Abstract

Abstract: This research was intended to describe: (1) to what extent does reading ability influence students learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia in the second graders of SMAN 2 Bojonegoro; (2) the what extent do students' learning activities in the school influence students learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia in the second graders of SMAN 2 Bojonegoro; (3) whether or not reading ability and students learning activities at school simultaneously influence the students learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia in the second graders of SMAN 2 Bojonegoro. Based on a simple correlation analysis it was found that the correlation between reading ability and learning outcomes was positive. Regression calculation result between reading ability (X1) and learning outcomes (Y) can be expressed in regression equation Y = 52.116 + 0,338 X1. The result of regression calculation between learning activity (X2) and learning outcomes (Y) can be expressed in regression equation Y = 82.310-0.109 X2. The value of Fo is smaller than Ft (0.452 <3.98) with degree of freedom df1 = 1 and df2 = 78 for 0.05 significance level. Thus, there is no significant relationship between learning activities and learning outcomes. The result of multiple regression calculation showing the relationship between reading ability and learning activity towards students learning outcomes (X1 and X2 on Y) can simultaneously be expressed in regression equation Y = 57.018 + 0.336 X1-0.08385 X2. The value of Fo is higher than Ft (7.201> 3.44) with degree of freedom df1 = 2 and df2 = 77 for 0.05 significance level. Thus, there is a significant corelation between reading ability and learning activities simultaneously towards students learning outcomes.Keywords: learning, Bahasa Indonesia, reading ability, learning activities, learning outcomes.Abstrak. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi tentang: 1. Sejauhmana kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kemampuan membaca terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas II SMA Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. 2. Sejauhmana kontribusi yang diberikan oleh aktivitas belajar siswa di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas II SMA Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. 3. Apakah kemampuan membaca dan aktivitas belajar siswa di sekolah memberikan kontribusi secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas II SMA Negeri 2 Bojonegoro. Dari analisis korelasi sederhana ditemukan bahwa korelasi antara kemampuan membaca dengan hasil belajar adalah positif. Hasil perhitungan regresi hubungan antara kemampuan membaca (x1) dengan hasil belajar (Y) dapat dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y= 52,116+ o,338 x1. Adapun hasil perhitungan regresi hubungan antara aktivitas belajar(x2) dengan hasil belajar (Y) dapat dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y=82,310-0,109 x2. Harga Fhitung lebih kecil dari Ftabel (0,452<3,98) dengan derajat kebebasan v1=1 dan v2=78 untuk taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar. Hasil perhitungan regresi ganda yang menunjukkan hubungan antara kemampuan membaca dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar (x1 dan v2 atas Y) secara simultan dapat dinyatakan dalam persamaan regresi Y=57,018+0,336 x1-0,08385x2. Harga F hitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (7,201>3,44) dengan derajat kebebasan v1=2 dan v2=77 untuk taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca dan aktivitas belajar secara simultan dengan hasil belajar.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Bahasa Indonesia, kemampuan membaca,aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: Novels can be interpreted as a form of literary work written by the author without releasing the intrinsic and extrinsic elements. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find out 1) the form of phrases, clauses, and sentences in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal 2) the results of the study of Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal can be used as teaching materials for Indonesian language subjects. This research is a qualitative research using listening, engaging, and proficient techniques starting from steps 1) preparation, 2) data collection, and 3) data analysis. The conclusions of this research are (1) Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal contains elements of phrases, clauses, and sentences. Phrases in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal are verb phrases, noun phrases, adjective phrases, numeral phrases, endocentric phrases, and exocentric phrases. The clause in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal is in the form of positive and negative clauses. Sentences in Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal are sentences based on 1) pronunciation, 2) grammatical structure or number of phrases, 3) function, 4) elements, 5) arrangement, 6) style or form of presentation, 7) subject. (2) The results of the study of Tere Liye's novel entitled Selamat Tinggal can be used as teaching materials for Indonesian language subjects from elementary to high school levels based on KI and KD at each level of education.Keywords: Novel entitled Selamat Tinggal, Tere Liye, Syntax, teaching material, Indonesian language subject  Abstrak: Novel dapat dimaknai sebagai bentuk karya sastra yang ditulis oleh pengarang dengan tidak melepaskan unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui 1) bentuk frasa, klausa, dan kalimat pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye, 2) hasil kajian novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simak, libat, dan cakap dengan dimulai dari langkah 1) persiapan, 2) pengumpulan data, dan 3) analisis data. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye mengandung Unsur frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Frasa pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa frasa verba, frasa nomina, frasa adjektiva, frasa numeralia, frasa endosentris, frasa eksosentris. Klausa pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa klausa positif dan negatif. Kalimat pada novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye berupa kalimat yang didasarkan pada 1) pengucapan, 2) struktur gramatikal atau jumlah frasa, 3) fungsi, 4) unsur, 5) susunan, 6) gaya atau bentuk penyajian, 7) subjek. (2) Hasil kajian novel Selamat Tinggal karya Tere Liye dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia mulai jenjang sekolah dasar hingga menengah atas berdasarkan KI dan KD pada setiap jenjang pendidikan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Novel Selamat Tinggal, Tere Liye, sintaksis, bahan ajar, mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

