Abstract

This study aims to determine the motives of health workers who are still carrying out their profession during the COVID-19 pandemic and how the quality of health family communication during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method by collecting interview data online through zoom. The results of this study indicate that there is a motive for health workers who are still carrying out their profession during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is part of the profession that must be carried out because from the beginning they chose to work as health workers and during the COVID-19 pandemic if health workers did not carry out their obligations seriously. then this pandemic will never end. Communication barriers that occur due to difficulties in meeting with family members are replaced by the presence of communication technology. This even affects the quality of communication in the form of closeness and support among family members.

Abstract

The Karawang Regency's progress in reducing maternal mortality through an expanding (EMAS) program does not inherently reduce maternal mortality. The change in the incidence of postpartum mother mortality has led the Government of the Karawang Regency to a breakthrough by implementing an appreciation of the level of mothers’ comprehension during the postpartum period between fathers. This research investigated the extent of the father's communication process in Kelas Bapak to improve the father's awareness of maternal health over the postpartum. This study employs descriptive qualitative methods of research. The study results found that Kelas Bapak inspired families to treat maternal health at the Regional General Hospital of Karawang Regency during the postpartum period. This study concludes that one of the causes of a father's lack of understanding about his mother is that his mother's health is unconcerned during the postpartum period.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on people's lives in Indonesia. The impact felt by the community is not only in the economic, educational, cultural sectors, but also in social interaction patterns. The aim of this research looks at the diversity of experiences and self-meanings of the Covid-19 survivor through social reality construction theory. It has an effect on change in social interactions that occur in the current era and in future lives. This study took the subject of 5 Covid-19 survivors living in Jakarta. Jakarta was chosen by researchers because that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. This study uses the theory contruction of social reality because this theory is in accordance with the research objectives.  This theory is formed from a society that acts as a victim as well as a perpetrator in social construction and become to a social reality. This study uses the phenomenological method because it looks at the social actions taken by an individual with Covid-19. The data collection technique in this research is interviews with in-depth interviews. The results of this study are that the self-meaning of Covid-19 survivors in Jakarta is categorized into five, namely: a) Closed; b) Fear; c) Self-regret; d) Confused; e) Trauma. These five meanings are formed based on communication experiences faced by present and past survivors so that a construction of these meanings is formed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the process of establishing the image of Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang using the Development of Integrity Zone as an effort to support the formation of a very good image for the office. The development of this Integrity Zone is divided into two different predicate steps, including the Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy (WBBM). From these steps, an innovation service was formed to support the successful achievement of WBK/WBBM badges with the hope of being able to help various public complaints. The regulations underlying the establishment of this Integrity Zone are contained in Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Steering Committee for National Bureaucratic Reform and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team as amended by presidential decree No. 23 of 2010. The method conducted in this study is Qualitative – descriptive which is a depiction using the collection of case study data analysis at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang. The results of this study showed that the development of Integrity Zone managed to form an excellent office image in the eyes of the community. Keywords: Image, Communication Process, Integrity Zone Development ABSTRAK Pada proses pembentukan citra Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang menggunakan Pembangunan Zona Integritas sebagai upaya pendukung terbentuknya citra sangat baik bagi kantor. Pembangunan Zona Integritas ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap predikat yang berbeda, diantaranya tahap Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan tahap Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM). Dari tahap – tahap tersebut dibentuk sebuah layanan inovasi sebagai pendukung keberhasilan pencapaian lencana WBK/WBBM dengan harapan cakap dalam membantu berbagai keluhan masyarakat. Peraturan yang mendasari terbentuknya Zona Integritas ini ada dalam Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2010 tentang Pembentukan Komite Pengarah Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional dan Tim Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional sebagaimana telah diubah dengan keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2010. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah Kualitatif – deskriptif yang merupakan penggambaran menggunakan pengumpulan informasi Analisis data Studi Kasus pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembangunan Zona Integritas berhasil membentuk Citra kantor yang sangat baik dimata masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Citra, Proses Komunikasi, Pembangunan Zona Integritas

