Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the lack of job satisfaction of teachers whoteach MDA in Sub Tuah Karya Tampan District of Pekanbaru The research problems arehow high job satisfaction of teachers MDA in Sub Tuah work Handsome District of the cityof Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction ofteachers MDA in Sub Tuah work Handsome District of the city of Pekanbaru. Thepopulation in this study is as much as 55 people. The technique used in this study isNonrobability sampling and sampling methods that use saturated sample,. Instrumentcollecting data questionnaire with 64 statements. Data were analyzed by DescriptiveQuantitative analysis. Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the condition of the Elderly Family Development program activities in terms of Hope Elderly Against Elderly Family Development activities in Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak. The research problems are whether Hope Against Elderly Elderly Family Development activities in Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak performing well?. The purpose of this study was to determine the Elderly Hope Against Elderly Family Development activities in Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak. The population in this study were 49 and 20 people for the trials, the technique of sampling techniques used are saturated Sampling Simple as many as 49 people. Instrument of data collection is a questionnaire with 173 statements and after the trial live 160 valid statement to be used as a research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the percentage of responses obtained by the research findings Hope Elderly Of Activity Family Development Elderly in Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak is very high on indicators of control with the average percentage (SS + S) 97.677%, this means that Bina Family Elderly in Rural Selodang river Mandau Siak river District has not done well so Hope Against Elderly Elderly Family Development activities in Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak is high.Keywords: Hope, Seniors, Elderly Family Development Program.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine Interpersonal communication PKBM citizens studying in Sari. The problem of this research is interpersonal communication How high PKBM citizens studying in the coastal city fringe districts sari pekanbaru.The benefits of research to increase knowledge on matters relating to the Communication, Interpersonal communication, Citizens Learning, especially for researchers. This research will benefit all citizens of learning. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research by the numbers. Mechanical sampling using simple random sampling (random sampling). Data collection techniques in this research is to use the questionnaire as a method of data collection, totaling 45 items statement. After the questionnaire in the trial, there are 8 items that are not valid. Data obtained from respondents who were 30 to sample the test and 45 people with Cronbach's alpha = 0.941. Based on Table 4.11, it can be explained that the level of interpersonal communication learners Based on the analysis of data with the highest percentage is the average of 88.24%, while the percentage of moderate to an average of 8.23% and a low percentage is the average of 3, 12%. The average score of the mean and standard deviation of each indicator is very high it can be seen from the indicators Disclosure mean values obtained were 4.28 and 0.73 SD is at a very high interpretation. then in view of the indicator obtained Empathy mean values of 4.39 and 0.70 SD which is at a very high interpretation. Onwards of indicator Support in learning obtained mean values of 4.17 and 0.86 SD which is at a very high interpretation. Judging from the indicators Positive Feelings obtained mean values SD of 43.98 and 0.98 which are in high interpretation. Furthermore, in view dati indicator of similarity obtained mean values of 4.28 and 0.75 SD which is at a very high interpretation. Having done the research and data processing can be concluded that the learners have high levels of interpersonal communication is very high.Keywords: Communication, Interpersonal Communications, Citizens Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is based on the state conditions of implementation of the public library in terms of User’s Perception of the implementation of Public Library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis. The research problems are whether the User’s perceptions of the implementation of the public library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis is quite well?. The purpose of the research was to determine the perceptions of Users to the implementation of public library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis. The population in the research were 1698 people and 30 of them was taken to be examining of the questionnaire. The sample used is simple random sampling technique with 94 people (respondent) by using Slovin formula (n= ). Instrument of data collection is a questionnaire with 184 statements and after the validity item was done, the valid items are 150. The data was analizing through quantitative descriptive approach. From the calculation of the percentage of responses was obtained tahat; user’s Perception of the implementation of Public Library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis was classified as very good in indicator librarian/ attitude of librasians with a percentage value (SS+S) 84,363%. This means that the implementation of the public library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis is in accordance with the standard implementation of a public library so that the public perception of the implementation of the public library in Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis is in excellent condition.Keywords: Perception, User’s, Implementation of the Public Library.

Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital of Riau Province. It has been a big city with the variety ethnics living there. The focus of the study was the problems of inter-ethnic relation in term of education, culture, religion, and language. The objective was to discover some phenomenon of cooperation and competition occurred at the city. Both would result integration and conflict at the residence. The approach methodology was by reviewing the previous research on concept of ethnic relation and social change. Qualitative naturalistic was the main method with interviewing and observing technique. The result described that the cooperation resulted integration and harmonization. Some competition resulted conflict in term of different understanding of religion, different level of education. While the relations tended to show a politeness, although the ethnical and cultural distinction. Mutual advising and informing were reducing conflict, and in other word, tolerance was established.

Abstract

Abstract : The action that a person undertakes to provide assistance to others who are selfless and not selfish is said to be Altruism. This altruism is well done in the pesantren, because the behavior of altruism can give students the awareness that the importance of the nature of help helps in fellow santri. The purpose of this study is to find out how high Altruism Santri in Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda RW 02 RT 01 Sialang Munggu Kota Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative approach and the population of this study is all students in Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Pekanbaru students as many as 47 person. This study uses saturated sample techniques so that all populations can be used so that no population is wasted. The instrument of this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire containing statements about altruism santri in boarding students miftahul huda. Then obtained the contribution of result to the variable of altruism for santri in boarding school student of miftahul huda equal to 72,24% (mean), empathy indicator with altruism santri equal to 0,687 or 68,70% (mean), indicator trust of fair world to altruism santri with interpretation and the indicator of social responsibility to the variable altruism santri of 0.709 or 70.90% (medium), then the internal locus of control indicator to the variable altruism santri of 0.795 or 79.505% (moderate ), and low egoisentrime indicator to the santri altruism variable of 0.833 or 83.305% (high). This result explains that the indicator of altruism variable can determine the high Altruism of Santri in Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Miftahul Huda. as well as from the most dominant low self-centered indicators of santri doing altruism against other santri.Key words: Altruism, Santri, Pesantren

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of society at RT 04 RW 05 Kelurahan Sekip Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru toward Rebana Roudatul Jannah activity. The activities consist of human resources, organizing and administrating. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is society at RT 04 RW 05 (65 people) . The sample in this study are 39 people. Sampling in this study using Taro Yamane formula. The instrument in the study is a questionnaire containing 33 items of statements. The answer consists of four alternatives that are 1). strongly agree category (score 4), 2). agree scored 3 (three), 3). a score of 2 (two) is given to less agree and 4). disagree is scored 1 (one). The results revealed that the percception of society at RT 04 RW 05 Kelurahan Sekip Kecamatan Lima puluh Kota pekanbaru toward the rebana Roudatul Jannah interm of human resorces is 98,96% of the respondents strongly agree and agree, 2. Organizing is 94,53% 3. Administrasing is 95,89% of the respondent. It means that the implementation of the rebana Roudatul Jannah at RT 04 RW 05 Kelurahan Sekip Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru is executed properly.Key words : perception, society, activity, Rebana

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of problem in this research is whether evaluation of the implementation of Kampung KB Program in Pekanbaru City has been done well. This research uses descriptive naturalistic research with qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic description of the implementation of Kampung KB Program in Pekanbaru City. This research consist of one variable that is Evaluation with 4 indicator of research that is (1) Context Evaluation, which consist of sub indicator of institutional identity, vision and mission, program implementation background, program implementation objective, program implementation objective (2) Evaluation of input, (3) Evaluation of the process, including sub indicators, manuals, program implementation schedules, program implementation media, community participation (4) Evaluation of products, including sub indicators, outcomes of activities, community satisfaction, program impact, and achievement. The subjects of this study are 9 informants consisting of lurah, administrators, and community. Data collection techniques is to make observations, interviews, and documentation.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, Program, Kampung KB.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the profile of womens empowerment and how positive the empowerment of women in making household workshops in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The method used in this research is survey method. The study was conducted in the UPPKS group of Air Dingin sub-district, Bukit Raya City Pekanbaru, as many as 30 people. Sampling in this study uses saturated sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire / questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the profile of womens empowerment in the making of handicrafts in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya Sub-District, Pekanbaru City was considered good / positive. The results of data processing related to how positive the empowerment of women in making household workshops in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, the results were classified as good / positive with a percentage of 72.3%. This means that the empowerment of women in making household crafts in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya Sub-District, Pekanbaru City, has been able to provide enormous benefits and contributions for mothers in increasing family income and increasing womens independence.
