Abstract

Abstract: Lecturers have the obligation to determine and develop the RPS (Semester Learning Plan) for each subject they are taught. RPS is a guide for the learning process as well as a shackle for the learning process because of its various limitation or limitations. The success of the RPS is determined by the achievement of its CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes) which is in accordance with the KKNI (Indonesian National Qualification Framework) that has been determined. The purpose of this research was to prove that the RPS apart from being a guide for the learning process as well as a shackle for the learning process itself for various reasons, so that the CPL  may not be achieved. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Descriptive research is non-experimental, the aim is to obtain detailed information about the problem being researched. The data collection technique in qualitative descriptive research was carried out by means of triangulation (a combination of several data collection techniques), while data analysis was carried out deductively. The results of this research are that there are three things that can be the shackles of the learning process so that CPL may not be achieved, namely; (1) the characteristics of the learning process are rigid, (2) the time for reviewing and adjusting the RPS is not determined, and (3) the substance of the subject matter is static.Keyword: RPS, learning, CPL, and KKNI. Abstrak: Dosen mempunyai kewajiban untuk menetapkan dan mengembangkan RPS (Rencana Pembelajaran Semester) untuk setiap mata kuliah yang diampunya. RPS merupakan pemandu proses pembelajaran sekaligus sebagai belenggu proses pembelajaran karena berbagai batasan atau keterbatasan yang dimilikinya. Keberhasilan RPS ditentukan dengan pencapaian CPL (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan)-nya yang bersesuaian dengan KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia) yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa RPS selain sebagai pemandu proses pembelajaran sekaligus sebagai belenggu bagi proses pembelajaran itu sendiri karena berbagai hal, sehingga CPL dimungkinkan tidak tercapai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif bersifat non-eksperimen, tujuannya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang detail tentang permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi (gabungan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data), sementara itu analisis data dilakukan secara deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat tiga hal yang dapat menjadi belenggu proses pembelajaran sehingga CPL dimungkinkan tidak tercapai, yaitu; (1) karakteristik proses pembelajaran yang bersifat rigid, (2) tidak ditentukannya waktu peninjauan dan penyesuaian RPS, dan (3) adanya substansi materi mata kuliah yang bersifat statis.Kata kunci: RPS, pembelajaran, CPL, dan KKNI.

Abstract

Abstract– The era of education released by the industrial revolution 4.0 is called Education 4.0, which is characterized by digital technology in the learning process known as the cyber system and is able to create a continuous learning process without space and time limits. The challenges of education in the 4.0 industrial revolution era specifically in Indonesia also spoke of competencies that were able to compete with developments. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a simple random sampling technique of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results show that the exhibition of Education and Entrepreneurship in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 fits the good category.

Abstract

Higher education in Indonesia is a national education subsystem that includes undergraduate, master's, specialist, doctoral, and diploma programs. Higher education institutions are obliged to organize education, research, and community service in accordance with their vision, mission, goals, tasks, and authority. A large number of universities has led to intense competition in getting prospective students. Therefore, universities must have a good "marketing strategy" to continue to exist in the face of competition between universities. Marketing strategies must be based on marketing objectives that consider environmental aspects (Dharmmesta, 2014). Marketing strategies took in connection with existing conditions, SWOT analysis, organization, and control at the University of Singapore Karawang based on Education Quality Standards (accredited). Efforts to monitor the implementation of marketing strategies related to the achievement of performance targets for increasing the number of applicants, including re-registration, the achievement of external and internal marketing activities.

Abstract

The development of Science and technology requires everyone to be able to use it well for advancement in the era of globalization. Covid-19 Pandemic conditions make students and teachers carry out teaching and learning activities from home. Independence in learning and the perception of learning resources that the teacher is not the only source of knowledge becomes very important in order to improve student achievement. Thus, difficulties in conducting learning activities that are integrate with technology that can be controll. However, on the other hand it remains related to the challenges in increasing student motivation, concentration and independence on learning tasks; In addition, it is also important to provide a way to manage students' perceptions of technology to be effective and efficient in their knowledge. Therefore, research related to the perception of learning resources and independence becomes an important and difficult problem in improving student achievement so that it can compensate for technological development. This research can discuss the source of learning and independence in learning and its effect on student achievement. With the existence of independent attitudes and perceptions of learning resources within students, learning objectives will succeed in achieving what is expected. This research was conduct at Class XI Private Vocational High School Students in the East Jakarta Region. The population used in this study were all students of class XI with total 450 students. Sampling used by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 80 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, there is significance obtained by students from learning resources and learning independence on the learning achievements of social studies students.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of family environment and learning in college education toward financial literacy of Labora School of Manajemen students in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to comparative causal type. Based on the calculation of sampling using a purposive sampling method with Slovin formula obtained a minimum of 62 respondents so that the respondents get the final data. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire given to students and answered by students and processed with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that the family environment, college learning has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy with a linear regression equation in this study formulated with Y = 2.054 + 0.419 X1 + 0.470 X2. The results of the study are partially family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy and simultaneously family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy.

