Santri, dan Perguruan Tinggi   ABSTRACT AlQuran Education Park (TPA) has a variety of religious and public activities such as reading and writing the AlQuran, including sports. However, these activities are still considered inadequate and less specific in instilling cultural and citizenship literacy. Thus, additional learning activities can fulfil this need. As a solution, storytelling is an effective medium for students' cultural and citizenship literacy. Storytelling can be an alternative activity to stimulate creativity to work for both educators and students during the pandemic. In addition, the choice of a theme that carries the importance of cleanliness is also significant for students. This Community Services (PkM) were attended by students from kindergarten and elementary school ages 1-3. From the analysis of the results of the PkM, the students seriously and enthusiastically took part in the activities, they could demonstrate good storytelling, and therefore could practice how to clean their faces and hands, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Softskill,student and, University

Abstract

This study will examine the improvement of the quality of human resources, namely the implementation of good governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the development of human resources in the environment of MSME actors, especially in Iwul Village, Bogor, Indonesia. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an activity carried out by a company for social and environmental issues, Human Resource Development is micro and macro. Human Resource Development Macro is a process of improving the quality or human ability in order to achieve development goals nation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation process, Human Resource Development, and to find out the implementation of good governance and corporate social responsibility in developing human resources for SMEs that are already running. The method used is descriptive-qualitative and this research explores the role of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) in developing human resources and small business entrepreneurs through partnership programs. The result of this training is the increasing insight and productivity level of human resources which is improving compared to before the existence of CSR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap konsumen online terhadap implementasi pemasaran digital. Sikap konsumen terditi atas loyalitas pelangan , kesadaran merek dan keputusan pembelian terhadap implemetasi pemasaran digital.  Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang konsemen yang aktif mengunakan pembelian secara online dengan  menggunakan analisis corelasi, uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS. 12. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan , dan keputusan pelanggan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap implementasi pemasaran digital, sedangkan kesadaran merek berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi pemasaran digital. Dari uji corelasi variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel kesadaran merek dengan corelasi sebesar 0.776, sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai corelasi 0.498 dan keputusan pembelian dengan nilai corelasi sebesar 0.363. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pemasaran digital dapat berhasil jika loyalitas konsumen dapat dipertahankan,,  menjaga kepercayaan konsumen dengan menawarkan harga yang tepat, tersedianya merek atau brand yang diinginkan dan sistem pelayanan yang baik, hal ini akan memungkinkan konsumen mengambil keputusan untuk terus menggunakan digital pemasaranKata Kunci: Loyalitas, Merek, Keputusan Pembelian, Pemasaran Digital
