Abstract

Pengaruh besarnya hasil hitungan nilai kohesi terhadap aktualisasi hasil perencanaan pondasi menggunakan beberapa metode perencanaan pondasi yang berbeda merupakan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada kapasitas daya dukung aksial pondasi tiang pancang untuk kasus perencanaan gedung Dewi Sartika di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan utamanya untuk membandingkan hasil hitungan perencana yang menggunakan metode Meyerhof N-SPT, dengan membandingkan hasil hitungan kapasitas daya dukung tiang yang memperhitungkan nilai kohesi—yaitu metode Meyerhof (Clay) dan Vesic (Clay) untuk daya dukung ujung, serta metode α (Terzaghi, Peck dan Mesri serta Tomlinson) dan λ untuk daya dukung kulit. Sedangkan untuk menentukan aktualisasi dari beberapa metode perencanaan tersebut, digunakan hasil interpretasi static loading test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Meyerhof N-SPT merupakan metode yang lebih aktual untuk digunakan dalam perencanaan pondasi, karena nilai daya dukungnya paling mendekati hasil static loading test. Akan tetapi, hasil penurunan pondasi berdasarkan metode tersebut melebihi batas aman penurunan pondasi yang diijinkan. Sedangkan perencanaan menggunakan metode yang memperhitungkan nilai kohesi, hasil penurunan pondasinya masih memenuhi batas yang diijinkan.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the characteristics of the 16.9 MPa, using steel fibers (bendrat wire) with lenght variations in the concrete mixture 1% by volume-weight of the concrete. This research is an explanatory research with research questions are: how significant is the difference, and what are the characteristics. The total population of each treatment is 12 specimens with a sample of 5 specimens for compressive strength and 4 specimens for split tensile strength for each given treatment which is a random sample, specifically: A (reference concrete); B, C, D, and E for concrete with length variation an expressed as L/D fiber ratio of 50; 62.5; 75 and 87.5. The concrete material meets the standard. At the level of significance 0,05 indicates that the test data are normal distribution and uniform and the characteristics of concrete between reference concrete and concrete fiber different variance values. The unit weight between the reference concrete and the fiber concrete is slightly identical. The slump value decreases with increasing L/D fiber ratio. The concrete characteristics increase up to an L/D fiber ratio of 75. It generates a compressive strength of 19.47% of the design and 16.60% of the reference concrete (17,316 MPa). The split tensile strength is 2,753 MPa (22.29% higher than the design 2,251 MPa) and 18.83% of the reference concrete (2,317 MPa). The flexural strength was 3.638 MPa (18.01% of the 3.083 MPa design) and 1.97% of the reference concrete (3.144 MPa).