Abstract

Understanding and capital market literacy is needed in determining investment decisions. Likewise with an understanding of capital market products needed by students or young people to invest. One that helps students determine investment decisions is to provide capital market literacy in the form of workshops, seminars, Capital Market Schools (CMS). This is an activity that students must follow to determine the best investment decisions and which in turn will improve Indonesia's economic development through the existence of the investment. The sample of this study was 98 people drawn from the population of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Investment Gallery Investor. This research is a quantitative study, aimed to find out how much influence the capital market literacy has on the decision to invest in student shares in Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan banyaknya tantangan dan resiko yang dihadapi mahasiswa tahun pertama yang dapat memicu munculnya masalah yang menghambat kesuksesan di bidang akademik maupun kehidupan personal di masa selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran kesejahteraan mahasiswa angkatan 2016 di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan implikasinya bagi program konseling di perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan responden sebanyak 1200 mahasiswa angkatan 2016. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lima faktor kesejahteraan yang telah diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata kesejahteraan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta masih jauh di bawah norma. Faktor diri esensial dan sosial dengan sub faktor spiritualitas, perawatan diri dan cinta adalah faktor dan sub faktor yang memiliki rata-rata skor terendah. Untuk itu direkomendasikan untuk penyedia layanan bantuan kesehatan mental mahasiswa perlu mengembangkan program yang bersifat prevensi dan pengembangan untuk membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan kesejahteraannya terutama pada faktor dan sub faktor yang rendah.

Abstract

Spirituality is a self-ability to recognize the power of the One mighty, like God. Through an understanding of spirituality, one understands the meaning itself, the meaning of life and the purpose of his life. So that the person is able to direct his self positively in any situation. Spiritual hopes can be implemented and developed in guidance and counseling in Indonesia. The research objective was to compare the level of spirituality adolescents by gender and majors. This research design surveys, with descriptive analysis techniques. Participants determined by population sampling techniques, a number of 122 adolescents (students) SMAN 1 Punggur, Lampung. Results of this research were obtained an average score of; boys r = 115.64, and the female r = 121.36. A significant level of 0.320, meaning that there is no difference. Meanwhile, the average score of 119.58 science major teens and young majors for IPS at 119.09. A significant level of 1,000 and that means there is no difference. The conclusions of the research were the level of teenage boys spiritualism relatively similar to adolescent girls, and adolescents in the spiritualism level science majors are relatively the same as the teenagers in the majors IPS. Recommendations are given is that research on the study and implementation of spiritual guidance and counseling can be developed, and teacher guidance and counseling so that this study can be considered to help develop students' independence through a spiritual approach.

Abstract

KRR AS A PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING HEALTHY SEXUAL BEHAVIOR IN INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0. Adolescents are in a transition period characterized by drastic physical changes, psychological instability, and adjustment of new social environments. The era of industrial revolution 4.0, which was marked by the acceleration of information and digitalization of life increasingly added to the challenges of adolescents to be able to achieve the task of sexual development. When adolescents fail to carry out their sexual development tasks, they can have negative implications for adolescent sexual behavior. Understanding and awareness of adolescent reproductive health (KRR) can be an alternative in developing healthy and responsible sexual behavior. This study aims to test KRR as a mode of intervention to develop healthy sexual behavior in adolescents. The research method uses a mixed-method by combining quantitative and qualitative data that supports each other. The research population of tenth-grade high school students was 250 students with a sample of 30 people. Purposive sampling technique by considering the pretest score on the average class is taken into consideration in the selection of samples—data collection by providing a scale of sexual behavior, observation, and interviews. The results of the study show: (1) in general the sexual behavior of students is at a level of caution towards the need for development; (2) The KRR consists of nine guidance content with an audio-visual based group guidance strategy; and (3) the KRR program is effective in developing healthy sexual behavior in adolescents.

Abstract

PEER PERFORMANCE PROFILE BASED ON DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS. The purpose of this study was to determine the conformity profile peers based on demographics socioeconomic status. Participants in this study were 123 students junior high school consist of 39 regulars student and 86 “binalingkungan” (low economic) students. The average age of participants was 12-15 years. This research approach using quantitative approach, types of research using a cross sectional survey. The instruments used was a scale conformity peers who developed the theory Brendt use any form of semantic differential scale with alternative answers 1-6 (1 = very inappropriate, 6 = very appropriate). Data were analysed using analysis Mann-Whitney U with a score of 1488.00 and a significance probability value of 0.414. Because the probability of significance 0.414> 0.05, the results showed that there was no difference conformity peers in the student of low socioeconomic status and students socioeconomic status of middle to top.
