Abstract

Domestic violence is a hotly discussed issue. Its coverage in the mass media is constantly conveyed to the public. From any point of view, the terms "stop domestic violence" and "zero tolerance for domestic violence" must be echoed. One of the efforts of the DKI Jakarta provincial government is to establish the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak (Pos SAPA) which is expected to be a service forum related to domestic violence. This article aims to describe the role of Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak to minimize domestic violence. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants in this study consisted of five members of the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Data were collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation notes. data were analyzed descriptively through content analysis. The results of the study show that the role of the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak in minimizing domestic violence is pursued through preventive, curative, and promotive actions. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a new design for research in the field of domestic violence studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa selama pandemi Covid-19 periode April-Mei 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Indraprasta PGRI dengan populasi sebesar 379 orang. Sampel diambil secara acak dengan estimasi menggunakan rumus Slovin. Besaran sampel adalah 79 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner self-efficacy dan stres akademik. Data dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

the aim of this study was to find out whether self-efficacy contributes to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. This research was carried out with a survey-type quantitative approach. The target population of this study were 60 guidance and counseling teachers at SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari. This research is a population study so that the entire population of 60 people becomes the research sample. Data was collected through teacher self-efficacy and performance scales. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the results: a) the self-efficacy of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the moderate category, b) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the medium category, and c) self-efficacy contributes significantly to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan perangkat layanan bagi guru bidang studi dan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) senantiasa menjadi masalah dalam unjuk kinerja guru itu sendiri. Perubahan kurikulum yang mendorong perubahan administrasi perangkat menyebabkan guru menjadi kewalahan di lapangan. Khusus bagi guru BK perubahan kebijakan kurikulum menjadi Kurikulum Merdeka turut memunculkan masalah tersendiri. Guru BK tidak memiliki pedoman yang jelas dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Layanan (RPL). Untuk itu kegiatan pendampingan bagi guru BK dalam penyusunan RPL perlu dilakukan agar guru BK memiliki pandangan yang komprehensif mengenai RPL dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan pendampingan dikemas dalam bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilangsungkan di SMK Negeri 34 Jakarta. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru BK di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Jakarta Pusat. Pendampingan ini diselenggarakan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan diperoleh hasil bahwa: a) pemahaman guru BK dalam penyusunan RPL pada dasarnya belum optimal, b) kegiatan pendampingan memberikan pemahaman baru bagi guru BK dalam penyusunan RPL, dan c) masih tetap dibutuhkan kegiatan lanjutan dalam mendampingi guru BK dalam penyusunan RPL.

Abstract

Movie Therapy To Developing Prosocial Behavior Of Childhoods. The phase of human life was beginning from the prenatal period and will end in late adulthood. Childhoods is critical age or golden age. In this phase childs tend to be selfish and far form prosocial behavior. This was need to be given intervention. One of intervention than can given through movie therapy. This article aim to describe whether movie therapy can develop prosocial behavior of childhoods. This research used quantitative research with experiment method. Samples in this research was 17 students. Instrument of this research was used prosocial behavior scale. Data were analyzed by sign test. The result shown that movie therapy was able to develop childhoods prosocial behavior. Implications of this findings in teacher and especially school counselors must to try this method to help childhoods with the lack of prosocial behavior. So, happy watching!
