Abstract

In this era of globalization, Indonesia faces strict industrial competition, especially in an increasingly open and independent culinary industry. The Son of Nirwana is the largest rest and by-by center that has the most complete facilities in the Magetan area. Strategic action needs to be taken by managers to always be innovative, understand market trends and adaptive in order to survive the Covid 19 pandemic era. The study aims to analyze the Promotional Strategies on Resto and the Nirwana Son Magetan Center during the Covid pandemic period in increasing product sales. The study used descriptive qualitative methods and triangulation data validity analysis. Data collection is done through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that Resto and the Center for the Promotion of the Son of Nirwana Magetan implemented several promotional mixtures, namely: advertising, sales promotion through the provision of product samples, discounted prices and free shipping costs, public relations, individual sales and direct marketing, In addition, the promotion carried out by Resto & the Center by the Son Of Nirvana Magetan through the use of promotional media such as the internet (social media) through instagram and the group of whatsapp tourists (table top) so that resto and center by the son of Niriwana can survive in the pandemic era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on employee performance, (3) the effect of compensation on employee performance (4) the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of Hotel Insumo Palace Kediri as many as 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) there is no partial and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The sig value is 0.064 > 0.05. (2) there is a partial and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.05. (3) there is a partial and significant effect of compensation on employee performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.00. (4) the simultaneous influence of Working Period, Work Environment and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.05. the regression equation is obtained with the value of Y = 4.249 +(- 0.384)X1 + 0.93X2 + 1.595X3

Abstract

This research only focuses on examining the influence of Human Relations, communication between employees and the work environment on employee performance at the SALMAN SHOP which is located in the Pondok Pesantren area, Jl. Raya Ploso Ploso Hamlet, Ploso Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency. In this research sampling technique, researchers used a saturated sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the main data collector with multiple linear regression as analysis. The results of calculations using SPSS show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Human Relations variable on employee performance. However, employee communication and work environment variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, Salman's shop must pay attention to the human relations of its employees so that performance is maintained

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ability, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Artha Pamenang Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as research data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The population of this study was 32 people and the sample used was all employees, namely 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this test can be concluded that the t test results show that the work ability variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.003 and a t-count value of 1.753. The job satisfaction variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and a t value of 2.347. The physical work environment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.002 and a t value of 1.771. And the results of the f test show that work ability, job satisfaction and the physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 19.889.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aim to explain the significant influence between physical work environment and communication on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The sampel in this study was 36 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique in which the determination of the number of samples with ertain considerations, namely the criteria of civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument validity test, instrument reliabiity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing which is tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The result of the study show that the physical work environment partially has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. Communication partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. The physical work environment and communication simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.397 or 39.7%. This indicates that the performance of the employees of UPTD Puskesmas Pesantren I Kediri is influenced by the physical work environment and communication variables by 39.7%. While the remaining 60.3% came from other variables obtained from previous studies suh as motivation and discipline which were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Teamwork and Work Facilities on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling in which the determination of the number of samples was based on certain criteria, namely civil servants. The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis test tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. The results of the study show that Teamwork partially has a significant effect. on Employee Job Satisfaction and Work Facilities partially have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. Teamwork and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the UPTD Public Health Center Pesantren II Kediri City. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.503 or 50.3% is also obtained. This indicates that the Job Satisfaction of the UPTD Public Health Center of Pesantren II Kediri City is influenced by the Teamwork and Work Facilities variables by 50.3%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is 49.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penataan Produk, Keragaman Produk dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada QOMESHOP_ KEDIRI. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah Penataan Produk (X1), Keragaman Produk (X2), Kualitas Produk (X3) Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Lokasi penelitian di Qomeshop_ Jl. Joyoboyo No. 53A, Banjaran, Kec. Kota, Kota Kediri, Jawa Timur. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan secara parsial Penataan Produk (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada QOMESHOP_ KEDIRI, hal ini dibuktikan dengan niali signifikasi sebesar 0,390 > 0,05. Variabel Keragaman Produk (X2) dan Kualitas Produk (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai signifikan untuk variabel X2 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel X3 0,029 < 0,05. Secara simultan Penataan Produk (X1), Keragaman Produk (X2), dan Kualitas Produk (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan uji korelasi (R2) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 61,70% yang berarti memiliki tingkat korelasi yang kuat.
