Abstract

This research was aimed to evaluating the degree program educates in leading regions, outermost and underdeveloped country at the University of Jakarta. This study uses CIPPO evaluation consisting of components Context, Input, Process, Product and Outcomes. This research using kuantitative methodology and data analysis technique used is descriptive by analyzing the data within each component method CIPPO collected from interviews, observations, questionnaires, study documents and photographs. Results of the study: (1) Background policy, objectives and targets of the program SM-3T whole aspect has demonstrated the Jakarta State University to meet the standards as LPTK organizers SM-3T; (2) The work program, qualified instructors and staff education and infrastructure have been met, while for the financing aspects LPTKs not meet the standards as program organizers SM-3T; (3) The implementation of preconditions in the field, and the implementation of programs in the field in accordance with the provisions of the guidelines of the program SM-3T while the program management of the sub-aspect cooperation with the other parties have not been successful; (4) Competence of graduates of the program and mark the graduation program have been met in full; (5) The impact is felt by participants of the program gives a lot of positive things but not give certainty about the fate of the program participants who have passed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the compliance of enterprises taxpayers before and after the tax amnesty was applied in KPP Pratama South Jakarta. The research location was at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cilandak, KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran, KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang, and KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu. Data collection with documentation techniques, namely secondary data collection. Taxpayer’s compliance data for 2015, which is SPT as of March 2016, is assumed to be data before tax amnesty. While the 2016 taxpayer’s compliance data which is SPT as of March 2017 is assumed to be the data of the tax amnesty validity period. The data analysis technique in this study uses the SPT taxpayer compliance ratio 2016 - 2017. Statistical tests using Paried Sample t-Test. The results of the study showed that the amount of enterprises taxpayer compliance submitting timely Annual Tax Returns increased by 10.60% from 13.40% to 24.00%. Furthermore, the taxpayer’s compliance ratio that did not submit the Annual Tax Return decreased by 3.90%, namely in 2016 amounted to 76.92% to 73.02% in 2017. The Paired Sample t-Test has different Enterprises Taxpayer’s compliance before and after the enactment of tax amnesty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa SMA Jakarta Timur dalam meminimalisir berita hoax di media sosial online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA di Jakarta Timur tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang sebelumnya dipilih secara kluster berjumlah 1.793 siswa. Selanjutnya pengambilan sampel dengan proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 95 siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa SMA Jakarta Timur dalam meminimalisir berita hoax di media sosial online. Koefisien determinan (R2) yang diperoleh (0,333)2 sebesar 0,111. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa reinforcement guru memberikan kontribusi terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa sebesar 11,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 88,9% disumbangkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru SMKN 1 Depok dan SMKS Yapan Indonesia baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru kelompok bisnis dan manajemen di SMKN 1 Depok dan SMKS Yapan Indonesia yang berjumlah 120 orang. Dalam penelitian ini mengelompokkan guru berdasarkan pangkat/golongan/ruang, yaitu golongan III sebanyak 75 orang dan golongan IV sebanyak 45 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportionated random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja (1), peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja (2), peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru (3), motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru (5) dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru (6). Secara keseluruhan, baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung besarnya pengaruh diketahui 41,22%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja Guru, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah.

Abstract

One indicator that learning can be said to be effective is optimal learning outcomes. In fact, to achieve the word "effective" is still far from expectations. These problems cannot be separated from how the lecturers should apply appropriate learning models. This research is the R&D stage of testing the effectiveness of teaching materials using a non-equivalent control group design. The population of all students of the Economic Education Study Program, Indraprasta PGRI University Semester V of the 2020/2021 academic year consists of 31 classes with 1175 students. The sample taken is class S5F (experiment class) as many as 42 people and Class S5E (control class) as many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the independent t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the experiment class obtained an average value of learning outcomes that was higher than the control class (80.61 > 74.02). While inductive analysis obtained t_statistic > t_table (4.209 > 1.989). This means that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experiment class and the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Educational Statistics teaching material based LC 5E assisted by Minitab is very effective in its use in learning

