Abstract

Masalah transportasi yang dialami kota-kota besar di Indonesia saat ini adalah semakin tingginya penggunaan kendaraan motorized dan penurunan pemanfaatan kendaraan non-motorized seperti sepeda. Semarang menjadi salah satu kota yang mengalami permasalahan transportasi tersebut. Padahal penggunaan kendaraan non-motorized (NMT) seperti sepeda justru menawarkan upaya menangangi permasalahan transportasi (Susantono, 2009). Keberadaan penggunaan sepeda untuk bekerja yang ada di Kampung Melayu Kota Semarang menjadi salah satu upaya menangani permasalahan transportasi ditengah tingginya penggunaan kendaraan motorized di Semarang. Hal inilah yang sebaiknya tetap dipertahankan dan diperhatikan keberlanjutannya agar dapat mewujudkan transportasi yang berkelanjutan. Keberadaan pengguna sepeda yang menarik penulis mengangkat penelitian dengan pertanyaan penelitian yaitu apa yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan pola pergerakan pengguna sepeda di Kampung Melayu?.

Abstract

Kampung Batik Kauman is the first batik village in Pekalongan where located in the center of Pekalongan.Location and development of Kampung Kauman as batik tourism village has an impact on the physical development, oneof which is marked by the changes of residential house function into a business house. Based on the phenomenon, thepurpose of this paper is to identification space use of business houses in Kampung Batik Kauman. The writer appliedquantitative descriptive method. From the research results can be seen that there are five types of business houses in theKampung Batik Kauman, namely residential houses and batik production; residential houses and batik showrooms;residential houses, production and showroom of batik; residential and boarding houses; and residential houses and tradingand services (except batik). Space utilization of home business in Kampung Kauman consists of the type of utilization ofmixed and separate business house space.

Abstract

Revitalisasi Kawasan Braga sudah dilakukan selama hampir 20 tahun. Namun, masyarakat belum merasa puas dengan revitalisasi yang ada, karena seolah-olah tidak di pertimbangkan dengan matang dan kurang dilibatkannya masyarakat dalam program tersebut. Masyarakat menjadi kurang aktif dalam kegiatan revitalisasi Jalan Braga. Padahal masyarakat yang merasakan dampak dari adanya revitalisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap program revitalisasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, skoring dan crosstab. Jumlah Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 sampel. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat masih tergolong rendah dengan total skor 1367. Apabila dikaitkan dengan tangga partisipasi Arnstein (1986) partisipasi masyarakat ada pada tahap “Informing”. Sedangkan kepuasan masyarakat tergolong cukup puas dengan skor1717. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis crosstab diketahui hasil chi square test 2(3, N = 80) = 38.285; p < 0,05 atau taraf signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1diterima. Hal ini menyatakan ada hubungan antara partisipasi dengan kepuasan masyarakat. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji kolerasi maka diketahui r(80) = 0.637; p>0.01 dan r(80) = 0.682; p>0.01 yang artinya hubungan antar variable tergolong kuat. Berdasarkan koefisien kolerasinya maka diketahui bahwa hubungan antar variabel memiliki hubungan yang positif. [Correlation between Community Participation and Community Satisfaction in Revitalization Program at Braga Street, Bandung] Braga revitalization has already been done for almost 20 years. Nevertheless, people there still feel dissatisfied because it is not carefully considered as though and lack of participation in revitalization program. Whereas, people around are those who affected by revitalization program. This research aims to learn about correlation between participation level and satisfaction level towards the program. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis by quantitative descriptive, scoring, and crosstab technique. Number of samples used in this research are 80 samples. Meanwhile, the result found is that level of community participation considered in a low level with score 1367. When associated with Arnstein’s participation ladders, the level of community participation is on informing stage. Whilst, the research’s result about level of community satisfaction is considered in a quite satisfied level with score 1717. Based on the crosstab analysis, known that the result of chi-square test 2(3,N= 80)=38.285;p<0.05 or significance degree is 0.000<0.05 so Ho rejected and H1 accepted. It is stated that there is a correlation between participation and community satisfaction. While, based on correlation test, known that r(80)=0.637;p>0.01 and r(80)=0.682;p>0.01 which means the correlation considered in a strong level and correlation coefficient has a positive relation.

