Abstract

PT. Dua Berlian merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang fast moving consumer goods. Sistem penilaian kinerja yang diterapkan belum tersistem dengan baik karena masih menggunakan Microsoft excel, sehingga menyulitkan admin sales terkait dengan peng-input-an pencapaian dan target salesman. Permintaan approval laporan penilaian kinerja masih memerlukan waktu yang lama disebabkan salesman yang dinilai jarang berada di perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem pendukung keputusanyang digunakan untuk melakukan proses penilaian kinerja salesman di PT. Dua Berlian. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL versi 10.1.13 MariaDB sebagai basis data. Metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan yaitu metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai bobot dari setiap kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengujian fungsional dengan metode blackboxtesting. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi (SPMI) adalah menjamin pemenuhan Standar Pendidikan Tinggi secara sistemik dan berkelanjutan, sehingga budaya mutu akan terus bertumbuh dan berkembang. Untuk memantau aktifitas jaminan mutu perguruan tinggi secara cepat dan tepat, maka harus memiliki sistem dokumentasi elektronik. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) merupakan framework sistem manajemen dokumen yang semakin spesifik untuk mengatur dan menyimpan dokumen atau laporan terkomputerisasi. Sistem dokumentasi elektronik ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Aplication Development (RAD). Hasilnya terbentuk model EDMS untuk SPMI, sistem manajemen pengguna dan rancangan sistem berupa fitur-fitur yang akan diterapkan pada sistem dokumentasi elektronik SPMI.

Abstract

Referring to Permenristekdikti No 62 of 2016, that every university must have an Internal Quality Assurance Standard (SPMI) policy and the implementation of an autonomous (independent) Internal Quality Assurance System. The quality of education with the process of building the culture required by higher education institutions, either through consistent implementation of the document, requires a standard on the guidelines for managing SPMI documents. This study aims to design a Higher Education Internal Quality Audit system using the Design Thinking method in computer science at Esa Unggul University. So that the results of this study can make a concrete contribution to information technology to assist the implementation of SPMI Internal Quality Audits which are carried out regularly. systemically and sustainably through PPEPP Standards of Higher Education.

Abstract

An expert system which is part of artificial intelligence is a computer system that is able to imitate the reasoning of an expert with certain expertise. An expert system in the form of software can replace the role of an expert (human) in the decision-making process based on the symptoms given to a certain level of certainty. This study raises the problem that many women experience, namely not understanding that they have uterine myomas. Many women do not understand and are not aware that there are already symptoms that are felt and these symptoms are symptoms of the presence of uterine myomas in their bodies. Therefore, it is necessary for women to be able to diagnose independently so that they can take treatment as quickly as possible. In this study, the expert will first provide the expert CF values. Then the user / respondent gives an assessment of his condition with the CF User values. In the end, the values obtained from these two factors will be processed using the certainty factor formula. Users must provide answers to all questions given by the system in accordance with their current conditions. After all the conditions asked are answered, the system will display the results to identify that the user is suffering from uterine myoma disease or not. The Expert System with the certainty factor method was tested with a patient who entered the symptoms experienced and got the percentage of confidence in uterine myomas/fibroids of 98.70%. These results indicate that an expert system with the certainty factor method can be used to assist in diagnosing uterine myomas as early as possible.

