Abstract

Banyaknya fasilitas kesehatan terutama yang bekerjasama dengan layanan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan membuat masyarakat terbantukan terutama dalam melakukan pengeobatan. Namun tidak semua masyarakat tau secara pasti lokasi dan informasi keberadaan fasililitas kesehatan tersebut berada. Hanya fasilias kesehatan yang memiliki nama besar saja yang masyarakat ketahui. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi yang khusus menyediakan informasi fasilitas kesehatan terutama rumah sakit dengan layanan BPJS. Untuk memudahkan dalam pencarian informasi maka dalam proses pengembangan digunakan teknologi location-based service sebagai alat bantu pencarian. Sedangkan proses pengembangan aplikasi digunakan model SCRUM. Model SCRUM sendiri merupakan model pengembangan yang mengedepankan kecepatan dalam proses pengembangan. hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berupa aplikasi mobile yang peruntukkan bagi masyarakat dalam mencari informasi fasilitas kesehatan terutama rumah sakit. Aplikasi ini juga terbukti mampu memberikan informasi keberadaan rumah sakit baik berdasarakan lokasi pengguna ataupun keberadaan rumah sakit itu sendiri. A large number of health facilities, especially those in collaboration with the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS), has made the public assisted, especially in carrying out medical treatment, However, not all people know the exact location and information on the whereabouts of these health facilities. Only health facilities with big names are known to the public. For this reason, in this study, an application development that specifically provides information on health facilities, especially hospitals with BPJS services was carried out. To make it easier to find information, location-based service technology is used in the development process as a search tool. While the application development process using the SCRUM model. The SCRUM model itself is a development model that emphasizes speed in the development process. The results of research that have been done are in the form of a mobile application that is intended for the public in finding information on health facilities, especially hospitals. This application is also proven to be able to provide information on the whereabouts of the hospital either based on the user's location or the existence of the hospital itself.