This study aim to find out whether there is a difference in the use of probing prompting learning model that supported by recitation methods on the learning outcomes of eight grides students in social studies subjects at MTs Abu Darrin Dander Bojonegoro in the academic year 2017/2018 compared to confessional models or lectures. This research is a type of experimental research, since this study directly examines the influence among variables to test the cause and effect of variables by giving treatment of the experimental group or class. Based on the results of analysis, the average value of the experimental class is 76.56 and the average value of the control class is 68.48. From the activites between the experimental class and the control class also proved with probing prompting learning model supported by the student recitation method the experimental class more focused on learning that was 75% compared to the control class with the lecture learning model which only 45%. So it can be concluded that there was an effect of probing prompting learning models supported by recitation methods to the learning outcomes of VIII classes in social studies subjects at MTs Abu Darrin Dander Bojonegoro 2017/2018.Keywords: probing prompting learning model, recitation method, social studies, learning outcomes

Abstract

This research aimed at investigating the use of Grammarly software and in what terms it was more effective in reducing students’ errors in EFL writing compared to teacher corrective feedback (indirect corrective feedback). This research used the quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. There were 40 university students from English Education Study Program of a private university in Indonesia who were selected and randomized clustered into two; experimental and control groups. The students were tested at the beginning and the end of the research. The quantitative data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of the research confirm that the students whose work is evaluated by using Grammarly have a significant reduction in their errors compared to those whose work is evaluated by the teacher (indirect corrective feedback). The software is shown to be more effective to reduce the errors in terms of vocabulary usages (diction), language use (grammar), and mechanics of writing (spelling and punctuation). However, it is less effective to improve the content and organization of students’ EFL writing. This research can suggest EFL/ESL teachers with an alternative assessment for students’ writing that supports an autonomous learning environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the structure of reviewed text that was retold by the students in class VIII C of SMP N 1 Cepu, Blora, Indonesia. The teaching and learning process used the flipped classroom method by using schoology apps. This study was qualitative research with case study approach and the total subjects were 28 students. From the total subjects, four students was chosen to be interviewed with a reason that the reviewed texts were in line with the indicators. Technique in collecting the data used observation, test, interview, and documentation. The data was validated by using triangulations of source and method. Technique in analysing the data used content analysis method that was started from 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) drawing conclusion and verification. The results of study showed that the structure of reviewed text that was retold by the students had been well referred to the Kosasih thery about the structure of reviewed text. The conclusion of the study was the flipped classroom method by using schoology aps was very appropriate to be implemented in the teaching and learning process. This method trained the students to think creatively and independently, they were able to understand the materials given by using schoology apps.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa sinisme novel Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati; untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa litotes novel Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati; untuk mendeskripsikan hikmah novel Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, artinya yang dianalisis dan hasil analisisnya berbentuk deskripsi, tidak berupa angka atau koefisien tentang hubungan variabel.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pustaka, simak, dan catat. Kemudian data  berupa kata, klausa, kalimat, ungkapan dianalasis dengan teori gaya bahasa sinisme dan litotes dalam teks novel Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati. Dari hasil analisis gaya bahasa sinisme novel Persahabatan tersebut dipergunakan untuk saling bercanda mengisi waktu dengan cara saling mengejek di antara sesama teman-teman mereka.Berdasarkan hasil analisis gaya bahasa litotes novel Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati di atas, dapat diketahui bahwa gaya bahasa tersebut digunakan sebagai basa-basi dalam pergaulan remaja, agar pembicaraan tidak monoton. Kecuali gaya bahasa litotes yang digunakan Ani pada waktu berdoa. Ada beberapa hikmah yang dapat diambil dari Persahabatan karya Utoyo Dimyati, antara lain: memotivasi untuk melaksanakan ibadah, menolong sesama manusia, pantang menyerah, menganjurkan untuk bersifat tidak sombong, persahabatan sejati, dan memotivasi untuk belajar bekerja melalui berkoperasi.Kata Kunci: Gaya Bahasa, Sinisme, Litotes, Novel Persahabatan Karya Utoyo Dimyati. Abstract. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the language style of the cynicism of the novel Pers Friendship by Utoyo Dimyati; to describe the linguistic style of the novel Pers Friendship by Utoyo Dimyati; to describe the wisdom of Utoyo Dimyati's novel Pers Friendship.This research method uses descriptive qualitative method, meaning that the analyzed and the results of the analysis are in the form of descriptions, not in the form of numbers or coefficients about the relationship between variables.Then the data in the form of words, clauses, sentences, expressions were analyzed with the cynicism and litotes language style theory in the text of the novel Pers Friendship by Utoyo Dimyati. From the results of the analysis of the language style of the novel Persahabatan cynicism, it can be seen that this language style is used as a base. -bathing in the association of teenagers, so that the conversation is not monotonous. Abstract

