Abstract

Abstract: The current developmental study was intended to analyze the determinant factors which affected the quality of occupational stress which experienced by teachers who taught special education in inclusive schools in East Java as the basis to develop a module of managing stress due to working. The analysis results of the exploratory study suggested that most teachers (66.33%) of special education in inclusive schools experienced moderate occupational stress. The contributions of the internal and external variables to occupational stress experienced by teachers of special education included: gender (12.32%), age (4.16%), working status (5.34%), salary or income (3.57%), the suitability of the prajabatan background study (6.76%), the achievement motivation (22.75%), and the interest of position (12.25%).Keywords: occupational stress, internal factors, external factors.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas stress akibat kerja yang dialami oleh guru pendidikan khusus yang bekerja pada sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di Jawa Timur sebagai dasar pengembangan modul pengendalian stress akibat kerja. Hasil analisis eksplorasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (66,33%) guru pendidikan khusus (GPK) di sekolah inklusif mengalami stress akibat kerja dalam kategori sedang. Kontribusi variabel internal dan eksternal terhadap stress akibat kerja yang dialami guru pendidikan khusus (GPK) meliputi: jenis kelamin (12,32%), usia responden (4,16%), status kepegawaian (5,34%), pendapatan atau gaji (3,57%), kesesuaian latar belakang pendidikan prajabatan (6,76%), motivasi berprestasi (22,75%), dan minat jabatan (12,25%).Kata kunci: stress akibat kerja, faktor internal, faktor internal.

Abstract

Intellectual disability students experience difficulties in the learning process, especially on the material arithmeti coperation. It was caused by to the intellectual development hampered by the limitations of IQ and final stage of operational phases of the students turn from abstract to the concrete. The research design used in this study was the Single Subject Research (SSR), with ABA design models and use measuring units scores. The subjects was intellectual disability students the fifth grade in SDLB Idayu II Malang. Data collection techniques was written tests. Research revealed a effect of the use of the bowling game to increaser eduction numeracy skills as the target behavior. Advice for school and the teacher can provide methods and learning media in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students..

Abstract

Civics learning is one of the subjects related with daily activities. The purpose of this research is to determain the using of series image media to incrase of outcomes learning the civics subject on schools discipline materials and to determine the increase of outcomes learning the civics subject on schools discipline materials in school to the students with intellectual disability in grade II after given learning with series image media.The approach in this research is a classroom action research (CAR). The conclusion of the study is the use of the series image media in the schools discipline material can improve student learning outcomes. The indicators was the incrased values of the average student and the percentage of successful students from pre action, one cycle to the next cycle, in pre action was 48,75, the first cycle was 56,25 and the second cycle was 86,25.

Abstract

The purposes of research are to describe: (1) the ability of summation computation of a student with hearing impairment for 1st grade at baseline conditions (A1) and baseline conditions (A2), (2) the ability of summation computation of student with hearing impairment at intervention condition (B), and (3) the effect of flannel pocket media utilization toward the ability of summation computation for a student with hearing impairment in the 1st grade. The result was showed in the assessment of ability of summation computation for a student with hearing impairment in the baseline condition (A1) that was about 65% to the 75% and it had improvement to the intervention condition (B) to be 85% to 100%. as well as on baseline (A2) as control phase that the value was about 95% to the 100%.Tujuan penelitian : (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan berhitung penjumlahan siswa tunarungu kelas 1 pada kondisi baseline (A1) dan baseline (A2); (2) mendeskripsikan kemampuan berhitung penjumlahan siswa tunarungu kelas 1 pada kondisi intervensi (B); (3) mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media kantong flanel terhadap kemampuan berhitung penjumlahan siswa tunarungu kelas 1. Hasil penelitian ini ditunjukkan pada penilaian kemampuan berhitung penjumlahan siswa tunarungu pada kondisi baseline (A1) berkisar 65% hingga 75% dan mengalami peningkatan pada kondisi intervensi (B) menjadi 85% hingga 100% serta pada kondisi baseline (A2) sebagai fase kontrol yang nilainya berkisar 95% hingga 100%.

Abstract

Flannel board media is a clipboard tool designed in such a way to be able to put pictures or symbols in presenting a message or learning materials. Focus this research is to improve learning outcomes by using a flannel board media in trum of numbers 1 to 10 recognizing. This research using a qualitative descriptive approach and design of Classroom Action Research. This classroom action research using 2 cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects were farst grade mental retardation SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang, amounting to 4 students.The data was collected using observation, test, documentation, and field notes. The data was collected were analyzed descriptively. Conclusion of the study of the use of class actions flannel board can improve student learning outcomes tunagrahita class I SDLB Kedungkandang in recognizing the numbers 1 to 10. Media papan flanel sebuah alat tempel yang didesain sedemikian rupa untuk dapat meletakkan gambar atau simbol dalam penyajian suatu pesan atau pembelajaran. Focus penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam penggunaan media papan flanel dalam mengenal bilangan 1 sampai 10. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I tunagrahita SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Malang, sejumlah 4 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tas, dokumentasi, catatan lapangan. Pengumpulan data analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas berupa penggunaan papan flanel dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tunagrahita kelas I SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang dalam mengenal bilangan 1 sampai 10.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk permainan harta karun si bola-bola yang aman, mudah dan menarik serta sebagai inovasi untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan permainan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan perkembangan aspek sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian dan  pengembangan  dari  Borg  and  Gall.  Model  ini  memiliki  10  langkah penelitian, namun karena keterbatasan peneliti, maka menggunakan 7 langkah, penelitian ini dilakukan di 5 TK dengan subjek 76 anak. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dan data evaluasi dari para ahli, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari data permainan yaitu aspek keamanan, kemudahan, dan kemenarikan  digunakan  untuk  meningkatkan  perkembangan  sosial  emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Salah satu tanda keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan sekolah tampak pada kemampuannya dalam  mengembangkan program kegiatan bagi keberlangsungan proses belajar siswa. Pengembangan program kegiatan berbasis mastery progresif adalalah salah satu model penyusunan program sekolah. Penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran andragogy dalam proses pelatihan dengan metode pair and sharing melalui aktivitas tanya jawab, diskusi, praktik penyusunan  dan pendampingan pelaksanaan program hingga mengahasilkan peningkatan wawasan dan kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan program  kegiatan sekolah berbasis Mastery Progresif di sekolah.  Hasil dari pelaksanaan tersebut yaitu kemampuan Guru PAUD menyusun program kegiatan berbasis Mastery Progresif meningkat setelah mengikuti workshop.
