Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Fear of missing out on the social interactions of adolescents in the digital era. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, a literature study using and identifying books, journals, and articles. The digital era has enabled new forms of social interaction based on electronic information networks. From this social interaction,t a phenomenon called Fear of missing out (FOMO) arises. FOMO is the Fear of losing precious moments of individuals or other groups where the individual could be present. FOMO is the driving force behind the Internet, and social media use. Low life satisfaction can cause high FOMO due to frequent access to the Internet. In this case, the role of the Guidance and Counseling Teacher is very much needed, bearing in mind that teacher guidance is educational counseling that helps students become independent, develop their potential, and solve problems they experience in the school environment and outside of school. The role/efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers are to provide individual counseling to students who depend on the Internet and FOMO so that they can change their behavior for the better.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the inability of students to resolve conflicts constructively, so many cases of conflict between students ended in violence. This study examines the effectiveness of conflict resolution counseling for developing core values of peace in adolescents. This research uses the positivism paradigm, quantitative approach, quasi-experimental method, and non-equivalent pre-test post-test control group design. The research participants were vocational high school students in the city of Bandung, totaling 63 people (32 people for the control and experimental groups), which were determined through a purposive technique. The data collection tool is a questionnaire on the core values of peace based on the U NESCO -APNIEVE Thurstone scale model with a reliability coefficient of 0.92. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using the One-Way ANOVA technique. The calculation results show that F hit = 3.401, at p = 0.070>0.05, dk = 1.58, which means that there was no significant difference in the core values of peace between the control group and the treatment group after conflict resolution counseling intervention. Partially, conflict resolution counseling effectively increases the three core values of peace: tolerance, recognition of other people's souls, and gratitude. The research recommendations are aimed at guidance and counseling teachers in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Remaja yang masih belum memiliki keputusan karirnya akan menghambat pada perencanaan karir yang menjadikan siswa remaja kebingungan dalam memilih arah karir setelah lulus sekolah. Siswa seringkali sulit untuk memutuskan apakah akan melanjutkan studi atau tidak. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan faktor pendorong agar siswa mampu menentukan karirnya. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan bekal yang harus dimiliki setiap individu, seperti penguasaan kemampuan dan aspek yang menunjang kesuksesan karir. Dalam menentukan pilihan karir tak jarang faktor eksternal menjadi pertimbangan seseorang dalam merencanakan karir mereka. Salah satu contoh dari faktor eksternal yang ikut berperan dalam perencanaan karir remaja adalah role model. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran role model siswa yang dapat membantu dalam penentuan karir remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review dari jurnal maupun prosiding yang membahas mengenai role model dan penentuan karir remaja. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa role model berperan dalam penentuan karir siswa, melalui role model siswa dapat langsung meneladani seorang role model dan siswa dapat mengikuti jejak yang sama dengan role model yang diteladani.

Abstract

This research is aimed at obtaining empirical data regarding the subject teacher's perspective on the guidance and counseling teacher's professional profile in relation to the guidance of counseling ethics. The data collection was carried out by reviewing the literature using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through the PRISMA rules systematically. The conclusions of this study indicate that the perspective of subject teachers (subjects) regarding the profile of the counseling teacher profession from the affective and cognitive aspects has a positive response of 70%, and the conative aspect has a positive response of 66%. Judging from the BK ethical principles, the BK teacher has complied with several of them: respecting students' decisions, notifying the boundaries of the relationship between himself and students, not discriminatory, not imposing values, not divulging students' secrets, and not establishing a double relationship. However, this does not rule out the fact that there are still many guidance and counseling teachers in the field who violate the guidance and counseling code of ethics, such as not having a professional license recognized by ABKIN, not having a graduate of the Counselor Professional Education or guidance and counseling bachelor degree, and not having the insight and compatible skills in the field of guidance and counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the in-depth relationship with cyber counseling services using the Riliv platform and explain the code of ethics for online counseling. This research uses the method of literature review or literature study in the form of journal articles. The results of the study are known to make cyber counseling services considered effective because they can make it easier for counselors and students to conduct counseling that is not limited by distance and time. Cyber counseling services occur when counselors and counselors communicate remotely through devices connected to the internet network. This service has produced significant results in the effectiveness of mentoring and counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Until now, in the post-COVID-19 pandemic, cyber counseling services continue to be a choice for cyber counseling services. Riliv is an online counseling platform that connects people with personal problems with psychologists through text counseling, voice calls, and video calls seeking counseling. With the significant increase in the implementation of online counseling, several issues have arisen, especially regarding the application of the Code of Ethics in the implementation of online counseling. It can be concluded that counselors with cyber counseling can provide optimal services. Through technology intermediaries, counseling no longer needs to be done face-to-face, but can be done online.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDisamping berbagai kelebihan dari konseling online berbasis teks, terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaannya. Beberapa faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah adanya kesalahan penulisan tanda baca dan emoji; penulisan kata atau penggunaan font yang kurang tepat; keterlambatan dalam membalas pesan; serta tidak menggunakan bahasa yang baik, sopan, dan jelas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait bagaimana etika komunikasi konselor dalam melaksanakan layanan konseling online berbasis teks. Penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Belum ada pedoman/kode etik yang secara khusus membahas mengenai konseling online berbasis teks. Oleh karena itu, ketika melaksanakan konseling online berbasis teks masing-masing konselor memiliki strategi tersendiri, sesuai dengan pengalaman, keompetensi, dan keterampilan yang dimilki. Seorang konselor dalam memberikan layanan konseling secara online harus memiliki dasar kompetensi terkait teknologi dan kompetensi terkait konseling berbasis teks itu sendiri. Adapun keterampilan-keterampilan yang harus dimiliki dalam melaksanakn konseling online berbasis teks yaitu typing skills, typing style, dan bagaimana sikap dalam menulis.ABSTRACTIn addition to the various advantages of text-based online counseling, there are several factors that can hinder its implementation. Some of these factors include punctuation and emoji errors; Inappropriate wording or font use; delays in replying to messages; and not using good, polite, and clear language. This article aims to examine how counselor communication ethics in implementing text-based online counseling services. The research in this article uses a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There is no guideline/code of ethics that specifically addresses text-based online counseling. Therefore, when carrying out text-based online counseling, each counselor has their own strategy, according to their experience, competence, and skills. A counselor in providing online counseling services must have a foundation of technology-related competencies and competencies related to text-based counseling itself. The skills that must be possessed in conducting text-based online counseling are typing skills, typing style, and how to attitude in writing.