Abstract

Information globalization has placed Indonesia as part of the world's information society, requiring the establishment of arrangements for the management of information and electronic transactions at the national level. In line with these developments, the internet has changed everything, from the way people think, communicate, connect, work, shop, to the pattern of people in making love. Sexual access can now be easily obtained, from contemporary pornographic content to online prostitution, produced and distributed massively and very quickly on the internet.The idea of sexuality that used to be taboo now obtains a space to discuss. Through the internet, sexuality is used as a recreational arena and a biological necessity as an essential outlet for desire and lust. As Foucault shows that sexuality is not merely a biological drive, but is a form of behavior and thoughts that are subordinated by power relations that are carried out for the purpose other objectives outside the interests of sexuality itself. It is this power that should be used as "social control", legal decisions, to government regulation of sexuality freedom on the internet. The purpose of this study is to find out how the reality of online prostitution is now growing and its relation to government arrangements. This study uses a virtual ethnographic method. The results showed that the Internet became a medium of online prostitution development that increases rapidly so that almost abandon the government power to regulate it.

Abstract

AbstrakBerangkat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam bidang ini, yaitu: Kurangnya sosialisasi hukum berbasis media daring. Sehingga dari hal tersebut masyarakat membutuhkan pendidikan berupa sosialisasi bagaimana menggunakan sosial media dan melakukan perbuatan hukum yang baik dan benar yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang nantinya tidak akan menimbulkan permasalahan baru di masyarakat. Sulitnya penerapan sosialisasi Legal Aid di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 membutuhkan upaya ekstra di dalam pemenuhan kegiatan yang dilakukan tersebut yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-November 2020 di Desa Sukaluyu, Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam program sosialisasi metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan meeting online, media sosial melalui Youtube, Instagram dan group WhatsApp Dusun Rawarengas berupa video animasi, video edukasi, video grafis, brosur dan standing banner telah berjalan baik dengan kategori berhasil. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan melibatkan Mitra Strategis dan Inti dalam Pelayanan Legal Aid di Kabupaten Karawang. Dapat terbentuknya sosialisasi terhadap model pelayanan digital guna menunjang Program E-Court dan Kesinergian Antara Praktisi dan Akademisi Hukum di Kabupaten Karawang.Kata Kunci: Sadar Hukum, Masyarakat, Pendidikan, Berkarakter, DaringAbstractDeparting from the problems faced in this field, namely the lack of legal socialization based on online media. So from this, the community needs education in the form of socialization on how to use social media and do good and correct legal actions in accordance with statutory regulations, which will not cause new problems in society. The difficulty of implementing the socialization of Legal Aid in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic requires extra effort in fulfilling the activities carried out in October-November 2020 in Sukaluyu Village, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. In the socialization program, the method used by using online meetings, social media via Youtube, Instagram, and the WhatsApp group of Dusun Rawarengas in the form of animated videos, educational videos, graphic videos, brochures, and standing banners has gone well with the successful category. Implementation is carried out by involving Strategic and Core Partners in Legal Aid Services in Karawang Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan mengelola komunikasi dalam rangka mempertahankan keutuhan rumah tangga. Pokok-pokok pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah buruh migran perempuan memaknai peran dirinya sebagai seorang istri dan ibu bagi anak-anaknya serta memaknai profesinya sebagai buruh migran perempuan dan memaknai komunikasi dirinya terhadap suami dan anaknya. Motif apa saja yang menguatkan pasangan suami istri untuk mengelola perkawinan mereka serta pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah mantan buruh migran perempuan. Informan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buruh migran memaknai profesinya sebagai buruh migran perempuan yaitu sebagai profesi, mata pencaharian, aktualisasi diri, inspirator dan motivator. Buruh migran memaknai peran dirinya sebagai istri dan seorang ibu. Sebagai seorang istri buruh migran memaknai dirinya sebagai seorang perempuan ditakdirkan sebagai istri/kodrat illahi, sebagai istri dapat membantu mencari nafkah, sebagai teman hidup, penasehat yang bijaksana untuk suami, dan menjadi seseorang yang dapat mendorong/memotivasi suami. Buruh migran perempuan memaknai dirinya sebagai seorang ibu yaitu sebagai sumber pemenuhan kebutuhan anak, teladan atau model bagi anaknya dan sebagai pemberi stimuli bagi perkembangan anaknya.Tiga motif yang melatarbelakangi seseorang untuk mengelola komunikasi, yaitu motif saling menjaga, mencintai dan menyayangi, motif agama dan motif keluarga. Pengalaman komunikasi keluarga buruh migran perempuan dalam mengelola komunikasi untuk mempertahankan keutuhan rumah tangga yang harmonis meliputi komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan suami dan anak-anaknya. Komunikasi yang terjalin selama berada diluar negeri sampai informan kembali terus dipertahankan agar anak-anak tetap merasa nyaman dengan keberadaan ibunya.