Abstract

AbstractEnvironmental issues using green materials are becoming attractive as an effort to mitigate floods with pervious asphalt, pervious concrete, paving blocks, and plastic grid pavers, allowing surface runoff to seep through the surface to the ground layer and gravel. On the other hand, quality resources will encourage economic development so that people will be more prosperous. Through webinars by providing additional knowledge of vocational students to improve competence in making pervious concrete. The event will be held on Saturday, 12 September 2020 through Webinar with the “Zoom Cloud Meeting” application. The number of participants who took part in the activities of 5 SMK in Jakarta and Bekasi was 67 participants. The results of the evaluation using the pre-test and post-test question instruments for 61 respondents stated that (1) Introducing to vocational students or vocational graduates about regulations in the construction industry related to the competence of making pervious concrete for local pavement for prospective construction workers as an effort to reduce the impact environmental degradation "increased by 30,426% from 27,869% or those who understood increased by 21 people to 38 people, (2) Increased knowledge of making pervious concrete for local pavement for prospective construction workers increased by 23% to 46% or there was an increase who knew 15 - 28 student.Keywords:  Previous Concrete, Local Pavement, Vocational StudentAbstrakIsu-isu lingkungan menggunakan material ramah lingkungan menjadi menarik sebagai upaya mitigasi banjir dengan aspal tembus atau (pervious), beton tembus, paving blok, dan paving plastic (plastic grid pavers), memungkinkan air hujan untuk merembes melalui permukaan ke bawah ke lapisan dasar tanah dan kerikil. Disisi lain, sumber daya yang berkualitas akan mendorong perkembangan ekonomi sehingga masyarakat akan lebih sejahtera. Melalui webinar dengan memberikan tambahan pengetahuan siswa SMK untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam pembuatan beton tembus. Pelaksanaan pada hari Sabtu, 12 September 2020 melalui Webinar dengan aplikasi “Zoom Cloud Meeting”. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan dari 5 SMK di Jakarta dan Bekasi sebanyak 67 peserta. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pertanyaan pre-test dan posr-test untuk 61 responden menyatakan bahwa (1) Mengenalkan kepada siswa atau lulusan SMK tentang regulasi di industri konstruksi terkait dengan kompetensi pembuatan beton tembus untuk lapis perkerasan jalan lokal bagi calon tenaga konstruksi sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak kerusakan lingkungan” meningkat sebesar 30,426% dari 27,869% atau yang mengerti bertambah 21 orang menjadi 38 orang, (2) Peningkatan pengetahuan pembuatan beton tembus untuk lapis perkerasan jalan lokal bagi calon tenaga konstruksi meningkat antara  23% sampai 46% atau terjadi penambahan yang mengetahui 15 - 28 orang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of K-200 concrete according to Permen PUPR No. 28/PRT/M/2016 article B.06, using steel fibers (bendrat wire) with 2% steel fiber by weight of concrete volume and variations in the L/D ratio through laboratory tests. The total population is 12 specimens with a sample of compressive strength 5 specimens and split tensile strength 4 specimens for each treatment which is a random sample, i.e.: A (reference concrete); B, C, D, and E for concrete with 2% fiber and L/D ratio of 50; 62.5; 75 and 87.5. The test results of concrete materials meet the SNI. The significance level of 0.05 indicates that the test data are normal distribution and uniform. The hypothesis result shows that there is a difference between the reference concrete and the concrete fiber with variations L/D. The unit weight of concrete between the reference concrete and the concrete with variations of L/D is slightly different. The slump value decreases with the L/D ratio. Characteristics of the concrete increase up to L/D 75. Based on the design of K-200 concrete per-as Permen PUPR No. 28/PRT/M/2016 article B.06, compressive strength, split tensile strength, and flexural strength for reference concrete are 17,316 MPa, 2,317 MPa, and 3,083 MPa, greater than 35,9%, 43,8%, and 28,7% of design. Fiber concrete with variation of L/D, compared with reference concrete is greater than 32,7%, 39,7% and 26,2%.

Abstract

Kinerja bongkar muat kapal memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam menentukan baik atau buruknya performa suatu pelabuhan. Tujuan analisis kinerja bongkar muat kapal yang mengalami perpanjangan masa tambat yaitu untuk melihat faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kegiatan bongkar muat, mengetahui tingkat pelayanan waktu tambat, dan menilai produktivitas kegiatan bongkar muat kapal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan ini adalah pendekatan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan selama periode bulan januari sampai dengan bulan maret 2021 terdapat 93 kapal yang mengalami perpanjangan masa tambat dengan berbagai faktor yaitu; Clearence Out, Crane Trouble, Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM), Waiting Truck, Weather, Handling Cargo. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata tingkat pelayanan waktu tambat kapal yang mengalami perpanjangan masa tambat berdasarkan perhitungan Effective Time dibanding dengan Berthing Time yaitu sebesar 66.15% dibawah dari standar KSOP yaitu 70%. Hasil perhitungan produktivitas bongkar muat kapal yang mengalami perpanjangan masa tambat menunjukkan nilai yang cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of superplasticizer usage on concrete compressive strenght with variation of water cement ratio using subdivided crude aggregates (split). This research cylindrical test object with diameter 15 cm and height 30 cm. Compressive strength concrete design fc’ 35 MPa, with variation of water cement ratio W/C 0,4; 0,45; 0,5 and using Superplasticizer Sikament LN materials 0,5% of the weight of cement and slump value 12 ± 2 cm.The result of research showed an increase the value of concrete compressive strength with the addition of superplasticizer. The average of concrete compressive strength without the addition of superplasticizer and variation of water cement ratio W/C 0,4; 0,45; 0,5 at 28 days in a row is 36,14 MPa, 34,73 MPa, 29,82 MPa. While the value of concrete compressive strength with the addition of superplasticizer increase to 39,73 MPa, 37,18 MPa, 31,23 MPa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to assess the Level Of Service (LOS) pedestrian path around the Tanjung Barat Station area. In addition, to see in terms of comfort and security in reaching a TOD concept area. For this reason, a model of pedestrian design is needed so that track users can enjoy the pedestrian pathway feeling comfortable and safe. The results of this study indicate that the level of pedestrian service on the Tanjung Barat Raya road and on the road in Lenteng Agung raya: For the Tanjung Barat Raya road the LOS index is categorized as "B" while the Lenteng Agung Raya road is in the LOS index in the "C" category. And for the prediction of the next 5 years, LOS is categorized as "B". This indicates the need for improvements in terms of supporting facilities for pedestrians on the two St. Western Cape. This indicates that the pedestrian support facilities need to be improved which will have an impact on the increasing number of pedestrian users around the West Tanjung station for the next 5 years.

