Abstract

City and District governments in Indonesia would take the initiative in order to increase local revenue, in addition, to improve the performance of SMEs, but also to cooperate with the investors to take advantage of regional assets into Sentra SMEs. This research aims to develop SMEs Sentra Investment Feasibility Model Mix-Used in areas with Fuzzy Logic as a strategy to increase the prosperity of the region under the ASEAN Economic Community. The study was conducted in two (three) years, the first year is to conduct a feasibility analysis of investment Sentra Mix-Used, in order to support increased local revenues in East Java and Indonesia's research results published in the Seminar / Proceedings International, International Journal indexed by Scopus, and submitted to the Ministry law and Human Rights to obtain IPR Copyright on Investor application model Mix-used Sentra SMEs using Fuzzy Logic.

Abstract

Purpose: The objectives of this study is to analyse the effect of competency, organizational culture, and motivation on the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office. Design/methodology/approach: The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. Findings: Employee competency is reflected in performance, good competency creates good performance. Research limitations/implications: The population in this study was 38 functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office. Practical implications: 1) competency affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 2) organizational culture affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 3) motivation affects the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office, 4) competency, organizational culture and motivation affect the performance of functional officers of Surabaya Tanjung Perak Customs Office.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance in the pulp and paper industry which was measured using the concept of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) during the period 2017 and 2018. Design/methodology/approach: Research data is obtained through related websites and literature review. Findings: The results of the measurement of EVA and MVA for the period 2017 and 2018 show only PT.Alkindo Naratama, Tbk. which adds to the economic value of the company and market value added (> 0). Research limitations/implications: The population in this study consisted of all pulp and paper companies that had go public and be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is as many as nine companies, then do the purposive sampling selection which obtained a sample of four companies. Practical implications: While three companies, namely PT. Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk. PT.Suparma, Tbk. and PT. Kertas Basuki Rachmat, Tbk. experience instability in EVA and MVA. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this studyisdetermine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy on corporate financial performance with indicators of Return On Assets (ROA). Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: Dividend policy has a negative and significant influence on the company's financial performance.Simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy have a significant influence on the company's financial performance. Research limitations/implications: This study uses secondary data from construction and building companies sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Practical implications: The results of this study are managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on the company's financial performance. Originality/value: Paper type: This paper can be categorized as case study paper.

Abstract

The customers interest in saving is very important for bank providing banking services in the form of savings. In relation to the interest in saving, bank should conside bank atmosphere, location and work professionalism, so that the customer has a high interest in the bank. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of bank atmosphere, location and work professionalism on interest in saving at bank. The population in this study was Bank Jatim Indonesia, Branch of Haji Hospital Surabaya, totally of 1,908 customers, the number of samples using the Slovin formula was 95. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results are: 1) There is an influence of the bank atmosphere on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 2) There is an influence of location on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 3) There is an influence of work professionalism on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 5) variable location has a dominant influence on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya.

Abstract

The infrastructure budget reached Rp 290 Billion in APBN-P (Budget spending Revenue State changes) in 2015 be consist of opportunities for investors and Government Areas, this will be trigger an increase in the central area of UKM. 2014 year Indonesia stock exchange noted the value of market capitalization (market cap) to the property sector, real estate, and construction of the building reached Rp 360 Billion (idx, 2014). Bank Indonesia survey showed a significant increase in the selling price of units of strata title in Jabodetabek and Bandung, Banten segment of Office, retail, industrial, land and condominiums as well as commercial property rental rates increased and the price of the hotel star 3, 4 and 5 (BI, 2014). Autonomous region through Act No. 22/1999 and no. 34/2004 demanding pemerintah progoverment province, city creative increase revenue areas. BUDGETS (Revenue Budget spending Area) year 2013 deficit financial area reached Rp 54.217 trillion (Kemendagri, 2013). The development of the digital hub of Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) area can be a collaboration between Central Government, local governments, State-Owned Enterprises, Local, and private sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is toanalyze determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction that impact on financial performance of LembagaPengjkreditanDesa (LPD) in Bandung regency. Method, Dataobtained from 5 LPD and use 244 respondents with purposive sampling technique and collection was done using questionnaires.The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and tested with SPSS 24 application. Result, Result of this study is leadership style have positive effect to job satisfaction and financial performance, organizational culture have positive effect to job satisfaction but have negative effect to financial performance, while job satisfaction as intervening variable have positive effect to finance. The findings of this study are for suggestions that can be given is to the village credit institutions expected to pay more attention to employees to the creation of job satisfaction so that will realize the purpose of the LPD. In addition, the leadership of the LPD also pay more attention to the pattern of action or style of leadership. With strong leadership style applied and supported by good organizational culture, it will improve company performance.s Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted at SMA (Senior High School) and SMK (Vocational High School) Kawung 2 Surabaya with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment on teacher performance, analyzing the effect of compensation on teacher performance, and analyzing the effect of work professionalism on teacher performance, analyzing the influence of work environment mediated by work professionalism on teacher performance, analyzing the effect of compensation mediated by work professionalism on teacher performance. Design/methodology/approach: The population of this study were teachers of SMA and SMK Kawung 2 Surabaya with a total of 52 teachers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Findings: The results showed that work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance, compensation has a significant effect on teacher performance, work professionalism has a significant effect on teacher performance, work professionalism is able to mediate the effect of work environment on teacher performance, and work professionalism is able to mediate the effect of compensation on performance teacher.