Abstract           The PKM program for writing scientific articles to improve the careers of mathematics teachers in Bojonegoro was carried out through the method of providing training, guidance, and mentoring to participants on how to write articles on the results of classroom action research that was carried out daily in their classrooms to make scientific articles that can be published in journals. The main target audience in this activity were mathematics teachers under the auspices of the Bojonegoro Ministry of Religion, totaling 30 teachers. The area where the training and workshop location was at MAN 2 Bojonegoro is a gathering place for mathematics teachers in the MGMP organization. The results in the PKM program activities were (1) increased knowledge of scientific articles, (2) increased ability and skills of participants in writing scientific articles from the results of classroom action research and (3) participants can integrate scientific writing in the learning process. The outputs of this PKM activity were (1) increasing participants' knowledge of the activity materials, (2) scientific articles published in national seminars or national journals, and (3) publication of PKM implementation on online media.     Abstrak Program PKM penulisan artikel ilmiah untuk peningkatan karir guru matematika di Bojonegoro dilakukan melalui metode pemberian pelatihan, bimbingan, dan pendampingan kepada peserta mengenai bagaimana cara menulis artikel hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sehari-hari dalam kelasnya untuk dibuat suatu artikel ilmiah yang dapat terbit di jurnal.. Khalayak sasaran utama dalam kegiatan ini yaitu guru-guru matematika di bawah naungan Kemenag Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 30 guru. Wilayah lokasi pelatihan dan workshop di MAN 2 Bojonegoro sebagai tempat berkumpulnya para guru matematika dalam organisasi MGMP. Hasil dalam kegiatan program PKM yaitu (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai artikel ilmiah, (2) meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas dan (3) peserta dapat mengintergrasikan karya tulis ilmiah dalam proses pembelajaran. Luaran kegiatan PKM ini yaitu (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta mengenai materi-materi kegiatan, (2) artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada seminar nasional atau jurnal nasional, dan (3) publikasi pelaksanaan PKM pada media online.