Abstract

Permasalahan adaptasi pada remaja khususnya di lingkungan multirasial menjadi sebuah tantangan untuk kita dalam mencari layanan yang tepat untuk mengurangi ketidak mampuan remaja dalam beradaptasi di lingkungan yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk mengatasi permasalahan adaptif remaja di lingkungan multirasial dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review. Sumber literatur didapat melalui Google Scholar (Nasional dan Internasional) dan beberapa repository di Nasional. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari berbagai literatur dijelaskan ada delapan teknik layanan bimbingan kelompok yang diterapkan oleh Konselor (Guru BK) dan satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh remaja tersebut. Delapan teknik yang digunakan, yakni bimbingan dan pendidikan multikultural, teknik cakrukan, teknik outbond, pendidikan karakter-cerdas format kelompok, mengembangkan hubungan pribadi sosial, diskusi, dan bimbingan sosial.

Abstract

Tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling diselenggarakan berdasarkan tujuan memprediksi, mendeskripsi, dan terapi. Implementasinya harus dilakukan secara profesional dan beretika. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi etika penggunaan tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling. Penyusunan artikel ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka yaitu dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan literatur baik internasional maupun nasional dengan menggunakan berbagai macam sumber daya seperti artikel koran, jurnal, buku, ataupun mesin pencarian mainstream seperti Google Scholar. Penulis menelaah bagaimana isu penggunaan tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling, bagaimana batasan dan jenis tes psikologi yang bisa digunakan dan diselenggarakan oleh konselor, hingga implikasi penggunaan tes psikologi dalam bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

The complexity of problems in everyday life is a challenge for school counselors and counselors in demonstrating their professionalism as a counselor profession in assisting counselee development. For the sake of maintaining honor as profession, so as school counselor must aware that for reach That need competency and obey to code ethics profession. Student as user service counseling in school still looked bad profile from the school counselor. The purpose of this research is to know view from student to counselor profiles and how ethics profession real school counselor. On study in this case, the method used is method SLRs which one _ writer succeed collect 30 articles with 4 articles including the focus on the results for studied related view student to the school counselor. After data and articles were collected next will analyzed in this way this research gets a conclusion. The results obtained in the research of 4 Articles that have been reviewed have positive results and some are negative. This can be taken from the selected literature, one of which is that there are still many students who consider school counselors to be "school police". This shows that less good profile from the school counselor in the view of the student. In fact, it still is often happening error in gift service counseling, which usually done by school counselor in school That Alone. However, from some literature, the school counselor's profile is considered good, close to students and can be trusted to tell personal things. As for study about application ethics or code Guidance Counseling ethics shows the understanding of the school counselor on the guidance and counseling teacher's code of ethics is relatively low.

Abstract

Salah satu tugas perkembangan remaja ialah memilih dan mempersiapkan karir. Remaja yang dapat mempersiapkan diri terhadap karirnya dapat lebih mudah dalam menjalani peran-peran selanjutnya. Namun, kebingungan dan ketidaksiapan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terhadap karirnya masih kerap terjadi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka yang dirilis oleh Badan Pusat Statistik, lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menempati jumlah pengangguran tertinggi dibandingkan jenjang pendidikan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan kematangan karir peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) serta implentasi bagi layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka yaitu ringkasan tertulis dari berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, dan dokumen yang menggambarkan informasi dari suatu topik studi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat beberapa problematika kematangan karir yang dialami peserta didik SMK, yaitu (1) pengetahuan yang kurang; (2) pengaruh keadaan sosial; (3) memilih sekolah tidak berdasarkan minat, bakat dan potensi pribadi; (4) kurangnya eksplorasi; (5) ragu dalam mengambil keputusan; (6) kesenjangan kompetensi sekolah dan dunia industri; (7) mutu sekolah relatif rendah; dan (8) keterbatasan guru produktif. Adapun beberapa strategi atau teknik dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir, yaitu (1) layanan informasi karir; (2) media interaktif karir; (3) teknik modeling; (4) teknik diskusi kelompok; dan (5) modul bimbingan karir.
