Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the proportion of mistakes made by students while solving comparative and social arithmetic problems. This study falls under the category of qualitative descriptive research. Twenty-six students from class VII.6 were used as study participants. Data were gathered via interviews and administering exams. The analytical framework was derived from Polya's classification of errors. The findings of this research show that type of mistake. According to this research, mistakes in evaluating responses (fourth phase) are more prevalent than other types of errors. The fourth phase received a score of 43,8%, whereas the first phase received a score of 34,9%, the second phase received a score of 35,4%, and the third phase received a score of 36,5%. The mistakes in the first and second phases are indicative of fundamental and conceptual problems. The third level demonstrates mistakes in the processes and algorithms, followed by faults in confirming the solutions. The consequence of this study is the identification of pictures of mistakes made while answering comparison questions and social arithmetic, allowing for the development of more effective learning methods for future learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make LKPD based on TPS cooperative model in order to increase student mathematics learning activities. This study applies the plomp development model with data collection techniques in the form of observation guides, questionnaires, and tests. The subjects are students in class IX from MAN 1 Makassar. From the development activities, the results stated that was made could increase the learning activities of students which were strengthened by the fulfillment of 5 points from 6 predetermined ideal criteria, and the fulfillment of points 3-6 which were the essence of learning. This LKPD has also fulfilled the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a product made, namely the acquisition of the validity category is very valid, the practicality category is positive, and the effectiveness category is very positive.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to develop conceptual-conflict-based learning device in mathematical problem solving on the subject of equations in three variables systems in the class X at MIA MAN 1 Makassar which was valid, practical and effective. The type of this study was research and development which consisted of: Lesson Plans, Student Book, Student Worksheet, and Learning Outcomes Test. The developmental model used was 4D model which consisted of difining, designing, developing and disseminating. The result of this study obtained that learning device was valid criteria based on the assessment from two validators. While the result of the limited trial showed the learning device was practical, but there were still several suggestions from observers that need to be considered to improve the practicality of the device. It was also effective which was proved by the completeness of learning outcomes that has been achieved, students’ activity was as expected, the ability of teachers to manage the learning was in a high category and the students’ responses was in a positive category.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis konflik konseptual dalam pemecahan masalah pada pokok bahasan sistem persamaan linear tiga variabel kelas X MIA MAN 1 Makassar yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri atas: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Buku Siswa, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, dan Tes Hasil Belajar. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang terdiri dari tahapan perancangan, pendefinisian, pengembangan dan penyebaran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria valid berdasarkan penilaian oleh dua orang validator. Sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh pada uji coba terbatas, yaitu perangkat pembelajaran sudah praktis, tetapi masih ada beberapa saran pengamat yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kepraktisan perangkat. Perangkat pembelajaran sudah efektif dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar yang telah tercapai, aktivitas siswa sudah sesuai yang diharapkan, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran sudah dalam kategori tinggi dan respon siswa sudah dalam kategori positif.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran JiMat menggunakan articulate storyline kelas VIII disalah satu smp di Jeneponto yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi dan angket respon guru. Hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran JiMat menggunakan articulate storyline valid dan praktis serta memenuhi kriteria minimum yang ditetapkan. Sehingga media JiMat dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to investigates the effect of Mathematical self-efficacy on the students’ learning outcomes of Teaching Practice Placement (PPL). This research used ex-post-facto with simple paradigm design. The population were 80 students’ Department of Mathematics Education. Sampling technique used was saturated sample so that all the members of the population selected. The instruments used were questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The findings indicate that the average of the students' self-efficacy is 95.66 which is categorized as ‘fair’, the students’ learning outcomes of teaching practice placement is 3.87 which is categorized as ‘A’, and the regression gained through regression testwas Y = 2.359 + 0.016X. Thus, there is significant effect of self-efficacy on the students’ learning outcomes of Teaching Practice Placement.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek self-efficacy matematika pada hasil belajar mahasiswa dari Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan ex-post-facto dengan desain paradigma sederhana. Populasi terdiri dari 80 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi dipilih. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata self-efficacy siswa adalah 95.66 dengan kategori 'sedang', hasil belajar siswa dari penempatan praktik mengajar adalah 3.87 dengan kategori 'A', dan persamaan regresi diperoleh melalui uji regresi, yaitu Y = 2.359 + 0.016X. Dengan demikian, ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa dari Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar yang menggunakan model reciprocal teaching  yang melakukan  field trip dengan hasil belajar yang menggunakan model reciprocal teaching yang tidak melakukan field trip dalam pembelajaran Fisika peserta didik SMAN 2 Binamu Jeneponto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berdesain eksperimen. Sampel terpilih melalui Convenience sampling yang terpilih XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 2 menjadi kelas control. Instrumen yang berupa LKPD dan tes. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil thitung = 0,1045 dan ttabel = 2,0211 dengan α = 0.05 dan dk = 25+25 -2 = 48. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung(0,1045) ≤ ttabel(2,0211) . Jadi H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya tidak ada perbedaan hasil belajar fisika antara yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dengan  dan tanpa melakukan filedtrip pada kelas XI IPA SMAN 2 Binamu Jeneponto.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan maksud mengembangkan modul geometri analitik bidang dan ruang materi konikoida berdasarkan Teori Van Hiele yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri atas empat fase, yaitu: fase investigasi awal, fase desain, fase realisasi, dan fase tes, evaluasi, dan revisi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, angket respon mahasiswa, angket respon dosen, lembar observasi aktivitas mahasiswa, lembar observasi kemampuan dosen mengelola pembelajaran, dan tes pemahaman konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan modul yang dihasilkan valid, praktis dan efektif, dengan rata-rata kevalidan untuk bahan ajar dan semua instrumen penelitian adalah 4,5. Praktis, dengan rata-rata lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 1,56, rata-rata persentase angket respon mahasiswa 82,68 dengan kategori positif dan rata-rata persentase angket respon dosen adalah 86,94. Efektif, rata-rata persentase aktivitas mahasiswa adalah 80,125, rata-rata persentase kemampuan dosen mengelola pembelajaran adalah 4,00, dan persentase ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa adalah 75%. AbstractThis research form development that refers to development geometrical module analytics field and matter conicoid materials based on Van Hiele Theories which is valid, practical and effective. This research used development of Plomp models that consists of four phases : Investigation phase, design phase, realization phase, and test phase, evaluation and revision. Instrument that used are paper of validation, paper of observation characteristic of learning, questionnaire response of students, questionnaire response of lecture, observation papers activity of students, observation papers the ability of lecture to manage the subject and comprehension test of the concept, result of research show module that valid. Practically and effective. Dengan rata-rata  the validation to substance of teaching and all the instrument of research is 4,5 practically. With range observation of papers the characteristic of learning 1,56, range of questionnaire presentation of students response 82,68 for the positive of category and range questionnaire presentation of lecture response is 86,94. Effective, range presentation activity of students is 80,125, range the ability the presentation of lecture to manage the subject is 4,00, and completeness presentation student learning is 75%.