Abstract

SMK Taman Siswa 2 Palembang sudah memiliki perpustakaan sendiri bertempat di gedung B yang beralamat di KM 12 jalan Serasi 2. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari nya di perpustakaan SMK Taman Siswa 2 Palembang masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu pencatatan buku-buku yang ada di perpustakaan masih di catat di excel dan data tersebut kemudian di simpan di dalam sebuah komputer yang ada di perpustakaan. Dari kondisi ini tentu saja memiliki resiko yang sangat untuk kehilangan data-data buku yang ada di perpustakaan. Kehilangan data tersebut bisa terjadi karena file data yang tersimpan terserang virus atau bias juga datanya hilang dikarenakan hardisk komputer tempat penyimpanan data tersebut rusak (bad sector). Jika hal ini terjadi tentu saja akan sangat merugikan bagi pihak SMK Taman Siswa 2 Palembang khususnya bagi bagian administrasi perpustakaan harus mencatat ulang data-data buku yang ada. Solusi yang memungkinkan untuk mengantisipasi agar permasalahan tersebut tidak terjadi adalah perpustakaan SMK Taman Siswa 2 Palembang harus membangun sistem khusus untuk mengelolah dan menyimpan data buku-buku yang ada di perpustakaan. Sistem yang akan dibangun untuk rekayasa database sistemnya salah satu model yang bisa digunakan adalah metode non relational.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata adalah komponen penting bagi sebuah negara dalam meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Dalam mengelolah sektor pariwisata salah satu faktor penting adalah penyediaan informasi terutama petunjuk perjalanan wisata terutama tujuan wisata dan hal yang terkaitan dengannya. Di Indonesia terutama di Provinsi Sumatra Selatan berbagai upaya telah dilakukan pemerintah dalam menyediakan informasi pariwisata diantaranya melalui iklan, koran dan televisi. Namun penggunaan media tersebut belum cukup efektif yang dibebabkan tidak dapat diakses langsung (real time) oleh wisatawan. Selain itu, media ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam menjangkau wisatawan karena kegiatan pariwisata yang dilakukan wisatawan. Untuk itu didalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang dikhususkan untuk penyediaan informasi wisata yang ada di Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. Proses pengembangan aplikasi mobile yang digunakan adalah Mobile D, dengan tahapan explore, initialize, productionize, stabilize, system test dan fix. Informasi yang tersedia didalam aplikasi ini terdiri dari tujuan wisata dan hal yang terkaitan dengannya. Dengan demikian wisatawan dapat dengan mudah mencari informasi berkaitan dengan tujuan wisata dan yang terkait dengan pariwisata yang ada di Provinsi Sumatra Selatan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian dengan istrumen heuristic evaluation yang mendapatkan nilai rerata 0.2 dan system usability scale mendapatkan nilai rerata 84.75. Nilai pengujian menunjukkan bawah aplikasi mobile yang dihasilkan tidak memiliki masalah usability dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Sesuai kondisi tersebut diharapkan wisatawan dapat dengan mudah dalam mencari informasi tentang parwisata dan hal terkait dengannya melalui perangkat smartphone yang mereka miliki.AbstractThe tourism sector is an important component for a country to increase its income. In managing the tourism sector, an important factor is to provide information on travel guides that include tourism destinations and matters related to travel. In Indonesia, especially in the South Sumatra Province, various efforts have been made to provide information to travelers, such as through advertising, pamphlets, newspapers, and television. However, these media are not effective because travelers cannot access them in real-time. Besides, these media have limitations in reaching tourists due to tourism activities. For this reason, in the research presented in this paper, the development of the mobile application as a tourism information media in the South Sumatra Province was carried out. The process of developing a mobile application used is Mobile D, with stages of exploring, initialize, production, stabilize, system test, and fix. The information available in this application consists of tourism destinations and matters related to travel. Therefore, travelers can easily search for a tourism destination and everything related to tourism, especially in South Sumatra Province based on testing results using heuristic evaluation that got average score 0.2 and using system usability scale that got average score 84.75. From the testing result of mobile application, the mobile application does not have usability problems and can be accepted by the user. According to these conditions, travelers are expected to easily find information about tourism and related matters through their smartphone devices.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are part of the internal learning process of schools as an effort to channel talent as a driver of fulfillment and student development. Among the extracurricular activities at school are (1) scouts, (2) Paskibraka, (3) Red Cross, (4) School security forces, (5) Nature lovers, (6) School health, (7) Scientific Youth, (7) 8) Sports, and (9) Arts. The choice of extracurricular interests is an important factor for students. The right choice will have an impact on improving the ability and skills of students themselves. For this reason, in this study the SMART method was implemented that could assist students in selecting extracurricular activities that they would like to do. The implementation of the SMART method is carried out by means of or through decision support information systems. The decision support information system development is using the waterfall method which has five stages, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment. The results of the development show that the resulting information system can run the SMART method correctly starting from charging the value of interest, weighting, utility, and gritting. These conditions can also be seen from the results of tests that show all components can be accepted or functionaly.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to design and implement a small medium industry database for the Palembang City Government. The database needs of small and medium industries due to the unavailability of data quickly and accurately when it requires information by the Department of Industry in policy making. The design and implementation of the IKM database has stages carried out starting from the needs analysis, database formation, information modeling, dashboard manufacturing, to testing. The resulting dashboard can provide data in the form of graphs and tables relating to small and medium industries either through the criteria of the region or type of industry. The layout and presentation of the data has been validated using a heuristic evaluation approach involving three experts. The validation results show that all experts agree that the results of the design and implementation of small medium industry databases do not have usability problems as evidenced by the results of the average expert testing giving a value of 0.Keywords—Database, heuristic evaluation, industry, IKM

Abstract

One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.

