Abstract

ABSTRACT Lesson plans play an essential role in supporting the effectiveness of learning. During this time, the lecturer prepares the lesson plan in advance of the implementation of learning without considering the aspirations of students. This paper wants to reveal the process of developing lesson plans based on the needs and desires of students to achieve specific learning goals. The research method used is Research and Development (RD) with the ADDIE model design. The results showed: (1) Student aspirations and learning objectives must be considered factors in compiling learning content and strategies. (2) The learning plan in the Physics of Natural Resources course is prepared based on student needs related to the agreed project. (3) Learning plans can be changed and modified during learning as needed. (4) Students' perceptions regarding participatory learning plans are very positive. This research concludes that a participatory lesson plan is very suitable to be applied for elective courses. Kata kunci : Elective Courses, Lesson Plans, Natural Resources, Project Based Learning

Abstract

This research aims to provide a basis, reference, and insights into teachers' readiness in considering the implementation of two different curricula, namely the Merdeka Curriculum (KM) and the 2013 Curriculum (K13), while also describing teachers' perceptions of both curricula. This article serves as a valuable source of information for teachers by offering a comprehensive view and information regarding curriculum implementation. The method used in writing this article involves qualitative and descriptive literature studies. Data were obtained through literature reviews and observations, supplemented by structured interviews with several teachers from elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in Rokan Hulu Regency selected purposively. Upon reevaluation, it was found that more teachers in Rokan Hulu tend to support the Merdeka Curriculum based on the existing KM system. However, it was also found that in Rokan Hulu, using the K-13 Curriculum is more efficient, considering teacher competencies and the availability of adequate school facilities, which only partially support the seamless implementation of the KM. As stated, "If you want to implement KM, infrastructure and support must be available, and what exists should be developed without hesitation," it becomes clear that the Merdeka Curriculum, alongside its demands on teachers at all school levels in Rokan Hulu, faces practical implementation challenges and inadequate infrastructure. Therefore, the author recommends to education stakeholders a gradual and comprehensive infrastructure improvement plan to ensure the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This article aims to provide insight into epistemology for how to construct new knowledge based on the views of realism and anti-realism in one of the modern physical theories of dualism of light. This article presents views on the theory of dualism of light starting from the epistemology of light, light as a wave, light as a particle and light dualism. The method used in this study is a critical literature review, which is a type of critical review to analyze and evaluate many sources on the topic of modern physics, especially dualism of light and its epistemological philosophy to construct knowledge of dualism of light, a comparison of realism versus antirealism about the dualism of light. The result is that in constructing new knowledge, the view of anti-realism does not necessarily fall away and produces a new view of realism. It can be seen from the dualism of light, in constructing knowledge, the anti-realist view with its theory (classical physics) is not necessarily wrong and fails when there is a new theory from the view of realism (modern physics). even from this case, philosophically the theory that is formed from the views or facts of empirical results forms new facts and the theory applies the power of theory as a bridge.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the trend data of research related to learning media. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Network Analysis (SLNA) method. The data for this study consists of research articles on learning media without any time limitations. Articles were collected from the Scopus database, which includes IEEE, Springer, and the search application Publish or Perish (PoP). In the search engine, articles on learning media were first found in 2002, and a total of 1708 articles were retrieved. After filtering by title, 120 articles were obtained, and based on the keywords from these articles, 80 eligible articles were identified for analysis. The analysis results show that the number of studies and research citations fluctuate. Topics frequently discussed in the context of learning media include skills, approaches, and the latest on interactive multimedia. For further research directions, it can be associated with the use of interactive multimedia in explaining science learning that uses a phenomenon-based learning model. This is because science learning can explain phenomena that occur in everyday life
