Abstract

Nation or state will prosper if it have at least 2% of entrepreneurs.According to the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, entrepreneurs in Indonesia are still around 1.6%.For that, we need to developtechnopreneurship in order to produce highly competitive entrepreneurs.The purpose of this research is to get information about technopreneurship development in University of Riau.The research was conducted on the application of entrepreneurship at University of Riau, Pekanbaru.Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, analyzed descriptively.The results showed that the number of students who have a business plan in accordance with their academic disciplines on average only 5%.The factor is the implementation of technopreneurship development has not been optimal.Lecturers have not emphasized the creative ability of students in accordance with academic science, while entrepreneurship lecturers only instill knowledge, insight, and entrepreneurial interest.Units and support student entrepreneurship programs have not direct students' creative business ideas to the field that were appropriate to their academic sciences.

Abstract

Posisi Usaha Mikro di Indonesia memiliki peran yang strategis karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang lebih banyak dibanding usaha besar. Namun kondisi usaha mereka sangat lambat berkembang. Di sisi lain banyak tersedia bahan baku yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penambahan produk mereka. Sepertihalnya di Desa Tarai Bangun, Kampar, Riau, yang juga terdapat banyak usaha mikro dan limbah kulit nenas yang belum dimanfaatkan secara ekonomis oleh usaha mikro yang ada. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan pembinaan untuk pengembangan usaha mereka melalui diversifikasi produk usaha minuman nata de pina. Kegiatan pengabdian pembinaan diversifikasi produk usaha mikro ini dilakukan di Desa Tarai Bangun, Kampar, Riau pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2020. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi aktivitas yang berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik pembuatan produk, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa wawasan dan pengetahuan mitra tentang pengembangan usaha melalui pendiversifikasi produk yang memanfaatkan limbah menjadi meningkat. Mitra juga memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat produk minuman nata de pina sebagai salah satu strategi pengembangan usahanya. Mereka berharap dapat dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian lanjutan seperti pemasaran dan keuangan. Kata kunci: Usaha Mikro, Diversifikasi Produk, Nata de Pina

Abstract

This article aims to find out entrepreneurial education as a solution to the impact of the industrial era 4.0 (E.I.4.0). The data were collected by documentation techniques and observation, and then analyzed using descriptive exploratory techniques. The results indicate that E.I.4.0 had a negative impact is the loss of various jobs, but on the other hand had a positive impact, that are the emergence of business and employment opportunities. In E.I.4.0, human resources are required to have the ability to create, innovate, think critically, and collaborate and self-confidence. Entrepreneurship education provides knowledge and skills and develops attitudes that can be a solution to the impact of E.I 4.0. Entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitudes will shape human beings in accordance with E.I.4.0, which were the ability to create, innovate, think critically, collaborate, and be confident. This ability will be able to reach opportunities that arise in order to replace lost jobs. At the level of pre-school education, basic education and general secondary education (SMA/MA), entrepreneurship education should be emphasized more on developing entrepreneurial attitudes and knowledge. At the level of vocational secondary education (SMK/MAK) and higher education, entrepreneurship education should be emphasized more on the development of entrepreneurial skills. Effective implementation of entrepreneurship education for E.I.4.0 requires synergy and integration between subjects or subjects, teachers / lecturers, education levels, and among various stakeholders in a sustainable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning at vocational high schools in Pekanbaru, Riau in facing the industrial era 4.0. This study is an evaluation study using the CSE-UCLA model. The research was conducted at 6 publics and 6 private vocational schools in Pekanbaru by presenting questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively and by comparison. The results of the study show that; 1) entrepreneurship learning at vocational high schools in Pekanbaru has not been effective from the aspect of entrepreneurship and the industrial era 4.0; 2) learning objectives do not include important entrepreneurial attitudes and the requirements of the industrial era 4.0 (leadership, independent, critical, creative, and innovative); 3) the implementation of entrepreneurship learning in general still has not carried out activities that create leadership, decision making, creativity, and innovation as well as flexibility of thinking; 4) entrepreneurial learning outcomes which is entrepreneurial knowledge competencies are generally still classified as lacking so that they do not support flexibility of thinking. 5) The entrepreneurial intention of vocational high school students in Pekanbaru is generally still low so there is no need for entrepreneurship challenges and the industrial era 4.0, namely live independently.

