Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between: (1) organizational climate with achievement; (2) knowledge of communication with achievement; and (3) the relation between organizational climate and knowledge of communication with achievement. The research method using survey by correlation approach. This research used as a sample of 80 employees, and 20 employees for testing, and selected based on a simple random technique (simple random sampling). The study was conducted at Depok Local Office Education.Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that: first, there were positive relationship between organizational climate and achievement; secondly, there is a positive relationship between knowledge of communication with achievement; thirdly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and knowledge of communication together with achievement.The implication of this research is an effort in improving the achievement can be done through organizational climate and knowledge of communication.

Abstract

This study was to obtain an answer empirically the effect (1) the trust to organizational commitment partially, (2) the reward  to organizational commitment partially, and (3) the trust and reward on organizational commitment simultaneously. This research was conducted at TRIBUN Centre of Jakarta,  with 66 employee as respondents.The method used was a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research an calculations SPSS obatained the following results :  (1 )There is the effect of  trust to organizational commitment partially, (2) There is the effect of  reward  to organizational commitment partially, and (3) There are the effect of the trust and reward on organizational commitment simultaneously.Therefore, it could be concluded  that the increasing  or decreasing of organizational commitment effected directly by trust and reward. This conclucion implies that when we want to improve the organizational commitment, we have to take on to consideration those two variables, trust and reward as well.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi harus sadar tentang kualitas dan keunggulan, tidak hanya, itu agar kualitas menjadi efektif mereka harus bekerja sama dan membina hubungan baik dengan siswa, guru, sistem, dan pemangku kepentingan. Di banyak negara dan banyak budaya isu manajemen mutu telah tegas dimasukkan dalam agenda institusi pendidikan tinggi  untuk beberapa waktu. Meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan tinggi merupakan masalah global di semua negara di dunia. Di antara karakteristik yang paling penting yang membedakan komunitas yang satu dari komunitas lain, adalah kemampuannya untuk mengelola lembaga dan program penting, tidak hanya efektif, tapi cukup inovatif. Setiap keberhasilan pendirinya adalah sukses dalam pengelolaannya, maka pentingnya komitmen manajemen untuk lembaga pendidikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan filosofi perbaikan terus-menerus melalui TQM di universitas yang membutuhkan partisipasi semua untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup dan kelangsungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an answer empirically the effect (1) the learning style to learning interest partially, (2) the emotional Intelligence to learning interest partially, and (3) the learning style and emotional Intelligence on learning interest simultaneously. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Utama Depok with 103 students as respondents.The method used was a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research an calculations SPSS obatained the following results: (1 )There is the effect of learning style to learning interest partially, (2) There is the effect of emotional Intelligence to learning interest partially, and (3) There are the effect of the learning style and emotional Intelligence on learning interest simultaneously. Therefore, it could be concluded that high or low of learning interest effected directly by the learning style and emotional Intelligence. This conclucion implies that when we want to improve learning interest, we have to take on to consideration those two variables, learning style and emotional Intelligence as well. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin memperoleh jawaban secara empirik pengaruh (1) gaya belajar terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, (2) kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, dan (3) gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Bina Utama Depok, dengan responden sebanyak 103 peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linear ganda. Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan SPSS diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, (2) Terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara parsial, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar secara simultan. Dari kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa tinggi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik ditentukan oleh gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Oleh karena itu perbaikan pada minat belajar harus mempertimbangkan variabel gaya belajar dan kecerdasan emosional. Kata Kunci : Gaya Belajar, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Minat Belajar

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat imemberikan pelatihan dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis bagi anggota karang Taruna RW.18 Keluraha Mekarjaya kota depok. Target rencana kegiatan ini adalah salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan diadakanya kegaiatan pelatihan ini , anggota karang taruna yang mengikuti pelatihan dapat menemukan ide bisnisnya dengan mengunakan Bisnis Model Canvas, sehingga dapat membut keguatan usaha berbasis UMKM yang dapat membantu mengataasi kesulitan ekonomi masayarakt dalam menghadapi era pandemic covid 19 saat ini.

