Abstract

Academic anxiety is a feeling triggered by a lack of confidence in one's ability to cope with academic tasks. Students have different backgrounds in lectures, leading to academic anxiety. To achieve their academic degree, undergraduate students must complete their final assignments properly. For students, the final assignment or thesis can cause anxiety because internal and external factors influence it. Using a quantitative approach to the survey method. This research aims to determine the effect of academic self-concept, academic interest, parents' academic expectations, and social support on academic anxiety in 2019 Economics Education students. The population in this study was students of the economics education study program, faculty of economics, Jakarta State University. One hundred eleven students and a total sample of 87 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling with a significance level of 5%. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that the academic self-concept variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the tcount < ttable (-3.101 <1.66298), the academic interest variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (-2.339 < 1.66298), the variable of parents' academic expectations has a positive and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable (0.690 < 1.66298 ), social support variable has a negative and significant effect on academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of tcount < ttable (-3.322 <1.66298) and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that academic self-concept, academic interest, parents' academic expectations, and social support simultaneously influence academic anxiety as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (5.782 > 2.48). Based on the results of the study shows that there is a negative and significant influence between academic self-concept on academic anxiety. There is a negative and significant influence between academic interest and academic anxiety. The positive and significant influence between parents' academic expectations on academic anxiety. There is a negative and significant effect of social support on academic anxiety. And there is a simultaneous influence between academic self-concept, academic interest, parents' academic expectations, and social support on academic anxiety

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and self-efficacy on learning discipline with school environment moderation in class XI students of SMA Negeri 79 Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The total population in this study was 248, with a sample of 153 students using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis is carried out by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed a positive and significant influence on learning motivation on learning discipline (r = 0.459, p-value = 0.000) and a positive and considerable influence of self-efficacy on learning discipline (r  = 0.202, p-value  =  0.00 6). The school environment does not moderate or does not affect the result of learning motivation on learning discipline (p-value = 0.184). The school environment does not make reasonable or does not affect the impact of self-efficacy on learning discipline (p-value = 0.506).   These findings suggest that the school environment can not solely affect student learning discipline

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Adversity Intelligence and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest in Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The population of this study was 417 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, Class of 2021. From the total research population, 211 students were taken as samples using the calculation technique, namely Slovin. In this study, researchers used research instruments with quantitative methods with a total of 211 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with proportional random sampling. The research was conducted using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this research show that 1) Adversity Intelligence has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest; 2) Family environment has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. The variables used in this research are still relatively small, so they can be added with other variables such as Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficacy, Learning Outcomes and Locus of Control. It can also be said that the sample in this study cannot represent all students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University because it only examined students from the Class of 2021.

Abstract

Technology has an important role, because it can improve the quality of education. The use of online media in the e-learning process is very important for transferring knowledge and can increase the effectiveness of online learning. Students who have high learning motivation are able to control their ability to learn independently. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning and online media on learning independence mediated by learning motivation to explain this relationship. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample used was 181 grade 11 high school students. The data in this study are primary data using a Likert scale. Sampling using proportional random. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of the study stated that the Effectiveness of Online Learning had a positive and significant effect on Learning Independence, the Effectiveness of Online Learning had a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation, Online Media had a positive and significant effect on Online Learning Effectiveness, Online Media had a positive and significant effect on Learning Independence, Online media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning independence. The effectiveness of online learning has an effect on learning independence through learning motivation. Online media has a positive effect on learning independence through learning motivation. This research is an input for teachers to motivate students to learn independently and develop technological innovation and improve student learning abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan pada sektor keuangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 150 perusahaan selama 3 tahun. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel dan Moderated Regression Analisys (MRA) dengan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemilikan instistusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor keuangan periode 2020-2022. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor keuangan periode 2020-2022. Profitabilitas tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor keuangan periode 2020-2022. Profitabilitas tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor keuangan periode 2020-2022. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan variabel lain sebagai variabel moderasi, seperti kebijakan dividen dan menggunakan sampel perusahaan dari sektor lain agar hasil penelitian juga dapat mewakili sektor usaha lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know and analyze the role of learning motivation in moderating the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning on accounting computer learning outcome. Affordable population in this research amounted to 142 students of class XI financial accounting and institution at SMK Negeri 50 & 46 Jakarta. This research using quantitative research with survey method. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing using application of SPSS v.25 with moderated regression analysis (MRA) model. The result of this research show that self-regulated learning has a positive and significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. But, self-efficacy has no significant influence on accounting computer learning outcome. So, learning motivation can’t moderate the influence of self-efficacy on accounting computer learning outcome. However, learning motivation can moderate the influence of self-regulated learning on accounting computer learning outcome. Thus, the role of learning motivation in moderating the influence of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning can be the right choice for teachers to develop student learning outcome in accounting computer learning.

Abstract

Fase peralihan dari pembelajaran online ke pembelajaran normal di sekolah setelah masa pandemi covid 19 membuat kemandirian belajar siswa menurun. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kemandirian belajar siswa, beberapa diantaranya ialah motivasi belajar, pola asuh orang tua, dan fasilitas belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belajar, pola asuh orang tua, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 140 siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi berganda, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belajar, pola asuh orang tua, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar.
