Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya angka bayi dan balita yang berstatus imunisasi lengkap, antara lain sikap dan pengetahuan orang tua. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan karakteristik orang tua dan karakteristik anak dapar teridentifikasi, selain itu pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua tentang imunisasi terhadap motivasi untuk melengkapi imunisasi lanjutan pada anak usia 1824 bulan di Kecamatan Pujer juga dapat diketahui. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak baduta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua terhadap motivasi dalam melengkapi imunisasi anak baduta adalah sebesar 76,6%, sedangkan 23,4% lainnya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, pengetahuan orang tua secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelengkapan imunisasi lanjutan anak baduta, namun sikap dan motivasi orang tua berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, petugas kesehatan diharapkan bisa lebih aktif memberikan sosialisasi dan konseling serta mempunyai jadwal sweeping bagi sasaran-sasaran yang belum lengkap status imunisasinya.

Abstract

ASI merupakan cairan emulsi lemak yang dihasilkan dari kelenjar mamae pada ibu menyusui. Ibu primipara yang memberikan ASI tidak tahu tentang cara menyusui dengan benar dan tidak mengetahui cara memerah ASI. Pendidikan kesehatan manajemen laktasi pada ibu primipara penting untuk merubah perilaku ibu primipara yang menyusui. Media yang digunakan audio visual dan Poster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media audio visual dan poster terhadap perilaku ibu primipara dalam manajemen laktasi. Desain penelitian ini mengggunakan quasi eksperiment dan menggunakan rancangan penelitian two group pre-posttest design dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden ibu primipara, 20 kelompok audio visual, 20 kelompok poster. Analisa data yang digunakan Uji Wilcoxon dan Independent T test. Hasil yang diperoleh ada perbedaan perilaku sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penddidikan kesehatan (p =0,00). Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok audio visual dan poster dengan nilai (p = 0,77), dengan Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah Ada pengaruh perilaku ibu primipara dalam manajemen laktasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan pada kelompok audio visual dan poster. Tidak ada perbedaan efektifitas pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perilaku ibu primipara dalam manajemen laktasi pada kelompok audio visual dan kelompok poster.

Abstract

Parents do not understand and tend to entrust fully the healing of their children to nurses and doctors who handle them. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of applying the Family Centered Care method to pediatric patients with stress hospitalization at the Prajekan Bondowoso Health Center. The pre-experimental one-group type pretest-posttest research design with a sample of 35 respondents with accidental sampling techniques. Then analyzed by paired t-test. The results of the study showed that after being treated the treatment had decreased, seen from the statistical test ρ value (0,000 <0,05). It was concluded that there was an effect of the application of the Family Centered Care method to pediatric patients with stress hospitalization at the Prajekan Bondowoso Health Center

Abstract

Babies are very sensitive and delicate beings, needing to be fulfilled covering physical, biological and emotional needs. Such needs can be fulfilled through stimulation that not only gives a relaxing effect but also can stimulate growth by increasing the weight of the baby. The stimulation is done properly according to the guide steps of baby massage, it aims to achieve optimal growth. Know The effectiveness of the stimulus baby massage against the increase in weight of infants aged 0-4 months with a history of BBLR in the work area of Puskesmas Cermee. The design of the research used is quasi-experiment with One-Group Pre-Post Test Design Method. Sampling techniques for Accidental sampled with a sample number of 15 respondents. Data analysis is carried out with a sufficient analysis stage using an independent-Test with the level The significance of ρ -value < 0.05. The T-Test results showed that there was an influence on baby massage against increased baby weight with Increments of 3-20% with the value obtained t count = 11,183 > t-table = 2,144 and ρ-value 0.000 < 0.005. In low birth weight babies performed massage stimulation for 15 days that get intake of nutrients, breast milk, breast milk + formula milk and formula milk experienced a diverse weight gain of 3-20%.

Abstract

The topography of Probolinggo Regency is located on a slope mountains stretching from West to East, namely Mount Semeru, Mount Argopuro, Mount Bromo and Mount Lamongan. Probolinggo Regency is located at an altitude of 0- 2500 m above sea level, so that the land in Probolinggo Regency is land volcanic which contains many minerals that come from volcanic explosions in the form of sand, stone and mud mixed with clay which has fertility levels high. The highest rainfall is in January and February, rainfall is 1,797.82 mm2, 89 rainy days, 169,616.65 ha outside the mainland area. Meanwhile, Social Services do not have UPT PSTW, health services include 6 hospitals, 33 health centers, 1320 Posyandu, 87 supporting health centers, 1 unit that handles Disasters and 6 universities. This research uses the Waterfall method, produces a GIS-based disaster mitigation mapping application, this application provides information to the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Probolinggo Regency on the location of the map of the area that is included in the red zone that is at risk of disaster.