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 mengubah drastis sistem dan kegiatan pembelajaran di Indonesia. Kegiatan belajar yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka beralih menjadi online (daring) melalui bantuan berbagai aplikasi mulai dari yang paling familiar yaitu WhatsApp sampai aplikasi yang baru bagi kalangan pelajar seperti zoom, gmeet, dan classroom. Perubahan yang tiba-tiba ini tentunya tetap harus dipantau dan ditelaah kemajuan dan keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif yang hasilnya dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Maksud dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mengeksplore sejauh mana keefektifan dari WhatsApp sebagai media dalam pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada para peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Manongkoki dengan sampel penelitian yang dipilih adalah kelas VIII 3. Jumlah sampel penelitian ialah 32 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi serta wawancara, kemudian teknik analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa pemanfaatan WhatsApp untuk pembelajaran daring belum efektif karena adanya beberapa kendala baik dari pihak pendidik maupun peserta didik seperti tidak stabilnya sinyal, pasifnya instruksi guru, hingga kesibukan orang tua untuk bisa mengontrol anaknya. Oleh sebab itu perlu evaluasi kembali terhadap pendidik dalam hal merencanakan rangkaian pembelajaran online.AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the learning system and activities in Indonesia. Learning activities that are usually carried out face-to-face have turned online through the help of various applications, ranging from the most familiar like WhatsApp to applications that are new to students such as zoom, gmeet, and classroom. This research is a qualitative study, the results of which are described descriptively. The purpose of carrying out this research is to explore the extent to which the effectiveness of WhatsApp as a medium in online learning. This research was aimed at students of class VIII at MTs Manongkoki with the research sample chosen was class VIII 3. The number of research samples was 32 people. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The results reveal that the use of WhatsApp for online learning has not been effective due to several obstacles, both on the part of educators and students such as unstable signals, passive teacher instructions, and busy parents to be able to control their children. It is necessary to re-evaluate educators in term of planning online learning series.

Abstract

 The paradigm of online learning is an alternative at every level of education today. This study aims to describe students' math learning outcomes through online learning. The study involving all 1st graders of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madani Alauddin as many as 47 people used observation sheet instruments and documentation of learning results and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study showed that the average math learning outcomes of students are in the excellent category through online learning. Another finding from this study is that there are still 11% of students who need guidance on mathematics learning, so that further research can explore factors that hinder the understanding of student math learning today.

Abstract

This study aims to find out if the application of PBL learning model is effective to students' math learning results, which involved 40 students at SMAN 17 Gowa in Gowa district. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The research instruments used are tests, analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with t-tests. The results of this study showed that there are differences in average math learning outcomes of students who do not use the learning model and who use the PBL model. Implementation of PBL learning model effectively on students' math learning outcomes.