Abstract

Bina Darma University is one of the higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province. Bina Darma University has made a real contribution in the world of Education, especially in the South Sumatra Province. To ensure the smooth running of the academic routine, Bina Darma University has a special directorate, namely The Directorate of Systems and Information Technology (DSTI). The directorate's main task is to ensure the availability of IT services to support academic activities. One of the services currently available is a mobile-based academic information system (UBD on your hand). Where this service is a development service from an existing web-based academic information system. But to ensure that the service remains well-established, it is necessary to know how the user's perspective on an IT service such as the UBD application on your hand. To find out how far the user is using usability techniques using the system usability scale approach as a measurement tool. The measurement results obtained an average value of 87.2 indicating that the mobile-based academic information system (UBD on your hand) was viewed from an adjective rating including excellence category, seen from the grade scale including group B, and in terms of acceptability including acceptable groups. Thus, the category can be accepted by the user and feasible to use without repairs.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan undang-undang berkaitan dengan kesehatan yaitu undang-undang nomor 36 tahun 2009 menyatakan dengan jelas yaitu anggaran untuk kesehatan merupakan 5% dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBN). Untuk itu perhatian dan kepedulian pemerintah menjadi sangan penting untuk dilakukan baik pemerintah tingkat nasional, provinsi, kabupaten, kecamatan atau bahkan pemeritnah tingkat kelurahan. Salah satu sektor yang patut diperhatikan yaitu sektor pencegahan berkaitan dengan penyakit malaria. Namun untuk melakukan pencegahan tersebut membutuhkan data yang valid serta aktual. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi geografis penderita malaria sebagai salah satu cara dalam penyajian informasi untuk penanggulangan oleh pemerintah. Dalam proses pengembangan sistem informasi geografis digunakan waterfall seabgai metode pengembangan dengan tahapan communication, planning, modeling, construction, dan deployment. Sistem informasi geografis yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur yang dapat menyajikan data pendertia malaria dengan atribut nama, jenis Malaria, RT, alamat, telepon dan lama menderita malaria dan telah dilakukan pengujian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan semua komponen dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Kata kunci: SIG, Penderita Malaria, Waterfall Abstract By the law relating to health, namely law number 36 of 2009 states clearly that the budget for health constitutes 5% of the state budget (APBN). For this reason, the attention and concern of the government become very important to be carried out either at the national, provincial, district, sub-district, or even village level government. One sector that needs attention is the prevention sector related to malaria. But to do this, prevention requires valid and actual data. For this reason, in this research, the development of a geographic information system for malaria sufferers was carried out as a way of presenting information for countermeasures by the government. In the process of developing a geographic information system, a waterfall used as a method of development with stages of communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. The resulting geographic information system has a feature that can present supplementary malaria data with the attribute name, type of malaria, RT, address, telephone, and duration of disease and has tested. Abstract

Based on the 1945 Law, article 31 paragraph one states that every citizen has the right to be taught. So that every educational institution is obliged to provide services under any conditions, including in emergencies such as Covid-19. One solution to overcome this problem is to develop all learning media such as e-learning. With the existence of learning media through e-learning, it is hoped that the learning process will continue to run normally. The problem as mentioned certainly occurs in MTs. Negeri Bumiayu is one of the schools in Musi Banyuasin Regency. To achieve the goal to overcome these problems, namely developing e-learning using the Codeigniter framework and Prototyope model. The results of the development show that the e-learning produced has features that can overcome the learning process well as evidenced by e-learning features such as materials and tasks in the learning process.

Abstract

Internet users in Indonesia always increase every year. The highest increase occurred in smartphone internet users. The increase was due to a shift in the provision of software from desktop and web to mobile based. Based on these conditions it is necessary to know the process of providing mobile applications to suit users. Provision of mobile applications cannot be separated from the process of software development, especially the development of mobile software. For this reason, in this study a discussion on mobile software development methods consisting of wireless development, mobile application development lifecycle models (MADLC) and mobile development (Mobile-D) was discussed. the three methods of developing mobile wireless development software have the longest working phase, which is eight phases, while the mobile application development lifecycle model (MADLC) has seven phases and mobile development (Mobile-D) has five phases. The choice of mobile software development methods is an important factor in the development process. Pengguna internet di Indonesia setiap tahunya selalu meningkat. Peningkatan yang paling tinggi terjadi pada pengguna internet smartphone. Peningkatan tersebut disebabkan adanya pergeseran penyediaan perangkat lunak dari desktop dan web ke berbasis mobile. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut perlu untuk diketahui proses penyediaan aplikasi mobile agar sesuai dengan pengguna. Penyediaan aplikasi mobile tidak terlepas dari proses pegnembangan perangkat lunak terutama pengembangan perangkat lunak mobile. Untuk itu didalam kajian ini dilakukan pembahasan metode pengambangan perangkat lunak mobile yang terdiri dari wireless development, mobile application development lifecycle model (MADLC) dan mobile development (Mobile-D). Dari ketiga metode pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis mobile wireless development memili fase pengerjaan paling Panjang yaitu delapan fase, sedangkan mobile application development lifecycle model (MADLC) memiliki tujuh fase dan mobile development (Mobile-D) memiliki lima fase. Pemilihan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak mobile menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pengembangan.