Abstract

This research is a analysis of capacity and level of service at Jalan Raya Bogor segment Cisalak Market in existing condition with a purpose to optimize it based on rule that already assigned in Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) year 1997. The result of analysis showed that capacity of Jalan Raya Bogor segment Cisalak Market can be optimize, from 3307 smp/hour to Jakarta become 3596,36 smp/hour. The direction to Bogor also having incresement from 2696,52 smp/hour become 3329,04 smp/hour.The degree of saturation and level of service direction to Jakarta can be upgraded from 0,47 (C) become 0,43 (B) at Sunday morning if its does not affect by the activity of the market, also in Monday morning which is restrained in LoS E with Ds 0,85 become 0,79 or in LoS D and in Monday afternoon with LoS D (0,76) become C (0,69). Meanwhile direction to Bogor can be upgraded in Saturday afternoon from LoS C (0,61) become B with the number of Ds 0,49, then in Sunday morning and afternoon also Monday morning respectively can be upgraded from C to B. Last, in Monday afternoon into LoS C with number of degree of saturation is 0,62 from LoS D with 0,76.

Abstract

This inquiry aims to investigate whether the use of green mussels shell powder as an alternate filler in Laston mix can meet the Marshall parameter or not. Method used in this inquiry is experimental method that examines Marshall parameter at various percentages of green mussels shell powder use in which their level are 0%, 6,5%, 7,5%, and 8,5% as an alternate of half of filler. The experiment of green mussels shell powder is generate a maximum level of filler at 7,5% percentage with stability value in 987,478 kgs, flow value in 3,70 mm, Marshall Quotient value in 266,738 kgs/mm, Void in Mineral Aggregates value in 17,597%, Void Filled with Bitumen value in 71,958% and Void In the Mix value in 4,709%. By this result, it can be concluded that green mussels shell powder can be used as an alternate filler in AC-WC asphalt mix for heavy traffic road with 7,5% percentage of filler level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Superplasticizer Sikament LN as a added of cement in compressive strength test in an effort to determine the maximum compressive strength of the concrete. This research was partially adding cement with Superplasticizer with a variety of percentages 0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, and 2% of the total weight of cement. Concrete design f’c 35 MPa, W/C 0.4, 12±2 cm slump, amount of sample was 30 (3 samples for each variation for concrete life of 7 and 28 days). The results showed that 0,5% variation of Superplasticizer reached the average concrete compressive strength is 43,5 MPa; 1% variation of Superplasticizer is 42,56 MPa; 1,5% variation of Superplasticizer is 40,86 MPa and 2% variation of Superplasticizer is 40,2 MPa. The maximum concrete compressive strength contained 0,5% variation of Superplasticizer.