Abstract

The Indonesian Ombudsman is a State Institution tasked with overseeing public services based on Law Number 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this task, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia performs services in the form of receiving reports / complaints from the public regarding public services performed by service providers that must be resolved quickly and efficiently. To achieve this goal, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia must have an integrated Information System that can record and complete the report completion process. Taking into account the magnitude and complexity of the work in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, the Management Information System for Completion of this Report must be well planned and based on the data needed by each user. The Architecture of the Management Report Management Information System Completion of the Community Report was built using the enterprise architecture planning model approach, especially the TOGAF ADM method with the hope that the SIMPeL v3.0 blueprint can be the basis for the development of the Report Settlement Management Information System (SIMPeL v3.0) in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, today the phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 is born which collaborates with cyber technology and automation technology. With the revolution, the property industry is one of the industries that implemented this revolution, especially in housing in big cities. Discussing the application of 4.0 in the property industry which is still limited to big cities, it is known that houses in rural areas are still not experiencing the 4.0 industrial revolution. Research and application of 4.0 in rural houses is carried out by developing and implementing applications aimed at monitoring homes, Android-based applications and named Singkil, with the React Native programming language that implements IoT technology, which is one form of application of technology 4.0 . This research and application concludes that, the application of the Singkil application to homes can help homeowners in monitoring and controlling the situation of the house.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. UMKM juga merupakan salah satu penyokong perekonomian di Indonesia khususnya pada masyarakat golongan bawah dan menengah. UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan dan pengangguran, karena UMKM dapat menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga pengangguran akibat tidak terserapnya angkatan kerja dalam dunia kerja menjadi berkurang. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi melanda seluruh dunia, secara global, termasuk Indonesia, tentu saja berdampak terhadap berbagai sektor terutama di sektor ekonomi. Himbauan untuk mencegah mata rantai penyebaran virus ini mengharuskan masyarakat untuk berdiam diri di rumah dan mengurangi kegiatan di luar rumah. Semua sendi kehidupan terpengaruhi dan dipaksa untuk mengubah pola hidup, pola kerja, pola berpikir dan pola-pola lain yang dijalankan manusia. Dampak negatif akibat pandemi COVID-19 ini telah menghambat pertumbuhan UMKM. Indonesia yang didominasi oleh UMKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional terdampak oleh adanya pandemi COVID-19, bukan hanya pada aspek produksi dan pendapatan saja namun juga pada jumlah tenaga kerja yang harus dikurangi dan lain-lain. UMKM kurang memiliki ketahanan dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 ini dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti tingkat digitalisasi yang masih rendah, kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang strategi bertahan dalam bisnis.

Abstract

Community Service Activities carried out at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Insan Rabbani in the Bekasi area, aimed at providing training in the learning method of the Kahoot educational game method which can be used as an alternative online learning media by taking advantage of opportunities to play games that can support the improvement of educational services. to teachers and students so that they can motivate teaching and learning activities and can support educational services at SDIT Insan Rabbani to be more fun and be able to evaluate the results of learning activities through giving assignments or quizzes and displaying answers to grades for each student and ranking the best three in each assignments or quizzes given so that with the Kahoot application learning objectives are achieved for each subject, especially during the current covid 19 pandemic. In this training, the method used is the online training method using the zoom application by providing exposure related to the Kahoot application and direct practice on the Kahoot application. So that it is hoped that through this training, it is hoped that the ability to achieve an even understanding and mastery of the teacher council supports learning using the Kahoot application as an alternative learning method to create a more interesting, fun and effective learning process. Abstract

Gamification applications for online learning are something that needs to be socialized at this time, especially during the pandemic to improve the learning process. SDIT Insan Rabbani / Integrated Islamic School (SIT) Insan Rabbani is an Islamic educational institution that is oriented towards character building for its students. To improve the online learning process in this pandemic era, the school wants to use the concept of gamification in the online learning process. Besides that, teachers also want ways to build school learning content that can increase student engagement for online learning, especially during the current pandemic. So the abdimas team provided a solution by offering counseling on the use of gamification using a wordwall. Wordwall was chosen so that teachers can easily understand the concept of gamification and create various quiz/evaluation templates that are owned by wordwall. The expected target is for teachers to understand concepts and use gamification to increase student involvement in the online learning process.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is an assessment carried out on the main task activities as a teacher. The aim is to assess the performance of teachers in applying all competencies in the learning process, guidance to educational units and as a basis for planning continuous professional development for teachers. At SMK Informatika Bina Generasi, performance assessments were carried out on several teachers with the process of processing teacher performance appraisal data still semi-structured so it took time, tended to input data repeatedly and errors in data input, inefficient data storage resulted in a longer data search process. and the ongoing assessment has not supported decision-making on teacher performance assessments so that the school has difficulty determining achievement and evaluating teacher performance as a whole. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting literature studies, reviewing documents and interviews in determining teacher performance assessment instruments. The results obtained are a teacher performance appraisal system with an electronic-based rating scale method to assist schools and assessors in assessing teacher performance and obtaining teacher performance appraisal information more quickly, effectively and efficiently. In addition, this electronic-based teacher performance appraisal system is also equipped with the ability to rank all teacher performance using the weighted product method so that the best teacher performance is obtained.