Abstract

One of the competitiveness of vocational high school graduates depends on the quality of teachers who teach so that they  can improve the skills and insights of vocational high school students. For this reason, the government seeks to improve the quality, integrity, and innovation of vocational high school teachers so that graduates produced by vocational high schools can become ready to use workers and can reduce unemployment. The research aims to examine The effect of self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee engagement teachers of state vocational high schools. This study uses a survey approach and quantitative method. Data collection in this study was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaires are arranged based on indicators from research variables. The validity test was done by using the Pearson Product Moment formula, while the reliability test was done by using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis. Data from the research instruments were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The result of the study reveals that Self-efficacy has a  direct effect on employee engagement; Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee engagement teachers; and; Self-efficacy has a direct effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

Tuntutan untuk kemampuan menulis karya tulis ilmiah bagi para guru saat yang dihasilkan para guru masih sangat sedikit dan terbatas. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang mungkin menyebabkan kondisi tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang menghambat dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah penguasaan teknologi informasi dan juga kesejahteraan guru yang masih rendah, di samping kemauan dan kemampuan menulis guru yang juga masih harus ditingkatkan. Ruang lingkup pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, meliputi pelatihan kepada seluruh guru di SMK Bina Nusa Mandiri dengan topik penulisan karya ilmiah bagi guru. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Memberikan pelatihan menemukan, menggali dan mengeksplorasi ide penulisan sesuai dengan kompetensi dan bidang mata pelajaran yang diajarkan oleh setiap guru; Memberikan pelatihan cara penulisan artikel karya ilmiah yang baik dan benar; Memberikan pelatihan cara mencari dan menerbitkan artikel karya ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah nasional atau surat kabar nasional yang tepat. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Bina Nusa Mandiri, baik guru mata pelajaran produktif maupun non produktif yang berjumlah 22 orang.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an effect of bullying on the learning interest of class X and XI students. The research method used is a survey method with a correlational approach. That is a study to determine the effect of the independent variable (bullying) with related variables (student learning interest). The population in this study were students of class X and XI SMA Trisoko Jakarta, totaling 89 people. The sample was determined by 89 people, carried out with a saturated sampling technique. Through calculations obtained rxy of 0.251 which means that there is a low influence between bullying on the learning interest of students in class X and XI at Trisoko High School Jakarta. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 6.3001%. This shows that the contribution of variable X (bullying) to variable Y (student learning interest) is 6,3001%, and the remaining 93,6999% is determined by other factors not examined in the study. this. This effect was tested using statistical hypothesis testing (T test) which obtained tcount > t table or 2,418 > 1,991, indicating that there was a positive and significant influence between the X variable (bullying) on ​​the Y variable (student learning interest) in class X and XI.

Abstract

Job satisfaction gets serious attention from various parties, someone who has a high level of satisfaction has positive feelings about his job, while someone with a low level has negative feelings about his job. On the other hand, someone who is dissatisfied, does not perform well and will become an obstacle to the success of the organization. For this reason, companies need to pay attention to several factors that affect employee job satisfaction, namely transformational leadership and work environment. This study aims to find out empirically and provide input and contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction through the application of transformational leadership and the creation of a conducive work environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan agar para pengawas, kepala sekolah dan para guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) terampil melakukan perencanaan berbasis data dan menggunakan platform dalam Merdeka Belajar yang tegabung dalam Program Sekolah Penggerak angkatan 1. Metode pelaksanaan dilaksanakan secara daring selama 2 (dua) hari dengan total 16 Jam Pelajaran (720 menit). Aplikasi daring yang digunakan adalah zoom yang disediakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Jumlah peserta 14 orang yang terdiri atas pengawas, kepala sekolah dan perwakilan guru komite pembelajaran yang berasal dari 4 SMA di Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Materi pelatihan pada hari pertama terdiri atas transformasi sekolah dan pendidikan daerah dalam kerangka Merdeka Belajar. Materi hari kedua terdiri atas profil pendidikan, rapor pendidikan, perencanaan berbasis data di satuan pendidikan dan platform teknologi. Hasil pelatihan adalah peserta dapat secara mandiri menggunakan pembelajaran untuk memahami prinsip, tujuan dan metode perencanaan berbasis data, kerangka dan struktur profil pendidikan dan indikator dalam profil pendidikan.
