Abstract

Dayah sustainably transmits religious, intellectual, and spiritual traditions (Islamic Boarding Schools). Several Dayah Salafiyah in Langsa City, for example, are also involved in implementing and developing strategies for the cultivation of such religious cultures. To conduct a deeper examination, this phenomenological study examined the involvement, implementation, and strategies used in those Dayahs. Observations were used to collect data. Meanwhile, the data were organized using Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis framework. The findings indicated that religious activities based on religious culture at the Dayah Salafiyah in Langsa City were always developed in collaboration with the dayah's leaders, teungku dayah, santri, and community. To begin, the dayah's leader serves as a facilitator, motivator, and mediator in the students' and community's religious activities and a controller of the dayah's activities. Additionally, it is critical to remember that the most fundamental form of salafiyah dayah implementation promotes good behaviour. To ensure that the religious culture development program is carried out as planned, salafiyah education incorporates religious culture into all aspects of its operations. This strategy for religious culture development is carried out by establishing policies, habituation, and student awareness, exemplary behaviour, discipline, and civilization. The dayah's leaders have absolute authority to monitor and evaluate all efforts made by teachers and students to foster a strong religious culture in the school.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sebuah program yang terencana dan tersistem dengan baik. Program yang melibatkan sejumlah komponen yang bekerjasama dalam sebuah proses untuk mencapai tujuan yang diprogramkan. Berpikir untuk mencari dan melihat segala sesuatu memiliki pola keteraturan dan bekerja sebagai sebuah sistem. Rencana strategis sangat penting sehingga harus dirancang sendiri oleh masing-masing organisasi dengan memperhitungkan kondisi nyata dan sumber daya yang dimiliki, untuk menjadi landasan dan pedoman kerja bagi setiap pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah dengan studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan merupakan penelitian yang menjadikan data-data kepustakaan sebagai teori untuk dikaji dan ditelaah dalam memperoleh hipotesis atau konsepsi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang objektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan Masa anak usia murahiqah merupakan sebuah periode dalam kehidupan manusia yang batasan usia seringkali tidak terlalu jelas dalam pertumbuhan fisiknya. Masa murahiqah ini sering dianggap sebagai masa peralihan, anak yang meranjak usia murahiqah tidak mau lagi diperlakukan sebagai anak-anak, tetapi dilihat dari pertumbuhan fisiknya ia belum dapat dikatakan orang dewasa. Anak usia murahiqah perlu dijaga dan dilindungi dalam masa pertumbuhan dengan cara membimbing agar anak usia murahiqah terjaga terhadap nilai-nilai negatif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore information related to the implementation of self-reliance character education through the creation of a school climate in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Dayah Darul Huda, Langsa City. Through this research, it is hoped that various policies and strategies carried out by Madrasah Tsanawiyah will be found in an effort to internalize the values of the character of independence through the creation of a school climate.This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the method triangulation technique. The analytical technique used in this research is inductive analysis technique, which is an analysis that starts from the data and leads to general conclusions. The steps of data analysis include: data reduction, unitization and categorization, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings in the study show the following results: first, that in the context of implementing self-reliance character education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City has a policy to build independence in students (santri) both independence in terms of learning, self-regulation independence, independence in managing time while students are in the Madrasah environment. Second, in an effort to implement independence character education in the learning process the teacher uses the following strategies: 1) assignments that require students to independently utilize existing learning resources in the dayah and madrasah environment, 2) make learning contracts, and 3) integrate independence character education in the learning process. teaching and learning in the classroom. Third, related to the obstacles experienced by madrasas in implementing independence character education, namely the lack of consistency of parents, and the presence of several teachers who have not integrated independence character education in the learning process.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sangat menentukan keberhasilan suatu sekolah, seorang tenaga fungsional guru yang diberi tugas untuk memimpin suatu sekolah dimana diselenggarakannya  proses  belajar  mengajar,  atau  tempat  dimana  terjadi interaksi  antara  guru  yang  memberi  pelajaran  dan  murid  yang  menerima pelajaran, Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa, kepala sekolah menuntut agar guru lebih dapat melakukan penelitian dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, mengembangkan diri, membuat artikel, dan membuat karya ilmiah sebagai salah satu pelaksanaan dalam kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa, Besarnya kontribusi motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa, Besarnya kontribusi kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian, maka dapat diambil simpulan adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa. Besar kontribusi 10,3%., Motivasi kepala sekolah memiliki kontribusi yang signifik.an terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa. Besar Kontribusi 45,3 dan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Kota Langsa. Besar Kontribusi 26,3%.