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum which has been implemented for more than six years in Indonesia has many problems in its application. Therefore, we need to conduct empirical research to determine the causes of the ineffective implementation of the 2013 curriculum in schools. This study involved 13 high schools and vocational high schools in the provinces of DKI Jakarta and West Java with a total of 420 students, 26 teachers, and principals as respondents. The research employed mixed parallel method and data analysis using combined analysis of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research found that there are still schools that use two different curricula, 2013 curriculum and school-based curriculum. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, teachers are required to use various learning with a scientific approach that refers to student-centered concepts. There is a need for the training program to improve teachers’ professional competence, especially in the terms of various learning methods mastery.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to find the effect of Academic Supervision of School Principal and Work Motivation toward Teacher’s Performance of Bussines and Management Group State’s and Private’s Vocational High School in Depok City directly or indirectly. The population of this research was Bussines and Management teachers in Depok City amounting to 384 people. The sample in this research amounted to 80 people. The sampling method was done by using proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionaires. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. Data processing is performed with IBM SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that there is significant influence between Academic Supervision of School Principal to Work Motivation (1), Academic Supervision of School Principal to Teacher’s Performance (2), and Work Motivation to Teacher’s Performance (3). Totally, the magnitude of the effect is known 68,39 % directly and indirectly, while the remaining 37,10% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research.

Abstract

Abstract: Minimizing hoaxes that occur in students is closely related to learning outcomes in the affective domain. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze implementation of character- based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement influence on student’s affective competence. Type of this research is descriptive and associative analysis. The populations of this research were 10 th class of senior high school student in East Jakarta amounting to 1793 students. The sample in this research amounted to 95 students. The sampling method was done by using proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistic and multiple regression. The results showed that there were simultaneously positive and significant effects between implementation of character-based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement on students’ affective competencies in minimizing hoax news on online social media. However, partially teacher’s reinforcement has a positive but not significant effect on students’ affective competencies. Overall, the magnitude of the effect is known to be 43.50%. This gives a considerable meaning, because almost half of its contribution. Even though there are still many other factors that contribute to affective competence, namely the remaining 56.50% as other factors not examined in this study Keywords: affective competence, hoax information, implementation of character-based economic learning, reinforcement IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI BERBASIS KARAKTER DAN REINFORCEMENT GURU PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI AFEKTIF SISWA DALAM MEMINIMALISIR HOAX Abstrak: Meminimalisir hoax yang terjadi pada siswa, erat kaitannya dengan hasil belajar pada ranah afektif. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X ilmu sosial di Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 1.793 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa dalam meminimalkan berita hoax di media sosial onlin e. Namun, reinforcement guru memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Secara keseluruhan, besarnya pengaruh diketahui 43,50%. Hal ini memberi makna cukup besar, sebab mencakup hampir separuh kontribusinya. Padahal masih banyak faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi afektif yaitu 56,50% sisanya sebagai faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership effectiveness, task commitment and work environment together on teacher performance, effect of leadership effectiveness on teacher performance, task commitment to teacher performance, work environment on teacher performance. The research method used is a survey. The sample size is 91 teachers, the sampling technique used is random cluster sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis consists of testing the validity and reliability of the institution, the prerequisite test for data analysis and description. Testing the hypothesis with linear regression techniques. The results of the study addressed (1) There was a significant effect of Leadership Effectiveness and Task Commitment together on Teacher Performance. (2) There is a significant effect of Leadership Effectiveness on Vocational High School Teacher Performance. (3) There is a significant effect of Task Commitment on Teacher Performance. (4) There is a significant effect of the Work Environment on Teacher Performance. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektifitas kepemimpinan, komitmen tugas dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh efektifitas kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen tugas terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel berukuran 91 guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas insturmen, uji prasyarat analisis dan deskripsi data. Pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menujukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Tugas secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Gur. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Komitmen Tugas terhadap Kinerja Guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru.