Abstract

Thrifting is an activity to buy used goods or can be called a saving method. Thrifting currently continues to be a trend for some people, especially for millennials because now there are many people or shops starting to sell used goods and there has been a thrifting event like in Bogor, namely the Bogor thrift market. This study aims to explain that there is a motive or purpose behind the Bogor millennials carrying out thrifting activities. This study also reveals how Bogor millennials interpret thrifting itself and the lifestyle methods developed by Bogor millennials who carry out thrifting activities. This study uses a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The approach used in this research is Alfred Schutz's phenomenological approach. In this approach there are 'because of motive' and 'in order to motive' from the actions of the Bogor millennials who carry out thrifting activities. With 5 speakers, namely Bogor millennials who like to do thrifting who have certain criteria and are willing to participate in this research until the end. The results of this study are showing that the Bogor millennials interpret thrifting as a process of shopping for used goods that has become a passion or lifestyle for fashion trends. They do thrifting because of the environment of friends, family, hobbies, and the economy, while the reason they want to achieve is because the price is relatively cheap, limited, high value and for resale.Keywords : Thrifting,lifestyle,fashion ,fenomenologi

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran PT. Rosalia Indah", dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT. Rosalia Indah dalam memperkenalkan serta mempromosikan layanan sistem reservasi tiket bis online mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, tujuan dari penelitian deskriptif yaitu membuat deskripsi, gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat, serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Objek penelitian yaitu PT. Rosalia Indah dengan subjek penelitian yaitu orang-orang yang dapat memberi informasi yang peneliti inginkan, yakni Asisten Manajer Pemasaran PT. Rosalia Indah serta salah satu penumpang pengguna layanan reservasi tiket bis online PT. Rosalia Indah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Rosalia Indah menggunakan strategi Advertising dan Personal Selling untuk memperkenalkan layanan sistem reservasi tiket bis online, dengan memanfaatkan media elektronik maupun media cetak. PT. Rosalia Indah menggunakan strategi Sales Promotion dan Publicity untuk menarik pelanggan dengan melaksanakan program seperti membership, potongan harga, serta rangsangan melalui testimoni pelanggan. Strategi promosi layanan reservasi tiket bis online PT. Rosalia Indah berpengaruh dalam peningkatan penumpang.

Abstract

Sex education is still a topic that is considered taboo in Indonesia, through Tiktok which is a popular application in the world in 2020, it is used as a medium to meet this information need by the @tabu.id account. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intensity, media content and attractiveness of using social media on the TikTok @tabu.id account on the fulfillment of sex education information needs. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey. The theory used is the Uses Effect Theory. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature study. While the data analysis technique will be collected using a Likert scale. The results of this study are the intensity, message content and attractiveness affect the need for information about sex education. While the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 6.75%, the magnitude of the influence of infographic messages on sex education information is 33.26% and the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 15.02%.