Abstract

The article scrutinised the nature of primary school atmosphere association to improve students' personalities in Kota Langsa. Kota Langsa has a mixed community background and is located on the eastern coast of Aceh province, which ratifies to perform Islamic Sharia area. The study informants were the people who shared daily interactions with the students, particularly in education performances and religious practices, i.e., the school teachers, parents, village prominent, and religious figures. The article employed a constant comparative method, which examined the conceptual finding of equivalences atmosphere associations. It grounded a theory to explain the phenomena of the nature and nurture of the Islamic primary school environment, when the parents' educational goals, teachers' objectives, and local figures' wisdom meet with the early process of students in their school days. The article proposed the result that confirmed the link between school atmosphere and students' personality development. Finally, the result confirmed the research objective, which described the socio-economic, facility, local figures, and teachers are the main elements to mediate developing students' personalities in Islamic primary school.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a guide to human life from various aspects ranging from social, economic, worship, education and so forth. There are many in the Qur'an about stories in the process of learning about the prophet such as the story of the prophet Moses meeting with the prophet khaidir, the story of the prophet isa, the story of the yahya prophet, the story of Abraham and the judge Lukmanul enshrined in the Qur'an ' about educating their children to be children who always remember Allah and always remind them not to associate partners with God and order their children to always do good deeds, uphold the truth and be good learners and have good morality. Students are an important component in the process of Islamic education. Students suggest people who participate in the education process.

Abstract

The history of Islamic education is in essence very closely related to the history of Islam. The period of Islamic education is always in the period of Islamic history itself. Islamic education at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW was a period of fostering Islamic education by cultivating Islamic education in everyday life in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an. education in the period of the Umayyads had evolved when viewed from the aspect of its teaching, even though the system was still the same as in the time of the Prophet and the khulafaurrasyidin.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the learning objectives of the Kitab Kuning (Books in Arabic Script used in Pesantren/Dayah) for the beginners of Santri Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City, to find out the responses of students in learning the Kitab Kuning for Santri beginners Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City, and to find out implementation of the method of learning the Kitab Kuning for Santri Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City. This article's research method is a descriptive qualitative research method that produces data in the form of written and oral words of the subject under study. This article results are: The purpose of learning the Kitab Kuning in Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City is to improve students' quality in understanding and reading the Kitab Kuning well. The students' response is outstanding in learning the Kitab Kuning as a lesson that students must follow and must be passed according to the minimum standard of a grade determined by the curriculum and teaching of Dayah. The dominant methods used by teachers are the sorogan and bandongan method. The research implication is how students can read the Kitab Kuning correctly and adequately to achieve the learning objectives according to the institution's wishes.

Abstract

Perubahan dan perkembangan dalam dunia pendidika n merupakan untuk wadah berfikir untuk mengenai kelemahan, kekurangan, peluang, tantangan dan potensi dari suatu pendidikan serta adanya tradisi sosial yang berkembang dalam masyarakat. Dinamika pendidikan dayah modern dan tradisional terkesan ada jurang pemisah yang cukup jauh, sebab adanya nilai -nilai yang sangat berbeda dalam bentuk fondasi yang telah dibangun, namun pada hakekatnya pen didikan dayah tradisional dan modern memiliki keterk aitan yang cukup erat dalam konteks dinamika pendidikan itu sendiri .