Abstract

Setiap sekolah sebagai suatu organisasi memiliki kendala di luar lingkungannya yang mempengaruhi cara menjalankan aktivitasnya. Kendala tersebut dapat mengubah dan menentukan ketidakpastian lingkungan organisasi sekolah, karena membuat lingkungan menjadi dinamis dan kompleks. Ketidak pastian lingkungan membuat kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin organisasi sulit untuk mengontrol arah institusi untuk mencapai tujuan mereka.Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala SMP Negeri 6 Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dan 2) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan kepala SMP Negeri 6 Rambah Samo, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber, metode dan teori.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa tipe kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 6 Rambah Samo adalah managerial learship sesuai dengan teori Bush. Aspek pada gaya kepemimpinan yang telah berjalan dengan baik seperti inisiatif bawahan, pemberian sanksi/hukuman, pemberian penghargaan terhadap prestasi, dan rapat kerja. Namun aspek gaya kepemimpinan seperti pengambilan keputusan, menjalin komunikasi, membagi tugas, memonitoring/pengawasan pelaksanaan tugas masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of (1) pedagogic competence on entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, (2) family environment to entrepreneurship character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students, and (3) jointly pedagogic competence and family environment on student entrepreneurship character MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study was 118 students in MAN 1 Pekanbaru academic year 2017-2018, with a sample of 91 students. Sampling using Probability Sampling technique with simple random sampling type. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires. The prerequisite analysis test includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis technique with F test and T test.The result of this research shows that (1) there are positive and significant influence of Pedagogic Competence on Entrepreneurship Character of MAN 1 Pekanbaru students with t arithmetic (1,718) bigger than t table that is (1,671) and significance value less than 0,05 0,002, by 41.80%. (2) there is positive and significant influence of Family Environment on Student Entrepreneurship Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with t count (1,767) bigger than t table (1,671) and its significance value less than 0,05 0.000, while its influence equal to 56,80% and together (3) there is a positive and significant influence Pedagogic and Family Environment Competence on Student Entrepreneur Character MAN 1 Pekanbaru with F arithmetic (15,530) is bigger than F table (3,110) and its significance value smaller than 0,05 i.e. 0,000 . The major contribution of Pedagogical and Family Environment Competencies simultaneously on Entrepreneurship Character is 24.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the environmental conditions and their influence directly and indirectly on the success of student learning in high schools in Kampar Timur Subdistrict. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The data is collected using questionnaires and documents. The study population was 567 high school students in Kampar Timur Subdistrict with a sample of 235 students taken by proportional random sampling. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results of the analysis show that family environment and community environment variables directly influence the school environment by 13.54% and 4.58%. Then the variable school environment, family environment and community environment affect the success of learning. The direct effect of the school environment on learning success is 24.70%. While the total direct and indirect influence of the family environment is 12.82% and the community environment is 4.84%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of continuing high academic interest and the factors that influence it. The population of this study is the students of Class XII Secondary Education in  KepenuhanSubsubdistrict  as much 137 students. The research was conducted with a sample of 102 students the  measurementwith Proportional Random Sampling technique, using questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive and path analysis. The results of the research showed that generally the interest of continue to university students of grade XII Secondary Education in Kepenuhansubsubdistricthas  highinterest (43.14%), even 34.31% in very high category. The interest is influenced by ambition factor, family environment and school environment with direct donations of 16.72%, 4.66%, 38.44%. While the indirect contribution of family environment and school environment to the interest through  aspirations of each 3.09%, 32.14%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities, parental attention, and motivation to learn student achievement. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Kampar. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Kampar, while the sample of 106 students. Data were collected with questionnaires and documentation instruments. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. Attention parents significantly influence the motivation of student learning. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student learning achievement. The population of this study is students of class VII State Junior High School in the Sub district of Tampan, Pekanbaru City as many as 1,091. Sampling using Proportional Random Sampling to obtain 296 students. Data collection using questionnaires and documents with a Likert scale both for exogenous variables namely learning achievement and for endogenous variables namely self-concept, learning facilities, and discipline of learning, as well as intervening variables that are motivational learning. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The analysis showed that self-concept, learning facilities, learning discipline had direct and significant influence on learning motivation. Self concept, learning facility, learning discipline and learning motivation have direct and significant effect on learning achievement. Self concept, learning facility, learning discipline have indirect effect on learning achievement through learning motivation. This shows that learning achievement can be improved if the quality of self-concept, learning discipline, learning facilities and learning motivation are improved.
