Abstract

Teacher competency is very important, so a teacher must have the ability to professionally improve the implementation of their duties in the field of education. This is useful for educating the nation's children. This feasibility study aims to formulate policies related to improving the quality of education which is focused on the conditions of adequate madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers based on the professional competence possessed by each teacher. This research uses qualitative methods with cross sectional techniques to analyze data for each MI teacher based on academic qualifications according to the field of study they teach. The findings of this research show that there are still many MI teachers who do not have undergraduate academic qualifications as stipulated in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The ratio between the number of elementary schools (SD) and MI (both private and public) in Tampan District is 5:1; or the number of elementary schools is 41 consisting of 31 state elementary schools and 10 private elementary schools, while the number of new MIs is 8, all of them have private status. It can be argued that public interest and the government's response to MI is still relatively low due, among other things, to the relative lack of competent teachers.

Abstract

Student administration is important for continuous learning in schools. Activities that are important in managing first-time student registration. This research explains about students at school. The aim of this research is to describe student administration in the school environment using SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis of student administration at the school, the appropriate method for this research is to use qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, notes, and documentation. We can conclude from the results of this main analysis that there is still a need to develop strategies and improve the quality of schools to increase community interest in registering their children.

Abstract

Inventory of goods at MI is an important process to ensure smooth operations and learning. With a good inventory system, MI can manage its goods effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the achievement of its educational goals. Administration of goods equipment or goods inventory in MI includes activities such as recording, coding and reporting goods inventory. This includes inventory items (such as tables, benches, whiteboards) and non-inventory items (such as markers, erasers, pencils). The inventory process aims to create goods administration, financial savings, and effective supervision of these goods. Inventory activities of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools include planning, procurement, distribution, use, maintenance and disposal of goods. Inventory recording of goods is carried out in various books, such as the goods inventory master book, goods inventory class book, non-inventory goods record book, quarterly report list, inventory item mutation, and annual recapitulation list. A computerized goods inventory system can help organizations increase efficiency and effectiveness of goods management. This system can help organizations save time and costs, increase productivity, and make better decisions regarding goods management.

Abstract

Kepegawaian merupakan unsur penting dalam administrasi yang akan menggerakkan unsur yang lainnya. Sehingga sangat perlu diperhatian dalam peranan atau kegiatannya. Di dalam proses administrasi kepegawaian membahas atau mencatat segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pegawai. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran administrasi kepegawaian pada SD Muhammadiyah 03 Unggulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam fakta terkait pengelolaan kepegawaian pada SD Muhammadiyah 03. Pendeskripsian pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan hasil analisis wawancara dan bantuan dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa administrasi kepegawaian pada SD Muhammadiyah 03 dilaksanakan sepenuhnya secara maksimal dalam ketentuannya sudah tercantum. Untuk mengetahui administrasi kepegawaian pada sekolah SD Muhammadiyah 03 Unggulan Pekanbaru maka digunakan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan, yaitu penentuan dan pengembangan struktur organisasi, penggolongan jabatan dan perencanaan gaji, penarikan tenaga kerja yang baik, seleksi pegawai, perencanaan latihan jabatan, perencanaan kenaikan pangkat, kedisiplinan pegawai dan, fasilitas untuk pegawai.

Abstract

In this article the author will explain the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the school environment. Facilities and infrastructure administration is one of the most important things in education. All activities in schools will require facilities and infrastructure, both directly and indirectly so that they will support the course of the learning process of education. Administration of facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving educational goals. The positive and negative educational environment depends on maintaining the school facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and management of infrastructure must be managed properly, but there are still some that have not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the author intends to make this article so that it can be used as a reference in managing educational facilities and infrastructure.