Abstract

The target of devotion at SDN Sumberwangi 2 Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency is to increase the understanding of the sixth-grade students in writing capital letters, writing di- and ke- as prefixes and forecasts, commas (,), and periods (.) according to Permendikbud mandate number 50 years 2015. Working procedures on this service begins with making a matter for pretest and posttest as much as 20 questions, then compile the teaching materials and then carry out counseling. To measure the level of truth and proficiency of students in writing according to the contents of Permendikbud number 50 year 2015 then the devotion team makes a devotional scheme into three steps starting from before devotion, devotion, and after devotion. At the end of devotion, the PKM team rewards students. The result of devotion shows an increase in understanding in writing capital letters of 42.36%, writing di- and ke- as prefixes and forecasts of 46.73%, comma-writing (,) of 29.1%, and writing the dot ( .) of 44.9%. Keywords: Community Service, Permendikbud number 50 year 2015ABSTRAKTarget pengabdian di SDN Sumberwangi 2 Kecamatan Kanor, Kabupaten Bojonegoro ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VI dalam menulis huruf kapital, menulis di- dan ke- sebagai awalan dan kata depan, tanda koma (,), dan tanda titik (.) sesuai amanat Permendikbud nomor 50 tahun 2015. Prosedur kerja pada pengabdian ini diawali dengan membuat soal untuk pretes dan postes sebanyak 20 soal, kemudian menyusun bahan ajar dan selanjutnya melaksanakan penyuluhan. Untuk mengukur tingkat kebenaran dan kemahiran siswa dalam menulis sesuai isi Permendikbud nomor 50 tahun 2015 maka tim pengabdian membuat skema pengabdian menjadi tiga langkah yang dimulai dari prapengabdian, pengabdian, dan pascapengabdian. Di akhir pengabdian, tim PKM memberikan reward kepada siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dalam menulis huruf kapital sebesar 42,36%, menulis di- dan ke- sebagai awalan dan kata depan sebesar 46,73%, menulis tanda koma (,) sebesar 29,1%, dan menulis tanda titik (.) sebesar 44,9%.Kata Kunci: Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Permendikbud nomor 50 tahun 2015

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service is so that 1) Teacher of Mts. Bahrul Ulum can operationalize the momentCam application, 2) Teacher of Mts. Bahrul Ulum can make 3D understanding media through pop ups. The method of implementation in this service is 1) Conducting pretest, 2) counseling and coaching, 3) holding postes, and organizing reflection. The service scheme starts from the pre-service, dedication and post-service steps. The results of dedication show the teachers in MTs. Bahrul Ulum can be a Momencam application and can make pop up media, this can be seen from the results of the posting In addition, teachers can create their own media and they will implement the results of this service program to students. The conclusions in this service are the teachers at Mts. Bahrul Ulum dapat mengoprasionalkan aplikasi momentCam, 2) Guru Mts. Bahrul Ulum dapat membuat media pembelajaran 3D melalui pop up. Metode pelaksanaa pada pengabdian ini adalah 1) mengadakan pretes, 2) penyuluhan dan pembimbingan, 3) Mengadakan postes, dan mengadakan refleksi. Skema pengabdian dimulai dari langkah prapengabdian, pengabdian, dan pascapengabdian. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan guru-guru di MTs. Bahrul Ulum bisa mengoperasikan aplikasi momentcam dan dapat membuat media pop up, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil postes. Selain itu guru dapat menciptakan media sendiri dan mereka berkomitmen untuk menerapkan hasil program pengabdikan ini kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru-guru di Mts. Abstract

abstrak—Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) gaya bahasa yang digunakan Boy Candra dalam novel Getir. (2) Hubungan penelitian dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode content analysis. Sumber data adalah novel Getir cetakan ke-1 dan artikel-artikel dari internet. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik catat prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan terdiri atas beberapa tahap, yaitu: pengumpulan data, penyeleksian data, anailis data, dan membuat laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa novel Getir karya Boy Candra digunakan beberapa gaya bahasa, gaya bahasa tersebut yaitu: hiperbola, perumpamaan, metafora, personifikasi, antitesis, aliterasi, Epizeukis, hipalase, alusio, litotes, sinekdoke, simile, ironi gaya bahasa yang paling dominan dalam novel tersebut adalah gaya bahasa hiperbola. hubungannya antara gaya bahasa dalam novel Getir karya Boy Candra dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar guru pada pembelajaraan bahasa Indonesia di SMA.Kata Kunci—Analisis gaya bahasa, Nilai pendikan, Hubungannya Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Abstract—The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the language style used by Boy Candra in the novel Getir. (2) Research relationship in Indonesian language learning in high school. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive. The method used is the method of content analysis. The data sources are the 1st printed novel Getir and articles from the internet. The data collection technique used the technique of recording the research procedures carried out consisting of several stages, namely: data collection, data selection, data analysis, and making reports. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Boy Candra's Getir novel uses several language styles, these language styles are: hyperbole, parable, metaphor, personification, antithesis, alliteration, Epizeukis, hypalase, alusio, litotes, synecdoche, simile, irony of the most common style of language. dominant in the novel is hyperbole language style. The relationship between language style in Boy Candra's Getir novel can be used as a teacher's teaching material in Indonesian language learning in high school.Keywords—analysis of language style, value of education, its relationship in learning Indonesian in high school.