Abstract

Abstract. The old kampongs along Gajahmada Road are one of the oldest sections in Semarang City. The existence of the old kampongs can be seen on the map in 1900. However, the old Kampongs changed their environmental conditions considerably due to their commercial activities, especially in 2007. The existence of high-rise commercial buildings dominates corridors along the Gajahmada road, and the presence of old kampongs located behind the buildings is also displaced. Whereas, the presence of these old kampongs keeps a history of the development of Semarang City and traditional houses. This article seeks to identify changes in the appearance of the old kampongs which are displaced due to the development of the commercial activity, based on a field survey, map analysis, building form and street analysis. There are significant changes and minor changes that occurred in the old kampongs along Gajahmada road. Physical changes that occur are changes in land use, ways and building functions.

Abstract

Srondol Kulon adalah salah satu kelurahan di sebelah Selatan Kota Semarang. Terletak di DAS Kaligarang dengan karakteristik perbukitan membuat wilayah tersebut rentan terkena bencana tanah longsor. Selain itu, perubahan tata guna lahan dari hutan ke pemukiman memperbesar resiko terjadinya longsor. Salah satu wilayahnya, yaitu RW 9 Kelurahan Srondol Kulon dilalui oleh sesar regional Kota Semarang sehingga menjadikan kawasan ini sangat rentan terhadap pergerakan tanah. Keberadaan perumahan dengan tutupan lahan menggunakan perkerasan akan berdampak pada stabilitas lereng sehingga apabila terjadi pergerakan tanah dapat menimbulkan bencana. Di sisi lain, masyarakat belum memahami arti penting konservasi lahan pada kawasan rawan longsor. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya konservasi lahan pada kawasan rawan longsor agar mereka dapat lebih peduli untuk menjaga lingkungan permukiman mereka. Pada jurnal ini akan dibahas mengenai potensi dan permasalahan kondisi fisik yang dimiliki oleh RW 9 Kelurahan sehingga dapat merekomendasikan langkah konservasi lahan yang memungkinkan dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan dibuat dalam bentuk buku panduan konservasi yang mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat di RW 9 sehingga mereka dapat menerapkan cara konservasi lahan yang efektif untuk mencegah longsor.

Abstract

The growing number of private transportation ownership from year to year creates congestion problems, especially in urban areas. Public transportation conditions such as the Rapid Transit Bus (BRT) are an alternative way to use transportation. BRT Trans Semarang Corridor 1 is the busiest public transportation route in Semarang City that stretches from Mangkang Terminal to Penggaron Terminal. About 50% of the passengers of BRT Trans Semarang Corridor 1 chose to walk to and from the bus stops. However, in reality, currently, the conditions of the pedestrian paths are less than optimal in creating pedestrian comfort, and the integration system is still minimal with various modes. The purpose of this study is to identify a travel demand model suitable for pedestrian BRT Trans Semarang Corridor 1 passenger using the new urbanism 3D approach (Density, Diversity, Design). Where the data collection for analysis needs using naturalistic observation techniques by looking at the condition of the object of research in a more real way directly to the field. Density analysis used descriptive statistical analysis methods and simulated interpolation of population and building density data using the ArcGIS 10.3 application to generate pedestrian demand for their environmental density. In analyzing diversity using the land-use distribution simulation method with ArcGIS 10.3 and FAR (Floor Area Ratio) analysis using the 2016 Sketchup simulation. Compile a pedestrian path model recommendation under pedestrian demand.

Abstract

Kawasan Alun-Alun Kota Klaten merupakan salah satu ruang terbuka publik di Kabupaten Klaten yang memiliki fungsi sebagai ruang rekreasi. Kawasan tersebut terletak di Kecamatan Klaten Tengah, yang berdasarkan RTRW Kabupaten Klaten Tahun 2011-2031 kawasan Alun-Alun Kota Klaten direncanakan menjadi Kawasan Perkotaan Kabupaten Klaten. Sebagai Kawasan Perkotaan Kabupaten Klaten, Kawasan Alun-Alun Kota Klaten diharapkan mampu menyediakan ruang untuk kegiatan pemerintahan, pelayanan sosial-ekonomi, komersial, industri, pendidikan, dan hunian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan rencana desain dari kawasan Alun-Alun Kota Klaten yang dapat menyediakan ruang untuk mengakomodasi aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut. Untuk menciptakan rencana desain tersebut dilakukan studi best practice, yang menghasilkan konsep sustainable green design. Konsep tersebut menghasilkan rencana desain pada kawasan meliputi penataan lingkungan dan aktivitas sosial-ekonomi. Rencana desain tersebut dilakukan melalui proses analisis  yang menghasilkan rencana zonasi kawasan untuk menciptakan efisiensi penggunaan lahan. Kemudian analisis  elemen rancang kota yang akan menghasilkan rencana desain atau master plan kawasan yang dapat memberikan arahan perencanaan kota.
