Abstract

Learning physics is still traditional in the reality. It tends to be centered in Teachers. They only transfer knowledge without knowing the learners already understand the concept yet or not. The average achievement understanding of physics concept results is still low. Rapidly evolving technology is still rarely used by teachers. Though, this could be one of the alternatives to make learning more interesting and memorable. Connecting the local knowledge in the area of learners, can make students more familiar with the natural resources in the region and can be introduced to the outside world. Given these problems, the need for integration between models, evaluation and learning media STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) based on local wisdom. The methods used was a Quasi-Experiment with the design of the study "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design". Observations indicate an increased understanding of the student concept after learning applied STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) based on local wisdom with medium category in gain normalization. By learning this concept, students could be aware of local wisdom "Batu Kuwung" and understand how to get advantage from it. The results of the study will continue to be developed in the courses in the Department of Physical Education University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa.Pembelajaran fisika yang terjadi di lapangan masih minim inovasi. Pembelajaran cenderung berpusat pada pendidik. Pendidik hanya mentransfer pengetahuannya saja tanpa memikirkan apakah peserta didik sudah memahami konsep yang disampaikan atau belum. Rata-rata capaian hasil pemahaman konsep Fisika masih rendah. Teknologi yang berkembang pesat saat ini masih jarang dimanfaatkan oleh para pendidik. Padahal ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan berkesan. Dengan mengaitkan kearifan lokal yang ada di daerah peserta didik, dapat membuat peserta didik lebih mengenal kekayaan alam di daerahnya dan dapat diperkenalkan baik skala nasional maupun intrnasional. Dengan adanya permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu adanya integrasi anatara model, evaluasi dan media pembelajaran STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa setelah diterapkan pembelajaran STEM-A (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Animation) berbasis kearifan lokal. Dengan kategori sedang pada gain dinormalisasinya. Dari pembelajaran ini mahasiswa menjadi mengetahui kearifan lokal batu kuwung dan cara memanfaatkannya. Hasil penelitian akan terus dikembangkan pada mata kuliah-mata kuliah lain di jurusan Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Sultan Ageng tirtayasa.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain the characteristics of media physics game learning on the concept of substance change and to determine the feasibility of media physics game learning developed in the concept of substance change. The research method used consisted of five steps namely needs analysis, learning design, media development, product evaluation and product production. with research and development research design. The results show that media physics learning games on each display are equipped with navigation buttons, particle images and instructions. The average score of media expert validation score is 96% with very feasible category, the average score for material expert validation is 98% with very feasible categories and the results of the average student response are 86% with very good categories. Thus it can be concluded that the physics characteristics of learning games is a simulation in the form of a simple game that displays the process of changing matter visually and microscopically. Media physics game learning is worthy of being an alternative medium in learning in the classroom

Abstract

Virtual Laboratory are frequently measured effective learning tools, meanwhile their visual and concept power empower students to better known physical structures and phenomena. However, in previous research has not been much developed Virtual Physics Laboratory that is used to measure the character education of students. This research aims to Influences and apply Virtual Physics Laboratory (VPL) for assessment millennial character education with System Recording Students Character (SRSC). The study focused on the VPL Conceptual Change of Character Education test results. The sample consisted of 60 students’ whose age ranging from 20 to 21 years old with research design Randomized post-test only experiment group. Data to draw conclusions of research results, collected through the provision of concept tests. Conceptual Change data of Character Education that will be obtained from both groups are searched for the average Gain. Specific targets to be achieved in this research are innovations in the development of assessment tools that are valid and easy to use and can be done with Virtual Physics Laboratory for assessment millennial character education with System Recording Students Character can be done anytime and not limited by time. The result of the research showed that the N-gain mastery of the experimental group concept was 0,33 (32,6%) The conclusions of VPL with SRSC research can be used in the evaluation of physics learning because of the quality of the material according to expert judgment in the category of "excellent" and effective in facilitating assessment to character education of students.

Abstract

The aims of this research to design Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) from now on referred to as Virtual Microscopic Simulation (VMS) to measure the Level Understanding (LU) of the construction of microscopic phenomena electric-field conceptions. The research method used is a mixed-method using embedded design. The research subjects are high school students, and one of the universities in Banten Province. The results of this study are software with features in the form of MOOCs-VMS that are categorized very well based on expert judgment on aspects of usability and learning content. The average score of media expert validation score is 96% with a very feasible category, the average score for material expert validation is 98% with a very decent category, and the average user response rate is 86% with a very good category. It can be concluded that the design of MOOCs-VMS can be used as an alternative media for conducting distance learning and is significant in building the level of understanding students.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) based on computer technology offers another alternative to an assessment form. In supporting employability skills, the assessment format can be presented in an assessment combined with animation. This study aims to develop a virtual test assessment (ASVITE) based on Interactive Lecture Demonstration ( IL D) to support 21st-century competence of employability skills. This study uses an R&D method with a modification of the 4D development model, consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Product developed in the form of tests ASVITE the objective test with four possible answers animation associated with the optical material. The results of the judgment by experts in physics material obtained 18 valid questions, and based on ICT experts, an average value of 84,17% was collected with the category "Very Eligible" in supporting employability skills. The instrument trial results obtained an average value of 83.4% with the grade "Very Good" based on student responses. ILD-based ASVITE can support employability skills.

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan berkembang, dan bersifat dinamis seiring tuntutan perkembangan ilmu pendidikan yang semakin tinggi. Fisika merupakan salah satu ilmu pengetahuan yang menjadi perhatian bagi guru maupun siswa karena menggunakan rumus. Banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar fisika. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik yaitu menggunakan Smart Orbital (SO). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan SO terhadap hasil belajar fisika sebagai media pembelajaran pokok bahasan kalor, dan perpindahan kalor. SO merupakan media pembelajaran yang cerdas, asyik, dan menyenangkan berbentuk garis perjalanan bintang atau orbit. Penggunaan SO sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan daya ingat, dan pemahaman.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan kelas VIII A sebagai kelompok eksperimen, dan kelas VIII C sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pada kelompok eksperimen pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan SO. Pada kelompok kontrol pembelajaran dilakukan secara konvensional. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi, tes, dan angket.Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang pada kelompok eksperimen. Hal tersebut terlihat pada nilai rata-rata kelas kelompok eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada kelompok kontrol. Selain itu penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan SO mampu meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran fisika. Siswa termotivasi dalam melakukan pembelajaran menggunakan media SO. Tanggapan guru terhadap media pembelajaran menunjukkan hal yang positif. Tanggapan siswa, dan guru terhadap penggunaan SO sebagai media pembelajaran ini sudah baik, menarik, dan positif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran daya tahan retensi siswa pada pokok bahasan asas black dan pemuaian dengan menerapkan pembelajaran SAVIR. Penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana keterlaksanaan pembelajaran SAVIR. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan pemberian posttest sebanyak tiga kali dalam selang waktu antara posttest beberapa hari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa pada kelas X di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Payakumbuh, Sumatera Barat dengan jumlah 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran meningkat pada setiap pertemuan. Diperoleh y= 1,05e-0,01x pada grafik eksponensial daya tahan retensi siswa pada pokok bahasan asas black dan y=e-0,01x. pada pokok bahasan pemuaian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran SAVIR dapat mempertahankan retensi siswa pada pokok bahasan asas black dan pemuaian.
